Midvale dining room table
I ordered a midvale black and chrome dining room table on February 27th 2022 they said 3 to 4 weeks so I got rid of my old table because if there is one here they won't assemble so it didn't actually arrive till April 7th the 2 delivery drivers looked for parts to assemble and they weren't included so they called coleman furniture they said they would get them delivered to my home and get it assembled but to go ahead and sign off as delivered and I told them no not until it was assembled because it delivery and setup I asked the drivers to just take it back with them then but they refused this item was in stock so no special order or anything I got the parts in a few days but they couldn't get a repair tech (for some reason delivery ppl couldn't come back and do it) the tech was scheduled for April 30th on April 29th the tech canceled said back problem were assigned to another tech now for may 12th he contacted me on may 11th wanting to cancel I was in tears I rescheduled a drs appt to be here on the 12th so he said he would come on. he got here that day complaining about a 2 hour drive to look at it and tell me still parts missing now its the rods to hold the whole table together (how can any company be so incompetent they don't put half the parts in for a $2000 dining room table. I couldn't have Easter dinner with my family at the table or mothers day either here it is now the 14th of May and the damaged bottom silver peice the tech showed me that's damaged he told coleman that it still needed the 4 rods and the silver bottom peice that goes onto the base now they are trying to say if it was damaged it should have been reported before delivery! the other half the table that's missing should have been reported but it wasn't no one noticed because everyone is always in a hurry to get on to the next stop. it's been laying in my floor like this for over a month and still not assembled and no one has touched it I am 60 years old and I can't lift it. I have been doing what coleman told me and waiting for them to send a (professional) to assemble it. this has been a total nightmare I wish I had just kept me old one. I can't believe this. finally just said if you can't get it done just come and get it and refund my money. but now they are trying to say that would be a cancelation and subject to 2 way shipping charges and a restocking fee I didn't cancel it but coleman has failed to do delivery and setup which is what was included in a reasonable time I have gave them over a month now to just complete the delivery and setup and replace the damaged base. stay away from this company whatever you do. they just want your money and don't care about completing the jobs or customer satisfaction.
Desired outcome: Replace broken bottom silver base and assemble the table .or pick it up and give me a complete refund of my $1864.00
Olsberg steel sectional and chair with ottoman
On March 13th we attempted to place an order for the above mentioned sectional and received repeated errors from the website. We contacted our cc company who verified our card is fine and there is nothing to recent us from making the purchase. The cc company then connects us with the retailer to complete the transaction. They let us know they have a new security system which now requires you to put an apartment number on address line 1 and the physical address on line 2 to go through. That is unusual on its own, but I digress. We got the order placed, huzzah! Fast forward several days. They called me directly to confirm delivery details, which I gladly did and I informed the employee my gf had confirmed the email already as well. The next day she was emailed again to confirm so she confirmed and then again and again. She confirmed the details 4 separate times as well as my verbally on the a call. Fast forward to today. We received an email from Coleman that our order has been cancelled due to not receiving confirmation on the order.
Desired outcome: At this point I would take the order still being fulfilled but would now want a 20% discount owing to the fact we are having to put up with all of this garbage service.
Damaged product
I received my delivery and it was damaged in 2 spots and had several scratches. The wood was actually bent. They are not willing to help. I paid $1600 for this entertainment center. The delivery driver actually damaged my door and asked me for tools because he forgot his. So, so unprofessional! I will be asking for another entertainment center or I’m canceling my sectional order.

I ordered a leather recliner from Coleman furniture in November 2021. The recliner arrived in January 2022. There are obvious defects to the leather in multiple locations. I provided pictures and contacted Coleman the day after delivery. I was told that I could return the chair that cost $1500 and I would owe fees in over $700 to ship and restock the chair. I feel forced to keep a recliner that is defected and I am highly disappointed with the customer service and we’ll never purchased from Coleman again.
In the past I bought a sofa and another recliner from Coleman and was very satisfied so this interaction leaves me incredibly disappointed that I can never order from Coleman furniture again.

I order the rawcliff sectional received August. Could notice the ottoman foam was broke down and swagged. Reached out to them no help will not stand behind product (I also had the guardian plan : they told me issue was with the manufacture) Coleman won't reach manufacturer, said they couldn't but I bet they're still ordering products from them….anyway if you order this sectional better get directly from Ashley! This is my second rawcliff because my house burnt…I ordered the first directly from Ashley and it was great…I have nothing great to say about Coleman except shame on them!

It's a long story of how my experience with Coleman furniture has been and it's alot more but here is the ending.
There were delays in my order, miscommunication constantly. Every time I called, I was told something else by the agent before you or the agent i just spoke with yesterday or last week.
I have spoken to Chen, sarah, to supervisor Melissa, then Julie, to final supervisor I spoke to Tina or Salva G. I made every attempt to resolve it through customer service, speaking to multiple supervisors. I even reached out to their social media on Instagram and I was blocked by Coleman Instagram.
The furniture arrived missing parts and the parts that were here are damaged, paint drip and overspray, poorly crafted. Delivery driver for Coleman did not bring the night stand and wants to charge me additionally for it. No matter who you speak with everyone from supervisors to employees say they can not do anything for their errors. Only thing they can say is sorry.
Sorry doesn't fix the issue. I need solutions, not empty promises and repeated sorry's

Ordered sectional August 8, 2021 and delivery date keeps getting pushed back.
Ordered Ashley sectional in August 2021 and was told at that time was told it would be 3-4 weeks for delivery. Not long after ordering, we began receiving email updates with the delivery pushed to October 2021, then November, December, January, February, March and the latest April 9, 2022. They are blaming it on COVID but this is getting pretty ridiculous!
Desired outcome: We need some sort of discount, gift card for all the delays.
If this is rawcliff you better cancel and go straight through Ashley.
Does not stand behind products sold - misleads about being the manufacturer which turns out, they are not!
Shopping on their site is easy but don't expect them to stand behind what they sell. Purchased the Jaine White 126" Entertainment Wall unit and it was delivered mid afternoon. There is no sunlight that enters the room at that time and we did not notice any issues with the piece. The very next morning while walking across that room the sunlight coming in exposed a malformed, warbled area on the bridge connecting the two towers. I took photos and contacted Coleman. Immediate response was "you signed that all was okay so we have no responsibility". When I told them of the lighting issue and showed them photos, they still denied help other than offering $80 credit to have someone fix it, but gave no help or contacts to get it repaired. No one in my area wants to touch it. I explained that it was a defect in manufacturing, not shipping damage. They had me fill out a warranty claim form saying that they would help me as a go between with the manufacturer. Funny, the website clearly states that Coleman is the manufacturer. Nonetheless, I filled out the form, they supposedly contacted the manufacture who quickly denied any responsibility and Coleman says "case closed". What a joke. Was going to buy more from them, not now. I'd suggest folks stay away from this company as they misrepresent themselves, the products they sell and do not stand behind them.

Couch delivery
Horrible customer service. I ordered coach to replace an existing one with exact same dimensions. Took over 10 months for order to come in. When it came in, the delivery service didn't even try to bring it in the house, claiming it would never fit. Mind you, I had already brought in and removed THE. SAME. COUCH. Advice from Coleman was to leave it in the back yard and they also charged me $400 cancellation fee. Bottom line, you are better off buy furniture from LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Alberta leather sofa
This sofa is of extremely poor quality. The sofa was delivered on 7/8/20. Within a month of very light use the cushions started to wear and became quite uncomfortable. When two people had the sofa in the reclined position, the sofa became very unstable with very little shifting. Upon inspection of the sofa from the underside, I could see that this was made in a very slipshod way and called Coleman to complain on August 5th. I was referred to Coaster and was transferred to several representatives that could not help me. After much run around, Coaster referred me back to Coleman in September. I was only able to start a warranty claim with Coleman. Challenging the quality was not an option. Coleman Furniture falsely advertised that the company Coaster Furniture, is an American manufacturer. The sofa was manufactured in China. Also, the foam is advertised as being memory foam. Through my attempts to settle the above-stated issues with Coleman and Coaster Furniture it was stated that the memory foam is only in the seat. After inspection of the sofa and using it for a short time, I could see that the description on the website is very sketchy. During my original discussion with Coleman Furniture when I was considering my purchase, I was assured that this sofa was of very high quality. Coleman passed the issue off as being the manufacturer's fault. Ultimately Coaster, the manufacturer, stated that my complaint is just a case of "buyer's remorse" and did not address any of my quality concerns. I have an email chain that begins on September 23rd to show the claim, the denial, and my rebuttal. My claim included pictures and videos. At this point in time, January 2021, the sofa cushions have broken down and sag and instability is getting worse. This is with very little use because neither me nor my son like to sit on it. The sofa cost over 1500. Anyone would expect the sofa to last past 3 months. The photo of the seat is after 1 month of use.

Kept my money
Web site said product was in stock and ready to ship so I ordered. Was then notified it wasn't available for 6 months. Asked to cancel and was told I could, however Coleman delayed for several days then notified me the product was ready to ship by the end of the month, I continued to demand a cancelation of the order. They finally canceled my order and kept 15% of my $3k order. I have all the emails to prove my case.
Failure to fix broken chair
It won't let me leave a review without a star. That is the only reason one star is here. I ordered furniture in Oct 2019, received in November 2019.
In April 2020, one of my chairs broke (it was only the 2nd time the chair had been sat in). I called Coleman and was told to call the extended warranty people. I called them and was told that the extended warranty wouldn't start until November 2020, that it falls under Colemans 1 year warranty. Then began the arguing back and forth. Yes, Coleman will pay someone $125.00 to fix it, no you can't bring it anywhere as it could cause more damage. Me telling Coleman that no one will come here to fix it. to pretty much Coleman telling me, well I guess you're screwed. I knew I should have just bought furniture from a regular furniture company, I would have received a replacement without all this hassle & now that the initial claim was made through the extended warranty company, I am stuck with a broke chair.

It all started when I ordered a bedroom set and a bookcase on 9/25. Then I decided to order a living room set, but I found the same set cheaper at Orlando Furniture. Now although Coleman's says they have a price guarantee, they refused to honor the price match saying it would cut too close to their profit margin so they were going to pass on the sale to me. I already had credit approved for Coleman, so despite the bitter taste of feeling cheated, I went ahead with the order which was only about $100 more than Orlando Furniture. Plus, the sales person claimed "white glove treatment." Mind you also, my purchase was over $1, 000. So if their profit margin is that thin, the company should be worried.
It is now 11/16, I still do not have all my furniture - missing a dresser and I have a bed with no hardware, and the company could seem to care less. Call and ask to speak to a manager like "Cierra" and you'll get the apathetic cold shoulder with vague promises the company will look into it.
So why have I not received all my furniture?
1. Shipping company may get an incorrect phone number for you, or thus was the claim. Yet the shipping company clearly called me with someone else's delivery named "Melissa."
2. Shipping company may get the wrong email address for you. Why? I don't know. I got the bill, how could they muck this up?
3. My wife went into labor, I had to reschedule one time. This one was on me.
4. One delivery was incomplete. Got a bedroom set that was missing a dresser that no one can seem to find and a bed missing hardware. So it is back to sleeping on the futon while they try to find the parts to my bed. In fact, they sent me an email asking for a picture of the problem... demonstrating a complete lack of empathy. I took a picture of the empty space where my dresser would be standing and a picture of my unassembled bed.
Unfortunately, no updates from Coleman on when I will get my remaining items. The "white glove" treatment is more like someone in some latex gloves slapping you with a wet fish over and over again. Because yeah, all of the above may not even be the craziest part of this never ending debacle.
One 11/13 when the delivery company was delivering my living room set, the called me at about 7:20pm and asked if they could make the delivery at 9:30pm. It was a bit late, but I said sure. It wasn't until, and I kids you not, 11:51pm after I had fallen asleep they called and said they were running late and they wanted to make the delivery around 1am. I told them no. They said okay and the delivery would be at 8am tomorrow. Call after call from me to them with no answer the next day for the 8am delivery. Finally around 11am I went to work, then they called, apologized saying they over slept and was at my house...
Oh, and good luck returning something you don't like. That bookcase I bought crumbled before the first book even hit it. They wouldn't take it back. Bought a piece of Sauder half the price from Amazon, still standing today full of books.
Never, ever, buy from this company. I wish I was making this story up. Crazy. Unbelievable. You'd think after so many issues rhe company would offer some sort of rebate, money back, something. All I get is nothing and no updates on the still remaining missing pieces! The furniture is great, the service is the worst I ever had in my entire life!

Watch out for the bait and switch…
Watch out for the bait and switch routine with their advertising. I purchase a dinning set with four chairs as it is advertised on their website( ID: ASL-D736-32-ROOM). I also ordered two additional chairs. Upon delivery only four chairs showed up. I was informed by Coleman that I was "confused as the table only come with two chairs" and I bought two more. I informed Coleman of why does it say you get four chairs? They said it's a billing error on the finance company. I said what does the finance company have to do with the way you advertise? They claim the price is in error and now want more money for the two extra chairs. I told them to come pick the merchandise up, and now they are strong arming me into paying return charges and a restocking fee.

In our opinion this company is involved in fraudulent business practices. They misled about the delivery time. We canceled our order when we learned the delivery would be 8 weeks, from 3 weeks. They charged our card AFTER the order was canceled and they still owe us money 2 months later. It looks like we're not going to get it back. Buyer beware. Customer support was inept and unaccommodating. Melissa Baraf, a customer support person, would read from a script instead of listening to our requests. The script had nothing to do with what we were asking. She spoke over us and it became very clear she had no desire to hear or help.

I made a order from this company on November 3 with a statement from them that I would have the order in 2 weeks,
before Thanksgiving. I was sent a email saying that my furniture would be deliver December 3, 2018.
On this date I called company and was told it is in the same status it was in 2 weeks ago. They could not provide a delivery date.
I told them to cancel the order, I was them threaten with a Restocking fee on a order that was never delivered. It was finance through a
company Affirm that they use for financing. I have not made any payments to this company yet, because I had no payments due. I advise Affirm,
that my order was never delivered, and was canceled. Therefore the loan was not needed. Affirm told me that they had already paid Coleman and I needed to call them
needed to call Coleman and tell them to refund Affirm their money. Coleman also tried to charge me for the warrenty that went with the furniture, even though they never delivered the furniture.
I never heard of this type of practice. I refuse to pay a restocking fee for something I never received. This is the 3rd time
I had order from this company. I should had known better. Each time it took about 4 months to get furniture. Now even though I didn't received anything, Affirm still wants me to pay them. BEWARE!
I don't think I've ever been so frustrated with a business as I have with Coleman Furniture. I'd go so far as to say this business is a fraud and reading others reviews they appear to have a business strategy of double billing, revenue through restocking fees and outright misrepresentation of product and delivery time. Their customer support his horrid and appears to be located off-shore. Their support representatives are cold and unhelpful and read and re-read from a script, even if it doesn't at all apply to the situation. They have a history of refusing to respond to questions, complaints and in our case, refused to cancel an order shortly after it was placed. They also have a history of refusing to refund customers, even when the order has been canceled. I would emphatically employ you to find a different place to buy your furniture.
magnolia kitchen island
I have been trying to work with your company since we received our second Magnolia kitchen island. The first one that arrived, the granite corner was completely broken. You came back 6-8 weeks later and we discovered after a week that the countertop was plastic. Not granite!
I can't even believe how far this has gone. I'm now writing a letter to the Better Business Bureau, The Consumer Complaints Department and the Attorney General local to your business. I am only asking that you send someone out here to check the countertop and get me a granite one as that is what I've paid for! Since you're unwilling to assist, this is my final advise and several notices will be going out as of tomorrow.
Never buying from them again
I don't recommend ordering from this company unless you love to wait forever. I ordered a Personalized Oversized Solid Light Pink Bean Bag Chair with my daughter's name on it in August! Now it's the17th of November and I wonder where the bad chair can be. Customer service is a bunch of [censored]s who never know anything, they are absolutely useless, so I am on my own with my issue.
Looks like I will never receive what I ordered :(
