No empathy for medical emergency avoid booking with choice brands! reserved a stay with quality inn blk mountain nc feb 2024 then in early may became unable to travel due to medical emergency called hotel to cancel two months before the reservation and was denied the ability to cancel despite not being able to wear corrective lens that is a requirement for me to operate a vehicle! on the dates of reservation that i did not check into 9 attempts were made to charge my credit card contacted choice & quality inn the quality inn employee hung up on me when i did not agree with her reason my card was attempted to be charged different amounts over july4-7 hotel blames choice choice blames hotel the corporate 800 number was no help no answer for my card being ran despite the reservation being paid in full! choice brand does not require standards be followed for hotels operating under their brand no solution was provided for the fradulant attempts to charge my card, no resolution for the quality inn employee being unprofessional and hanging up on a guest with a billing issue, i paid $451.32 and never stepped foot on the property! do not book with this brand!

Recommendation: DO NOT BOOK WITH CHOICE
