Opened an account (checking - free - $50) in anticipation of moving to the area. Sale of house fell through and the account was not used for over 18 months. No statements or correspondence was ever delivered to me. When looking into the status of the account I found that I was charged $15 per month starting in August for non use. I was never informed of this and by this month the account showed a 0 balance and was closed by the bank. When inquiring I was told that I had been sent notifications. Well, they were never received and the bank did not want to hear about it. Was told to go away.

Myself and my son have both lost employment due to the COVID-19 epidemic, and i am currently on a plan to repay previous overdraft dues at increments of $220 per month. Due to the epidemic i have not received any pay in roughly six weeks besides child support. As a result of having negative balance and being unable to pay the fees, the bank billed the total owed amount of $662.20 without notice. After speaking to the branch manager who presented herself and the company in a rude and unprofessional manner, no settlement options were recommended and i was left to call corporate out of desperation and hope.

In 2018 I overdrew my account , someone from community bank collection department contacted me and said to go to my local bank and sign papers to be enrolled in a payment plan to pay them back. I signed the papers to pay them back it was $77 dollars and some change the payments would be automatically taken out on the 2nd of every month for 6 months. I started in august and paid till January. The following month on february 4th I took out $ 80.00 and got a receipt saying there was still a $1.94 available. I went on about my business cashed my check the friday after the fourth of february and went about my business then the following friday came went to cash my check and they said I was overdrawn I said I have a receipt saying I still have a dollar after I withdrew. They asked me to bring in the receipt and show them, so I drove home and got it went to the bank the teller tried to say it was a two dollar charge for taking out the money I said I am not suppose to be charged when I use my atm. Then she sent me into talk to a woman named candice and she said it was because I still owed a payment I asked to see the paper work I signed that is suppose to be in the vault ( That was suppose to disappear when I was done) and I stated I signed something saying I couldn't take money that wasn't there however she could not "find any paper work stating anything not even the payback paper work I signed. I got frustrated and told her ok and left. It's showing on my credit score and can't have a checking account through a credit union , so again I reached out to resolve this and today when I called its supposedly a fee from a dollar store that they already charged me for. I asked to speak to the higher up person that put the plan in place to begin with but I haven't heard from anyone. I think this is their way to try to get me into another contract because like I said I wasn't even suppose to be able to take money out that was not there.

Community bank violated the FDIC and SAR act by reporting my account as suspected fraud activity
Community bank violated the FDIC and SAR act by reporting my account as suspected fraud activity. I presented a check and asked the cashier if it was legitimate. The cashier took the check and deposited it telling me it was legit. The next day community bank closed out all my accounts. This does not constitute fraud and or meet the threshold of the FDIC please remove this from my account. Nor does it meet the definition to be reported as copied and pasted below from the fdic.gov website A financial institution is required to file an SAR when it detects a known or suspected criminal violation of federal law, a suspicious transaction related to potential money laundering, or a violation of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).

CBNA Bank, Trucksville (Dallas) PA 18612 has frozen my online account and refuses to reopen it despite it being a condition of our account
CBNA Bank, Trucksville (Dallas) PA 18612 has frozen my online account and refuses to reopen it despite it being a condition of our account agreement terms. This was due to a lost cell phone, despite my account NOT being comprised and despite my filing all required paperwork and liabilaty waivers. Furthermore CBNA has been billing me for paper statements which I declined as a condition of my online banking option terms. I have been working to resolve this issue with the local office and the main customer support office since September and have continually been ignored and told by the local office to call the main customer support office, and by the main office to call the local office over and over again since September . This problem is simple to resolve by CBNA and has been causing me distress due to the difficulties of trying to manage my personal finances.

I had a dispute on a transaction that took place on my card without my authorization
I had a dispute on a transaction that took place on my card without my authorization. There were 3 transactions from the same location. 1 receipt shows my signature, The second was authorized, The 3rd was the dispute. The bank is matching the signature of the authorized sale of number 2 and not my actual signature. I've spoken to multiple people that basically call me a liar. They have no problem blocking my card when I am on vacation "for my protection" but when I actually tell them there is a fraudulent transaction on my account, they are not protecting me. Under the Federal Electronic Fund Transfer Act, I should be protected as the consumer! Being a customer of the bank's, they should protect their customers. I have always been in good standing and have never disputed a charge before. Not only are they not protecting me but I have spoken to people and they have brushed me off and told me I would receive a call from the manager and the next time I called there wasn't even an interaction for the previous call. Racist? WHAT is actually happening here?

I had a pending transaction for an amount which the bank charged to my card in error.
I had a pending transaction for an amount which the bank charged to my card in error. They charged the wrong card. Anyway, I caught that online so I deposited money to cover it. I still got charged an overdraft fee! When I checked online, it said the cash was in 'pending' status. Then my Microsoft bill came out. I thought my deposit covered it, but I was short due to the bank error and got another overdraft fee. I deposited funds again, seeing 'cash' pending. Since when does cash 'pend'? I deposited before the transactions cleared, but they applied them retroactively, resulting in two overdraft fees. On 12/10, I called and spoke with Glory Taylor, who was very rude. She mentioned a past courtesy overdraft fee reimbursement. She offered to refund $35, then close my account, which I didn't want. My son's Social Security is linked to it, and he is disabled. I need that account. Despite covering expenses, they processed transactions retroactively. When I objected to closing the account, she refused to refund any overdraft fees. Her tone was cutting and disrespectful. I would not recommend this bank based on their unprofessional and mean handling of the situation. This has caused me much anxiety and mental anguish. I just want the two overdraft fees reimbursed. It's wrong to retroactively apply transactions to collect more fees and then threaten me for inquiring about it.
