Had to get approved fast in order to go and pick up our first new puppy the same day. Had some issues going through the process online. But, through a couple of calls with the lender, was able to get the required approval. My many thanks to all involved.

Sent all the required documents only for them to send denial email stating could not authenticate documents. The documents were W2, Bank statement and last check stub, all of which are government issued documents. Don't know what kind of business that can't authenticate government issued documents.

Decided to give this company a chance when I started my landscape business, that was a huge mistake! Financed a $4000 mower and after interest I would've ended up paying close to $9000. Keep in mind they don't tell you this when you go through the process. I would seriously recommend going through a different lender...you know one who's upfront about their interest rates.

Interest Rate Rip Off! I financed something for $4,000 and have been paying for almost 1 year. When I requested a pay off figure they said it was $6,080! And that's with them dropping 7 payments. If I pay the loan in full it will be about $8,000. They refuse to tell me what the interest rate is! They don't send paper statements or have a place where you can check your account online. I thought it was ok because the company where I made the purchase made the purchase recommended them. Stay away!

You guys are very unprofessional, and very unfair in your decision making. With over $5,000 in income per month which showed on the bank statement I showed you, a credit report that god only knows where you got saying I had no re-curring payments, (how I wish that were true) that I was in default, which I'm not. Emails from 7 different workers asking me for the same documents over and over, very unprofessional and I would not recommend you to anyone! Bet this review won't show up because it speaks the truth but it will be posted elsewhere!

Completely deceitful. I am so frustrated. We tried to get them to clarify the lease process in the beginning and what we were told when we signed the lease and when we paid it off were completely different. The lease was for 4,500 and after two months of paying the lease we expected the pay off amount to be closer to 4,000. It was 4,800. We had already paid $900 to them in payments. They claimed it was explained in the contract. IT WAS NOT. And when we asked the loan officer to clarify the contract, she told us that if we paid it off sooner, we would be able to pay just what was owed. NOT a discounted amount of what they would have earned if we had taken as long as they wanted for us to pay off the lease. We were also incredibly frustrated with the explanation given when we tried to ask why we owed more than what we originally borrowed. AWFUL. DISHONEST. POORLY trained and run.

They used my social security number and ran my credit without my permission. I started to apply for a loan but never finished filling out the forms. I never gave them any permission to use the information to apply for a loan.

I finance two items waited a month or so for delivery show delivered but items never came and they refuse to refund with a police report I purchased two items from shop *** and community finance finance the purchase. I waited two months to receive and never received any items filed a police report and they refused to refund the draft they took out of my account after promised me three times
