Compass Mining review: Disappointing experience with compass mining - not recommended

I've had a thoroughly disappointing experience with Compass Mining. I originally purchased a total of 5 miners, including an Antminer S19 XP, which worked perfectly for five months before Compass unilaterally decided to relocate it. Immediately after the move, the miner stopped working, and customer service confirmed it was functional up until it was shut down for migration. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, Compass offered me a mere $300 credit against a current market value of $1625 for similar used miners, and they retained my $351.60 deposit.

Their customer support lacks phone service, and email responses are canned copy paste. After my struggles to get any meaningful resolution or compensation for my losses, I would advise against doing business with this company. They have shown a serious lack of care for customer concerns and equipment handling.

If you have doubts about my experience, just Google the company and you’ll find plenty of similar stories. Proceed with caution.
