I purchased prom dress from the website www.dresswe.com. I paid through PayPal and saw that the seller received my payment. But it was 4 weeks ago, and he didn’t provide confirmation info or receipt. I already contacted the PayPal, but they promised nothing to me. Also the seller didn’t provide any specific contact info, and it was really unprofessional. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

dresswe.com they send you wrong size and bad quality dress which is far less expectations you get from their picture. they dont refund, no return. they are only good in shipping and replying on emails. you wont get refund or return anything. my worst experience ever. look at the photos below and you will see what I mean. Basically I lost my money. do not recommend this website at all. 100% satisfaction on their website is lie.

I came here not to complain but the pumps I bought here was so nice and it fitted me so well.I don't know why there are such many compliants about dresswe.Mine were good and I think it's a good deal!

I had bought a dress reccently.The dress was so beautiful though the quality was not so good.After all the price was not expensive than usuals arounding us.In all, that's a nice dress as far as i'm concerned.

Absolutely love this dress!Beautiful colour and size was correct.The jewel neckline is beautiful design.I chose the custom measurements option and it fits perfectly.Its made of quality chiffon and the lining is done really well.I don't know why there are so many negative reviews about the website.Really like the dress.

Dresswe is definitely a scam! I should have known but it was very obscure as to the location of this company.
I have learned my lesson I hope! No dress, no customer service, but they did take my money!
Do not make this mistake! The good reviews are bogus.

I have been waiting for my wedding dress to show up, been to long, and when It got here after numerous attemps to contact company no one would email, nor contact me back, I'm so livid, my wedding day is in 2 weeks, its cream colored and badly made, wrong sizing as well, I want a refund, and Im afraid my money is gone. I sure wish I would of just bought one locally, sad Bride

This site is just as bogus as Shoespie. Shoespie took my money and never shipped my merchandise. I had to contact my bank to get a full refund of $145.08. I think this site is connected with Shoespie.

Order a pair of shoes in early March 2015 for my senior prom. No production was made more than a month after I ordered and paid. Emailed asking what was going on and got terrible customer service. Lady canceled my order and had the people who were making my shoes throw them out. Had to reorder my shoes and constantly bug them to make sure they would make it on time for my prom. Once I received my shoes, I got TERRIBLE quality. The seams were sticking out, there were no jewels in the pump like the picture. I confronted them about it saying I wanted a refund because I couldn't wear them in public let alone for prom. Well I was told that I could only get a refund if I returned the shoes first but the shipping back was on me. I asked for pictures of the shoes before they were shipped so I could cancel the order if it was wrong; they completely ignored my multiple requests for pictures and shipped the shoes anyway. It will cost me $50 to ship the shoes back and the shoes only cost me $98.

The advertised dress was not what was led to believe. No return policy was not clear. Will never make a purchase from this company again and intend to spread the word.

This company is the worst one I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. I ordered 3 pairs of sandals, the first pair was ordered in April, I have sent emails to 'customer service' for information on their return policy, I am still waiting for a response; I am totally ticked off and will never buy anything from them again, I have been spread the word.

DRESSWE.COM is a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! Stay away from this website ladies and gentlemen. I never purchased anything from this website, but my sister did for her upcoming wedding reception. I will admit that the quality of the dresses that were received were better than expected, but the customer service and business tactics are HORRIBLE. That email address that is provided on the website for customer service, didn't work. I know this to be true because I attempted to send a message to them from my personal and my business email address. You never get to speak with a live person, because their is no phone number listed on their website or their social media account. I did, however, do a live chat with a "customer service representative", (and I will use that term lightly), who didn't now what she was talking about in reference to the exchange policies. DressWe.com claims that the dresses that we received we "custom-sized", but I found that to be untrue because my sister followed a standard size chart on their website. They also required us to send $150.00 just to do an exchange. And the address that we were required to send the dresses back to was in, get this, China. Even though, I told my sister NOT to order from this company, . she did anyway and I am going to make it my business to assist her in ANY way possible to see that she receives her merchandise. DressWe.com, give it up and shut down!

I purchased a dress, was delivered By DHL with no return address. It did not fit, was cheaply made. I requested an address to return the item for a refund from PayPal. The company requested I send pics to them so they could determine if the dress was too small for me. Really? To date, I still have no address to return the dress to get a refund. NEVER will I order from this company again as they falsely advertise 100% satisfaction, but do not stand behind their promise or product...they have no ethical process.

Please DONT and NEVER ORDER from Dresswe.com based in CHINA. Once they get your money, you will never get a refund if you are unsatisfied or they will make it impossible for you to even do an exchange. They say and reply to all complaints on websites if you are unsatisfied, contact them and you will get your refund. This is "BS". Please note, the positive 5 stars reviews on all the sites look fake. Good companies don't have bad reviews. I regretted that I didn't do enough research or read the reviews for Dresswe.com. I ordered 2 dresses - size 4 US. First, the website makes it look like they are based in US or England and I thought so. The materials are crap and the dresses' s bust area are small for size 4 US. I wanted to return the dresses but they won't let me until I measure the dresses' bust size, and email them the pictures. Now they have the size and pictures, they say I measured it wrong and emailed me a link BUT with instruction how I measure my bust area. What the F..K for? They are dragging out the return process and I know they will say that I past my return time. They are making it F-ing impossible for you to get your money back. I read many complaints that even after you provide the correct measurements, you only get a refund at 50%. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with DressWe's unethical and dishonest business practice. They make me feel that I should never order on-line from any Chinese companies again. If you read this, please don't order from Dresswe and please share with your friends or share on facebook and twitter. Dresswe has Poor business practice, even worse poor customer service. Lastly, I noticed DressWe addresses all complaints on websites the same way, promising they will do their best to make Customers happy...this is another "BS". I am very "P-off" right now with DRESSwe.

I ordered a custom fit gown from a web site called DressWE. They accepted payments through PAYPAL. I charged the dress through their PAYPAL account not my own. I received the custom dress approx 3 weeks later via DHL with multiple issues: The dress that arrived was not the dress pictured on the web site and was a mess! It appeared to be an attempt at a knock-off of the designer gown I saw on this web site address:. http://www.dresswe.com/item/10701904.html
1. The ruffles were 4 times the size and appeared to be for a clown costume. 2.beading was plastic 3. gathering was not completed on the front shoulder strap 4. gathering on shoulder strap back details was only a fake seam sewn across and there was a cut and sewn seam at the top of the shoulder where there was supposed to be none 5. The dress was sewn for petite sized woman (I’m 5’6”) as the bra of the bustline was 4" above my own bustline. 6. The dress was not cut and sewn to the measurements I sent them. Bustline and waistline were at least 3" smaller than the measurements I ordered. 7. The special requests were not completed. 8. The color was blue but not the dark blue I ordered. I contacted them repeatedly by email for weeks to have the dress returned. About 2 weeks later they got back to me and offered a 30% refund to have it altered. For 2 more weeks I told the CS staff that will not work since the dress is too small and too short. I asked for all of my money back plus the shipping costs and for their address to return the dress. They said they have no use for the dress just to keep it and they will give me 40% back. I would not accept this.
I contacted PayPal about the issue. Paypal finally got them to give me an address to return the dress. PayPal and DressWE stated I would be given a full refund when the dress was received. I got an email from DressWE saying they would not pay the shipping so, they advised to ship it the cheapest way possible and send them the shipping receipt for tracking. I wasn’t satisfied by paying the shipping since I did not make the error but I mailed the dress back USPS on OCT 31, 2015 and sent the tracking to PayPAL and DressWE. Because the complaint was through DressWE's Paypal account and not mine, PayPal canceled my complaint since they could not access my postal receipt. I filed another PayPal complaint to keep it open and kept sending the receipt. PayPal said they would keep checking with DressWE. They did NOT.
On NOVEMBER 25, 2015 I received a phone message from Beijing China, stating the caller was from DressWE and they have my package but can I sent them the tracking information again so they can check and make sure. I emailed it again and also updated PayPal. I have never received a refund on my credit card. When I called PayPal they said the complaint was cancelled and they email Dress WE who claims they never got the package. I told PayPal I have a recorded message from them that says they got it and the email that I sent them with the tracking information. To this date I have never received my refund and now because of PayPal advising me to return the dress I do not have the dress any longer either. I do have pictures of the dress, the USPS receipt and the phone message from DressWE. After some research I have found this is a common issue with DressWE and PayPal. PayPal a trusted American company allows this foreign company to scam Americans by continuing to be a partner with them in taking money for dresses that are knock-offs.

Hey, I purchased my daughter's prom shoes from Dresswe. First of all, once I finally RECEIVED the cheap badly stitched shoes, they looked as though they had been worn and returned back to Dresswe. I contacted dresswe with my personal email and my paypal account and that didn't work out. I was constantly trying to resolve my purchase issue. Payal sucks as well by the way! I finally returned the purchased item as paypal suggested. Saved all of my receipts and custom declaration and I still haven't received a refund because there's no tracking information. Paypal can't track the package with the customs declaration that I provided. I did all and everything that was required of me for the return. Dresswe didn't respond and I've opened up a dispute and appeal and both were denied due to the item not being track and dresswe is STILL not resonding. Now I'm out of $85.74 for a cheap pair of heels, plus the $15.00 for dresswe to expedite the shipping. They don't communicate and they don't value their customers and the money we spend with them. They're a terrible company overall! No customer service or professionalism. Paypal is aware of the companies negative track record. Yet they're worthless as well. This company needs to be shut down!

This is scary. I ordered a dress and paid expedited shipping. The dress should be here by now and doesn't even show it's shipped. From the reviews I'm reading I may be out $150.00.

smh i ordered a dress from them for my office holiday party
Paid for expedited shipping. This was weeks ago. Their site shows it has not shipped yet they took the money off my bank card immediately when i ordered weeks ago. Monday i emailed them to make sure i would get it in time. They replied it would. The event is in 2 days. No dress yet!

Do NOT order from Dresswe, because if there's any problem with the dress you ordered, they will give you the total run-around and waste your time. They have known, since June 12th, that we were unhappy with the dress we ordered for my niece's maid of honor to wear for the July 9th wedding.

We ordered a dress "same as picture, " which they verified as being a royal blue. The dress arrived with no hint of blue whatsoever...it is totally purple. The dress was also poorly made with the sequins all falling off and dangling from the thule skirt.
My first online chat was on the 12th with Ryan (supposedly), and he said to email pictures so they could process a return.
The next morning, we received a new shipment receipt that showed a dress being shipped out to us on the 13th. I got on their online chat again, to see if this meant they were sending us a blue replacement dress. Ryan told me that they did send out a new dress on the 13th, he said "not to sweat it, " that the dress would be blue this time, and that the replacement dress was free. A couple of days later, as I was trying to track the shipping, I found out that the tracking number was the same as the first dress.

After several days of chatting with people with Dresswe to find out what was going on (each time, talking to people I thought I had already talked to, but dumbfounded as they acted like they never talked to me), it wasn't until the 23rd that I got an answer. A "Rose" told me that Ryan made a mistake, and that they would never send out a new dress, without seeing pictures, first. They told me to email pictures and that they would get back to me in 36 hours. I sent the email right away, on the 23rd. I included the picture that I had of the purple dress and included a copy of the chat I had with Ryan, who promised us a replacement dress was on the way.
I heard nothing, so I sent them a second email to make sure they got it. With our time crunch, I couldn't wait for an email reply anymore, so I chatted online gain on the 27th, and was told to chat again in 8 hours, with Blair. The supposed Blair ended up finally replying to my first email with the pictures, but said she wants daylight, not inside pictures (even though you can totally see that the dress is purple, because it is next to another royal blue dress). So, I sent a daylight picture, with the purple dress next to another royal blue dress. Each time this back-and-forth emailing is going on, more days are going by, and the wedding is quickly approaching.

The supposed same Blair replied on the 28th, and tried arguing that we ordered "same as picture" and that the picture of the dress on their website has a little bit of purple. She asked, did you order blue? Again...seemed to have no clue of prior conversations, because she asked "Is there a problem?" The dress we got is totally purple, not blue at all, and we were promised a blue replacement dress weeks ago. Yes! There's a problem!

I ended up receiving another email from a Blair that same day, in response to the second email I sent that explained everything, because they weren't responding to the first. This is when I figured out that there must be several people in charge of responding to emails, but all using the name Blair. She obviously had no clue I had already sent a daylight picture and had been emailing back and forth with a Blair that morning! So, each time you chat or email, you are completely starting over with what you want to discuss and have taken care of.

Bottom line, they promised us that a blue replacement dress was shipped out weeks ago, when one was not. They have completely wasted our time giving us the run-around, and now the bride has 11 days left to try and find another blue dress for her maid of honor to wear.
Long story short, they've known that we were unhappy with the dress we received for the July 9th wedding, since June 12th. It is now June 28th, and they have not done a thing to resolve this.

Dresswe has since contacted me and apologized for the mistake and trouble it caused. We agreed upon a resolution.
