Charged me for no reason
I have been charged £15 for no reason i dont know why it has been taken out nor how they have my bank details, pleaae contact me as soon as possible as i woukd like to sort this issue out and resolve it asap. Just this morning 19th December 2021, I went to order a Christmas card for my sister but my card was declined due to not having enough money. I thought this was strange because I put £20 in my account yesterday 18th December 2021, so I went to check my banking app. I looked on my recent out payments and it said a company called complete save had taken £15. I have never in my life heard of this company let alone subscribed to it because I'm only 16. I worked hard for this money and did not appreciate it being taken from my account for something I did not buy and need it back soon if I am going to be able to order the things so they come in time for Christmas. I would like a refund.

I saw your advert after ordering from Very (i think) and I started to fill inn the form about getting cashback. NOWHERE DID I READ ANYTHING ABOUT £15 CHARGE. And going by other complaints I've read this will not be the only one. Whats the point in getting cashback if you are also going to charge a fee every month. Please can i have my money back and absolutely DO NOT take anymore or the police will be getting informed and also the bank. I AM ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS.

Cash taken out
So today I look at my online banking. Something I don't often tend to do, as I work 24/7 and I've found that you as a company have taken out 30 pound in 24 hours out my account I have never signed up to this company and never heard of this so called rewards thing and trying to get hold of them didn't work either I keep trying to get my money back. This has not happened. If booking train tickets is costing me 30 pound a day I never will again this is disgraceful

We conducted a thorough investigation using our payment processor. All refunds were successfully processed on the same day that we tracked them using the reference numbers we provided you, and none were returned to us.
Because we pay refunds to the same card number used to charge you, some refunds were paid to an old card number that ended in 3114 and 6011. Usually, your card issuer should be able to identify the account to credit, but it appears that they were unable to do so. In any case, the refunds were not returned to us.
When we refund a membership fee, the refund is assigned an Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) which is a unique identifier that can be used to track the refund from us through the payment network to your bank that issued your card. The fact that an ARN is assigned to each of these refunds indicates that they reached our member’s card issuer.
As this is usually dealt with by a back office team within banks, in order to resolve this as soon as possible, we would like to ask you to contact your credit card provider and request them to investigate what happened to the refunds that were paid to following card (s) as these have not been returned to us.

Swiss bankers no don’t are scamming people of our money.

I bought tickets of ticket master weeks ago and completely forgot I accepted being giver 17 euro off next time I booked tickets (which I did not use) I did not see anywhere they would be taking 15 euro out of my bank account.
For a part time workers and this close to Christmas to be seeing I'm being robbed of 15 euro for absolutely nothing. How ye are making your money is ridiculous.
I tried to cancel my account by online assistant but they some how could not find my account with my email or member No. and went to sign into my account and saying my password is wrong. When I tried to get email sent for forgotten password I'm not receiving it. So some how ye can find my bank account to rob me off my money but can't find my account to cancel it.

On checking my Bank Statement today I noticed that there had been a withdrawl of £15.00 by a company called WLY*COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK, I have never heard of them, never dealt with them, and have no idea what they sell or do {exept Scam bank accounts}

I have just going through bank statements as its Christmas and money is tight and noticed the payment to WLY*COMPLET which I did not recognize.
I looked up why this would be and who you are, and the only thing I can think of is the purchase of a train ticket in the past that offered me a £20 cash back voucher; at no time did I sign up to a weekly, monthly charge for "potential" savings.

A WHOPPING £480 has been taken from my account; I will be contacting my personal account manager tomorrow and filing a claim and ensuring that you are not able to take any more of my hard earned cash from my bank.

Unauthorized Credit Card Charges
So I checked my bank account to find out that Complete Savings has been taking £15 out of my bank account every month for no reason. I haven't signed up to the company nor have I ever heard of them until now. This has apparently been going on since April 2021. We're in December 2021 right now. Which means that is a total of £135 taken from my account that I could be saving up for better uses. I would very much like a refund of all the money the company took since this is clearly not acceptable.

Have stolen my credit card details from an online supermarket website which I was using for the first time due to lockdown. Have taken £15 per month since Jan 2021. Only remembered it because recognised the logo after a google search. It aposared as a popup (somehow bypassing all popup blockers) and couldn't continue with store purchases .
