I want to cancel my subscription and get a refund for the money which has been taken from my account.
They have been taking 15 pounds every one for 8 months without my authorisation.
I haven't used their service in those 8 months.
I did not provide my card information for money to be withdrawn.

Hidden membership fee
I bought a train ticket and signed up for the membership as I thought I was saving money when in actual fact I was being charged for membership. It is Christmas coming up and I am a student so cannot afford to be wasting money on your services. Going through my bank statement and it appears I am being charged £15 per month for something I didn't sign up. These payments have been coming out since June meaning a total of £90 has left my account without my consent.

i have just checked my bank statement to find that you have taken £15 out my account! i payed for a single ticket and was completely unaware about this monthly payment. i want to cancel and get my money back! i think it's ridiculous how a company could do something so absurd with no explanation. i had no idea what complete save was until i googled it and found that this problem had happened to many other clients. i am a child so i should've paid for a child's ticket in general however that was not an option, so not only did i pay extra for my ticket itself but now you are taking money out of my bank account?! i would like to cancel these monthly payments and get my money back!

Complete save taking money from my daughter’s account
My daughter has to date lost £75 from Complete Save taking £25 from her account each month. She never signed up to anything and because it's such a small amount she didn't notice. However she is a uni student and noticed it when she needed money for food but didn't have any in her account as the £25 had been taken. She wants to cancel but has not been able to as it's very difficult. She has contacted her bank but they cannot do anything. What does she do as this is causing all sorts of problems and needs this money. I'm frustrated that companies like this can do this and leave people with money missing from their account.
