Wly Complete Savings taking money out of my account
They have been taking money out of my account without my authorisation. This morning I had a certain amount of money then after a 30 min nap they took £15 out of my bank account. I know that isn't a lot however I am a student and these £15 mean a lot to me it's two days worth of my food.

I have had money taken out of my account. I have no idea what for my bank said it looks like I ordered something off moon pig and said yes to save?
I want my money refunded and cancelled. I believe these companies who sign up to this do not make it clear you have to pay £15 per month to save what?

£15 keeps a leaving my account
I don't know how this company keeps taking £15 out of my account each month, it's needs to stop this is fraudulent activity. I never signed up for this company to be taking money from my account.

£15 has been taken from an account of mine, at a time of which the card was not being used at. I have checked through transactions and I don't have any business or nor have I used your company before and therefore the money taken was unexpected and wrong. I expect a refund and to block the business from this happening again, if this does proceed to happen again I will take it further as a result of scamming through your company.

Having spoken to my bank it has been brought to my attention that i am being charged £15 every 28 days.
This is a subscription i am completely unaware of.
Having checked back through my bank statements The first charge was made on Jan 2018!

They keep taking money out of my account every two weeks and it's so unfair I don't know what it's for and I have a 15month old baby to use that money for I want a refund or I will be contacting the manager. I can't keep going on like this when I have a child! So if I don't get £75 back within the next two weeks I will be contacting your manager!

Unauthorised Payments
I have been charged £15 a month for complete savings due to my details being given over through Moonpig. While other people were using my moonpig account they had seen a savings notification and clicked on it. No details were exchanged as they do not have them it is only through Moonpig my details were accessible. I had been getting emails from complete savings going into my junk and after reviewing them none of which involved any information about money being taken out of my account. The only reason I never read the emails before seeing the money come out of my account is because my work rewards and benefits emails come in the same format and I assumed that is what the emails were for. I noticed money being taken out however I make a few online purchases from Etsy and I know that payments can be taken out with the business names so I never thought anything of it. I am 17 working minimum wage and only 12 hours a week. I am down £45 from payments I never authorised. This type of money goes a long way for me. After calling customer services my payments are now cancelled but there is no way to get my money back. Surely there is some way to claim this back as I did not give my personal details, payment details nor did I visit the website at all. I will not be using Moonpig again due to this error and I will certainly not be using complete savings. I am hoping there is some way to get some sort of refund from the payments.

Taking money from my account
I have tried several times to resolve this matter and nothing has happened on two occasions £15 was took out my bank after buying Jurassic encounter tickets for me and my daughter it was not stated clearly to what was going on and would never accept money being taken other than buying tickets for said event in question, shocking what has happened!

I've just discovered that this company Completesave have taken unauthorised payment from my Bank account every month from 15th Nov 2016.
Have not signed up for this.
Today I had my phone on my hands when the bank online app came up with a notification of a transaction for £15.
Have checked the transaction and did not recognise it.
Have let my bank know straight away.
Have started to search this site on Google and discovered that many people have been through this nightmare.
Could anyone help me with this please?
