Complete Savings / Complete Save unknown charge of £15 taken from my bank account

on the 8th October you took £15 from my bank account, yet i have never even heard of your website so there so no way i could have paid you that money, i would like my £15 returned into my account immediately please. email: [protected]@gmail.com
i also read many other complaints from your company where people explained they were tricked into signing up for vouchers etc, and instead you took a monthly £15 from their bank account, therefore i want to not only get my £15 returned please but also ensure you do not take £15 from my account monthly!

Complete Savings / Complete Save Subscription

I am furious that complete savings can get away with signing unknowing victims up to a monthly subscription. My husband ordered pizza from Papa John's and we've since had X2 £15 charges from our account. I only found out today, as checking our online bank statement there was a transaction I didn't recognize. I call the bank for them to be completely unsurprised when I mentioned the transaction name WLY*Completesave.co.uk. Apparently they get loads of complaints. According to them a tick in a box can sign you up without even realising. Normally disguised as a discount offer. With the amount of complaints I've come across while searching this name it is quite obvious this is a scam. It is not made clear you're signing up to, nor do you have to enter bank details because they already have them from the purchase you've just processed. I hope Trading Standards do something to stop this. As far as I'm concerned it's fraud. The bank have put a stop on it now but we're out of pocket £30.

Desired outcome: I want my money back and the Company to stop this shady practice

I need you to stop any subscription you think you have a return my £15 if it goes through I haven't agreed anything with this company and I will be raising this issue to my bank not a happy bunny but at least I've notice it sooner than most have

Complete Savings / Complete Save Money withdrawal

For some reason this [censored]ty website has taken 15 from my bank account baring in mind I had no money in my account and it then overdrawn my account and I had just put 15 in my bank not knowing to get my food for work and it's settled my account so I've lost out on 15 pount sound stupid but I'm 19 and I work my arse off my money and I live in my own place and majority of my wage is on my bills I never have money left over so I wanted to know if I'm going to be getting this 15 transferred back or I get something from this because that's out of order

Complete Savings / Complete Save Taking money out of my credit card

I wrote to complete save as I had noticed that £15.00 a month had been taken from my credit card dating back to 7th July 2020 and I had just noticed a payment that I had no idea what for .
16th September they said it was cancelled but this month another £15.00 was taken out I have got back to them and now said from 5th November it will be cancelled I did order a couple of bra from chums but sent them back as they didn't fit I don't remember ticking
a box to let them take money from my card l my ref number is13827225 and my cancellation number is [protected] from Patricia Bailey (Mrs)

They have taken money out of my account I don't know who they are I haven't signed for nothing I cannot believe how they got into my bank details it's worrying for me as a pensioner who are these people that can do this without permission

Complete Savings / Complete Save Debit of £15 per month for over 2 years

Hello,

I have just received notification from my 'Online Banking' that i have been subject to over 2 years of £15 deductions from my account without authorisation. How is this possible. I am trying to contact complete savings for, firstly this to stop and secondly be refunded circa £500 taken from my account without me knowing. I have just started to look into the debit this month and with being such a small amount each month hadn't seen it on previous debits. Ive now gone back over 2 years and this company has been taking this out every month. I do not shop online and never have done so i have no idea, why this company is debiting my account.

£15 has been taken from my account without my consent and I want it refunded immediately!
it occurred on the 8th of October 2021.

I don't have a client number I have no idea how the company even had access to my accounts.

I have noticed some monthly payments coming from my account every 19th of each month and I did not authorised this please can you rectify and refund back my money and cancel my card .

I got to check my balance and i see you have been taking £15 pound out of my bank each month. This is so diabolical!

I believe this is for a £20 off on next train ticket or something like that. You guys took £30 from my account. Its not as much as some other people who've made a complaint but i would like my money back.

Iwould never have signed anything Your "organisation" Is a waist get a proper job!

Ill be going to my bank to cancel this and i want my money back!

Complete Savings / Complete Save Money saving

I have been charged £15 on two occasions when I only bought tickets for me and my daughter and this has only just been noticed as had very little money in my account. It is basically a scam and would never agree to anything that doesn't clearly state what's happening. I have complained numerous times and called them making sure won't happen again but would expect my money returned.

Hello I just had money taken out of my bank account on Saturday the 9th of October without my knowledge
I've never even had anything to do with this company and have no idea why the money has been taken .
I want to know why it was taken, my money back and no more money to be taken if possible

I have complained about this company before and they stopped taking money out of my account but now it's started again. They took money out of my account on the 10th of September and there is another transaction pending for the 8th of October I never signed up for this and just want it to stop it's £15.00 every month and that's a lot for me to loose every month.

I was never made aware that I was signing up to a membership where money was taken out of my bank account. I wish for this money to be refunded as it was taken without me being aware. it seems very fraudulent and backhanded. I would like to cancel my membership and be refunded please.

Hello,

I have just seen that £15 has been taken out of my account which I in no way authorised. I got a railcard as part of my Santander account deal and in signing up for my railcard my details seem to have been used for this scheme. I would like to cancel this payment please completely. I am student and certainly cannot afford to be losing £15 a month. I would like to know exactly how to or for it to be cancelled immediately.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Money taking from my account

Hi £15 has been taken from my account without my consent and do not know how this has happened. The only thing I can think of is when I accidentally got insurance on concert tickets last month yet I emailed the company and got the insurance cancelled. Please get back to me as I am not happy and incredibly confused on to why this has happened.
