Hi i have never signed up to complete save and i have just gone onto my bank and it has taken £15 without my consent . I would like to know why this has happened considering i wasn't even aware of what this company was and had to research them to know why i had been a victim of fraud. It needs sorting asap if possible as that money needs to be in my bank as it's for something else.

I have no clue what this company is, but i have only just noticed the loss of money from my bank monthly. £15 has been missing from my bank each month and without my consent or knowledge.

Since May 2021 - the above company has been taking £15 every 9th and 14th of the month (twice each month)= £30/per month.

Hello, I have noticed I am having unauthorised payments coming from yourselves. £15 a month, in which I never authorised. I do not even know a thing about this company so i'm demanding a refund of all payments or I will not hesitate to take this further. I don't understand where you retrieved my details from and this is totally unacceptable and quite frankly fraud. Unauthorized standing order
This company is very dodgy it has been taking an unauthorized money via a standing order from my account, small amount of £10 a month, I have contacted the bank and stopped it but basically the fraud department says I have authorized it without realising it... Hello transparency! I have never done such thing... It's basically a legit scam that the bank are allowing, people please report to the police on action fraud, complaint will go to the national fraud intelligence bureau

I have no idea why you're taking £15 out of my bank every month, I have never gave you my card details and have never received any kind of service from you, I want a full refund of the money you have taken from me as I'm a 17 year old who works part time and money is a struggle for me, I have seen multiple other complaints like this and expect it to be resolved as soon as possible, I am very annoyed and upset about this as you're taking money form a child for no reason what so ever, if this is not resolved I will take further action which will not be good for your ‘company' or whatever you class yourself as, get back to me as soon as possible thank you

I have no idea how these people got hold of my credit card details, I would never knowingly sign up this sort of scheme and I'm not the only one who has fallen foul of this scam, take a look on trust pilot for yourself.
I like many others work hard for our money and to have it taken from my account without my knowledge is disgraceful.

Money stolen from my forex card
WLY* Complete Save have taken money fraudulently from my forex debit card the last month. I never requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. To me, the amount of £15 per month is not a small amount not to raise alarm bells! I am trying to contact my bank and have further payments stopped, but as a student on a very low income I am upset and angry that this amount of money has been stolen from my account. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. Hi, I gave just suddenly lost my husband, and in going through our accounts I noticed a subscription for this in my account! £15 EVERY month! We have NEVER requested this! I have tried with my bank today to cancel, I wish for this to be sorted immediately and my monies returned! #wlycompletesave.com I have enough to deal with at the moment without having to deal with this also. When I try cancel at my bank they want the account number but I didn't set anything up!
