WLY Complete Save — Funds taken from my credit card monthly without my consent and authorisation
WLY* Complete Save has been taking money from my credit card since November 2020. I hardly used this card and that is why did not notice £15.00 taken from my credit card every month. I never subscribed for the Complete Save savings plan.
I do not know how this company manage to get my details and set up a direct debit on my credit card without my permission.
I am sure COI and other government agencies will investigate this company.
I want my full refund and all the money this company have taken from my account.

I have searched for any confirmation email which would tell me that I have signed up to anything regarding this company but to no avail. WLY COMPLETE SAVINGS have taken money from my bank account totalling £15, I have never signed up to anything that would give them authorisation to do this. I would like it refunded immediately.
