Haha have noticed £15 each month has been taken from my bank account. I haven't signed up for this so I would like every £15 you have been taking back! I would like this to be resolved ASAP. An from looking at the comments others have wrote I'm not the only one that this is happening to.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Subscription

Good morning

Can you please unsubscribe to all assets of your brand. The money coming out my bank is messing all my payments and bills up & I'm sure I did NOT apply for this "Complete save" the thing that's come out my bank.

My time rewards gave me a refund, can I please get one with this one!

I'm getting really really annoyed!

Complete Savings / Complete Save Fraudulent transactions

I have contacted you several times now asking you to stop debits from my account and to refund the many that you have taken unauthorised!
Iv had no reply and now see that on the 11th you have debited 3 amounts from my account.
This has to stop NOW!
Please email me by return to fix this otherwise I have no alternative but to proceed with legal action against your.

Complete Savings / Complete Save WLY Complete Save — Funds taken from my credit card monthly without my consent and authorisation

WLY* Complete Save has been taking money from my credit card since November 2020. I hardly used this card and that is why did not notice £15.00 taken from my credit card every month. I never subscribed for the Complete Save savings plan.

I do not know how this company manage to get my details and set up a direct debit on my credit card without my permission.

I am sure COI and other government agencies will investigate this company.
I want my full refund and all the money this company have taken from my account.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Unauthorized debits

My husband's account has been debitted £15 every month for a subscription we never applied for and we desperately need to cancel this and have all funds returned to his account, Mr Tommy McGarrie if 72 Mary Morrison Drive mauchline Ka56AR, [protected].
This has prevented us from buying baby formula as we had it in the bank and you took it so we have nothing!

Have also never signed up for this ‘scheme' yet am being charged £15 a month to which i seem unable to unsubscribe from.

I woke up this morning and £15 has gone from my account not knowing what this company is or have ever visited this website in my life. I don't know how this company has any of my details as I've said I've never heard of you so I demand my personal details and account details to be removed from your database otherwise legal action will be required.

on 30th of August 2021, i found out that £15 was taken from my Nattiest bank account for WLY complete save whiteout my concert. i want a refund now and not to take anymore in future.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Transaction

£15 has been taken out of my bank account by you and I'm not sure why. I have never even heard of this and there's no reason for you to be taking money from me. I don't want to be one of "those people" but I am 7 months pregnant and trying to get as much as possible for my baby before she is here. Please don't take money from me again, I really need it

Complete Savings / Complete Save Being charged each month!!!

I ordered one thing on studio catalogue in Dec/ Jan and have been charged £15 a month from you since! I would like a refund please. I have cancelled membership and also been in contact with my bank about this. They suggested I contact yourselves as this is very bad.

£15 was taken from my account today unauthorised, I did not sign up for this payment and I would like a full refund. I have phone my bank they told me to file a complaint to get my money back.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Charge £15 per month without my permission

I have just started using online banking and my account has been getting charged £15 every month on the 24th as far back as November 2020.
I am on benefits and my partner is on pip I can not afford for this money to be taken.
Can this be stopped and a refund issued. Every transaction is a different reference number

Complete Savings / Complete Save Money being taken from my bank account that I have not given permission

You have been taking £15 out of my bank and have done it three times now so a total of £45, I want my money back and for this to stop if this isn't resolved and I do t get a full refund I will take action. I did not give permission for this and noticed today when something popped up on my phone to say you took my money. This is fraudulent as I have not signed up to anything and seems you do this a lot. I want my money back

Complete Savings / Complete Save Taking unauthorised money out of my account

The company Complete Save have taken 4 payments of £15 without my authorisation. I have searched for any confirmation email which would tell me that I have signed up to anything regarding this company but to no avail. I have contacted my bank to refuse any more payments to this company because as far as I'm concerned I have not signed up to anything at all. Please refund my £60 which you have taken out of my account without my prior knowledge.

You have been taking £15 around the 8th of each month from my account for 8 months totalling £105.00
I would like a refund please. I never authorised this subscription, and I'd like to know what savings I have received since you have taken my money.
I have been in touch with my bank who will forward my complaint to the fraud section, if I don't have a refund from you.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Taking money without any consent

WLY COMPLETE SAVINGS have taken money from my bank account totalling £15, I have never signed up to anything that would give them authorisation to do this. I would like it refunded immediately. To my knowledge I have never given consent for this to happen and if I don't receive a refund I would like this to be taken further. I have read other complaints that this has happened to other so it wouldn't be the first time for this company.

I am an OAP and asked my son for help in sorting out payments from my bank account.
He asked about the amount for 10pounds that has been leaving my account since 2018!

I believe it had something to do with a train voucher but I did not know it would be monthly.
I would like a refund please as I did not agree to this amount and I cannot believe I have not had any service as such.
