Taken money out of my account
i had a recieved a notification saying you have taken £15 out of my bank this morning
£15 taken from my account unauthorised 23 times!!
I am very disappointed to discover that since October 2019 £15 was taken from my bank account almost every single month by Complete save 23 times which is causing me £345 loss! The transaction was unauthorised, not approved by me, I did not sign up for anything with Complete save. £15 is little enough to not to get suspicious but a lot of it happens to be taken from the account 23 times! I expect full refund ASAP!

Three payments for £15 have been taken from my bank account by this company. Neither my wife nor I have signed up for anything. I have searched the UK Companies House register and there is no company listed under the name Complete Save. There are a large number of complaints online along the same lines as mine. I suspect that this company are behaving fraudulently and this should be reported to the police.
Desired outcome: Return of £45 taken without my consent and the removal of my debit card record from this company's records.

I have not and did not sign up to no complete savings, fortunately I keep my money in a separate pot so no money has been taken but I would like for you to help take me off the subscription please because I do not want this to repeat its self. Unauthorised £15 fees
Hi. I have been made aware of unauthorised regular fees of £15 being debited from my account for the last 3 years. I am registered disabled and have recurring mental health issues. My wife takes care of my finances and had assumed that I had given my consent for these transactions. We struggle to make ends meet and would greatly appreciate a full refund. Unknown to me I have been having £15 taken out off my account from a company called complete savings after buying a train ticket on Trainline. I have researched the internet and noticed that many people have been conned by this. It is disgusting and obviously the new data protection act has loopholes that people can be deceived by this company. I will never buy online again.

I have complained about this twice now but this company continues to take money from my account! I have never authorised this, have never signed up with this company and have no knowledge of them!

I'm just writing to complain about money taken from my account. Specifically £15, just find it bizarre when I have never purchased anything or heard of this company till it was listed in my transactions.

Charged for something I never signed up to!
Complete savings has been taking money off me for 2 months now and I have no idea where it came from and how the hell it got my bank details, I need a refund but I don't know where to complain or contact them from as there are 1000 different websites. I've never signed up with WLY*completesave.co.uk but late yesterday out of knowhere I was charged £15 and I haven't got a single clue why.
