Complete Savings / Complete Save A deduction of £15 from my bank account

I don't get how you even got my bank details. And I've only encountered your company now because as soon as I saw an information from my mobile banking that you've deducted £15 from my account, I had to question myself, "What is this company? Why did it take money from me?" I've seen a lot of complaints about this company too. I demand that you refund that money this instant and make sure that my bank details are gone from your data because if not, we're gonna have to file a lawsuit against your company.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Unauthorised charges

Hi,

I have realised that your company is charging my account without even be aware of what is for over a year . Can I please get some explanation and my money refund to me ?
The first charge was July 2020 and yesterday came the charge . I did not realise as comes always around the other direct debits till this month.
I am contacting my bank to stop any further charges .
Can someone please get this stopped ASAP ?

Complete Savings / Complete Save taking money from my credit card

Hi good afternoon.
My partner just notice this company have been taking money from my account for the last 2 years, I did never sign a form or accept anything or use any of their services.
I am in the process of calling my bank to cancel this secretion that i did not agreed with.
to be sincere I would have never notice as is some small amount and was going direct from credit card, no receipts where send so no flags that something was going out.
as the credit card get used just with my authorisation.

Hi I have had £15 taken from bank account. I have never signed up anything and on 2 separate occasions money has been taken from my bank account. I would like a full refund please

Complete Savings / Complete Save Unauthorised money taken from account

I have in no way authorised this payment. I want this stopped now. I want the subscription cancelled, the money returned with no further contact. I've alerted my bank to this fraud and they're doing everything in there power to have this cancelled. In this day in age it's preposterous that companies such as yourselves can behave in such a manner. I want the money returned.

I want my £15.00 you have taken out back in my account, I do not know you or have consented to this .
You need to put it back in today or i will be getting in touch with the fraud team, and letting them deal with it

Complete Savings / Complete Save Unauthorised money taken from bank account

This company took money out of my account without authorisation I didn't sign up to the company and give them my card details to take money out of my account the details were given for them to pay me and when they changed names or ownership they decide to charge but I never gave authority for them to use those card details to take £15 a month out of my account

I have no knowledge of ever requesting the use of this service and yet I've been charged £15, can you please cancel whatever subscription you have me on and give me a refund if possible.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Stolen money

I'm very upset to see that the company Wly Complete Savings (the irony can I point out) have been taking £15 a month from my account, which is completely unauthorized.

I never recall subscribing to such scheme, I have no record of accepting into this either. I'm mad and very upset.

The total is £60, my name is Mollie Woodhead and I bank with NatWest and I would like a refund ASAP.

Desired outcome: Full refund of £60.00 and no more payments ever to be taken.

Complete Savings / Complete Save WLY*Complete savings

I've been charged £15 from a company called WLY*complete save and I have no idea why? I never signed up for anything such as a subscription I've attached a screenshot of the money being taken from my account. I'm not sure how to cancel this either because I don't know where or how it works since I haven't signed up to any savings websites, and I can't really pay the monthly fee which is supposedly £15 and I have no idea what I even get from it.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Money deducted from my bank account without my knowledge

I just realised that complete save took £15 from my account. That's all the money I had left for food. Now I have nothing to buy food for my children. I don't know why the money has been deducted. I need it back please. I am not working and very ill and this has just made my illness worse. This is the first time I am seeing this deduction and its a shock to me because I haven't signed up to these deductions

For five months I have been charged £15 from WLY*complete save. I have NOT ever signed up to this thing because I have never even heard of it. I want my £75 and I am disgusted that this company is targeting people and hoping they don't notice. I've looked and this isn't a standing order so I cannot cancel it. I want my money back now. As a student I don't have a spare £75 to give to a random company that I did NOT sign up to and nor was even aware was taking my money

Complete Savings / Complete Save Unauthorised debit card charges

WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my credit card July the 11th 2021, totally £15 I do a small amount of online shopping usually with the same four companies, but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud, in part because I had a replacement credit card about a month ago and no longer have online access to previous statements, but also because the amount of £15 per month is a small enough amount not to raise alarm bells! I have now contacted my bank and had further payments stopped, but as a pensioner on a very low income I am furious that this amount of money has been stolen from my account. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded and this company investigated. Ellie saville.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Money coming out my account when I didn’t sign anything

I have just noticed that you have been taking £15 each month out of my account which I didn't notice, I've looked back and it has been happening since January 2018. Which is 41 months. I have cancelled my bank card to stop any more payments, but I would like a refund please. I am not happy about this at all. I will check my bank statements each month from now on. You don't send me any emails or correspondence to say you have been taking my money each month.

I've not heard of this company, I have no idea how they have been allowed to take money from my account!
I don't work, and I'm a mother of two, so it's money from my disability allowance!
I rarely spend online, I don't know how it would benefit me. I haven't a clue how I've given consent to paying a subscription and not once seen anything about it! I only found the payments after having someone look at my statements and discovering why I've been out of pocket each month, even after careful budgeting.
I feel so sick, please make the payments stop, I really hope they can give me the £105.00 taken!

Complete Savings / Complete Save WLY savings/ complaint for unagreed payments from my account

i would like to complain about a payment for £15 that has been taken from my account on 12/07/2021. This is not something that i have agreed to and i certainly have not applied for any kind of savings account with your company. I would like a full refund and for this incident to be fully investigated please. i have not and will never agree to your company taking money from my account.

Complete Savings / Complete Save I don’t know as I don’t have anything with you

Although I have never heard of your company you still seem to be managing to rob me of £15 a month for the last 4 months I have notified my bank and they have put a block on my account and I am writing this to suggest that whatever it is that you are fraudulently charging me for that you stop immediately and don't take anything else from my account.
