Unauthorised withdrawals
£15 has been taken from my account although I cancelled the free trial!
This was an unauthorised withdrawal from my account and I am a full-time student, which means you've taken a weeks worth of food away from me! I will now somehow have to conjur up the money to live another week without food. This is completely disgusting behaviour and I am shocked and extremely disgusted.
I am furious and am demanding my money back immediately or I will have to take this higher with my bank! Give me a full refund now!
Desired outcome: Full refund of £15

Money taken out of my account
I've just checked my online banking to find I've had £15 taken out without my authorisation.
After looking online it appears I'm not the only one.
I've tried to contact the company but only get a list of services they provide.
Desired outcome: Money back

To whom it may concern,
I have apparently signed up to your service through an Iceland purchase. I have no recollection of it, I haven't set up a direct debit or handed over any banking details to your company. Yet you take £15 a month from me for the last 4 months. You haven't saved me a bean and the whole sign up is extremely shady. This is a total scam, sadly seems to be low income families that you steal money from monthly. This is clearly a case for trading and advertising standards. Show me where you have saved me any money for a service I never asked for? It's scandalous, you are a shameful outfit.

Desired outcome: Full Refund for the four months stolen from my account.
Fraud
You have taken £15 out of my account without my knowledge. My bank are currently putting a fraud case forward as I have no signed up to this company and I there is also no way you could have got my details via me ordering online as I haven't used my card In months! I want a full refund and I have put a case forward with ombudsman too. Disgusting how many people you have conned.
Desired outcome: Money back!
Refund for this
Hi,
Just checked my bank account and have been charged 15 euro for this service that like everyone else here I have no recollection giving my details too as this is a service I would never use and I would like to cancel this subscription immediately and want a full refund of my 15.00 euro. My email is [protected]@hotmail.com if you would like to reach out to me to sort this.
Kind regards,
Gary
Desired outcome: Cancellation and refund
Fraud!!!!!
You took £15 from me today! That's £45 over the last few months! I want this money back pronto and then I want this fraudulent company to stay as far away from my bank account (and my money!) as possible! If these conditions are not met, I will be taking legal action against you! I never subscribed to anything of yours, I never purchased anything either this is a serious breach of privacy and, most of all, theft!
Desired outcome: Refund
Unauthorised activity
On the 2nd of July £15.00 was taken out of my bank account. I have no idea who wlycomplete save are, and have certainly never signed for anything they have offered. I would also like to know how they got hold of my bank account details. I have been in contact with the bank to make sure no more money is taken. I have also emailed the company I'm complaining about, and await a reply.
Desired outcome: Refund
£15 taken from my account fraudulently for 3 years without my knowledge
I only just found out this morning that this company has been fraudulently taking £15 from my bank account since September 2018. Yes, that is almost 3 years they have been taking money from me. For some suspicious reasons when I can't find the company name on my direct debits or standing order lists. I googled them immediately to discover that they are an online saving company or something of that nature. I'm not into the habit of shopping as I cannot afford that luxury. I have never heard of this company until today and never signed up to anything with them. This saddens me particularly, and is deeply upsetting as I lost my partner the same period they started taking money from me. He died on the 7th of July 2018 in a car accident and I have since been homebound due to depression and illness. It's that time of the year again, 3 year anniversary of my partner's death. This isn't the right time to be dealing with this type of issue. I have enough on my plate as a single mother trying to make ends meet only for this company to be stealing from me. How on earth is this being allowed to happen? I called them and spoke to a customer service adviser who told me that I had signed up to this at a Debenhams store! I cannot recall anyone discussing this financial agreement with me ever, nor do I recall being given a direct debit form to fill in at Debenhams on behalf of this company. Why would Debenhams would lure people into such a dodgy situation? I am now in the process of trying to get my refund. They have offered to give me a full refund and money paid back into my account with 3 to 5 working days, yes that's £15 x 34. Fingers-crossed let's see if they keep their promise.

Money taken out my card
I have had a look on my card and it says that you have taken £15 out my card, I have not signed up for this and I would like my money back please. I have looked on my emails to check for any signing to any company. This is ridiculous, you need to warn people you take money out their own pocket so people are really struggling in this pandemic. I would like my money back please

Money
I have not signed up to anything I don't even know what this is for, however I have had £15 taken out of my bank and this is all I had left till next pay day. This situation isn't fair as I will not even be able to afford food till pay day, this fraud is outrageous and I demand my money back with interest for putting me in this situation.
Desired outcome: £30
Payment taken from my credit card

Desired outcome: To stop taking my money
Money taken from my account AGAIN
Last month I had money taken from my bank account despite never having set up an account, and therefore I emailed and was given a refund and was assured that my account was ended. However, this has happened again this month. This is ridiculous and once again I would like a full refund and this time for my membership to be properly ended so that this never happens again. If it does, I will be forced to take this further, which I do not want to do. I think it is disgusting that this can happen, as many people wouldn't actually fight back.
Desired outcome: Refund and for this never to happen again

£15 taken from my account
Hello,
I have had £15 taken from my account. I believe this is because I signed up after buying a train ticket.
I was never made aware of this meaning money would be taken from my account. I want my money back and I want this subscription cancelled, if it is a subscription.
I earn minimum wage and can hardly afford to pay rent or eat, so you've made it even more difficult for me in these already hard times.
I hope you sort this out.
Regards,
Patrick McCarthy

No idea what is this company???
WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my credit card, totalling €15. I do a small amount of online shopping usually but I never heard about WLY*completesave.ie?
I have now contacted my bank and had further payments stopped, I am furious that this amount of money has been stollen from my account. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded and this company investigated.

unauthorized charges to account
I have notoiced that on 05/06/2021 a charge of £15 taken from my bank account. It would appear that it is a re-occuring charge, however I don't know amount has been taken for don't recall signing up for anything. I would therefore request a refund and for this charge to be stopped immediately. Could you also explain how this has occurred?
Kind regards Jennifer Wilson.
Desired outcome: refund and explanation

Unauthorised transactions
A £15 transaction is pending on my bank account to your company that I have not agreed to and I have not signed up to any of your schemes. I have already contacted the fraud department and they have stopped any transfers to you. They have said I need to contact you to request my money back. This is highly unacceptable as I never even knew this company existed until now and upon looking at their website it's clear I am not the only individual that they have done this too.
My email is [protected]@outlook.com and I expect a response soon with a full refund.
Desired outcome: Repay my money + compensation
