To Whom It May Concern,
Firstly, I would like to know who "WLY Complete Savings"are? Secondly, why £15 has been taken out of my account by them? Thirdly, how long has this amount been taken out of my account? And finally, when and how did I supposedly sign up for a membership I've never heard of?
I will be calling my bank in the morning as this is fraudulent! I can only see so far 2 payments on my online banking (attached); nevertheless, my bank will be able to verify whether there are any historical payments taken.
How can money be taken out of my account each month without a direct debit?! I HAVEN'T SIGNED UP TO ANYTHING!
I only noticed as the payment taken out has left me in an unarranged overdraft, which I'll be charged for if I do not clear it!
I have nothing in my account to clear this unarranged overdraft!
Having Googled "WLY Complete Savings" to my dismay I am not the only person they've done this to and it is clearly business as usual for them to STEAL people's money!
I expect to be FULLY reimbursed for every pound stolen from me!

Hello. I only just discovered that I've apparently been paying for a service I never signed up to for the past 5 months since January of 2021. This is a recurring monthly payment of £15 across the 5 months totalling £75 in stollen money. I want this refunded back into my bank account immediately and for any and all future payments to stop as well.

I have been charged multiple times on a monthly basis for a subscription service I have never signed up for from a company I have never heard of that apparently costs money to save money.
