Taking money out my bank
I've looked at my online banking and yous have took money out my bank n I would like a refund

Monthly Charge to account and refund
Partner has just noticed £15 a month going out of the joint account, i vaguely remember using some kind of cashback site to purchase some shopping rom Iceland a few months back. Nowhere on that page did it mention anything about a £15 MONTHLY charge, and if it did it must have been printed in WHITE FONT.
Refund me please or i'll be contacting my bank and forcing a refund through them, then the relevant fraud teams will be getting involved.

Complete savings
WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my bank account for the last 9 months, totalling £135. I do a small amount of online shopping, but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud which is annoying but also because the amount of £15 per month is a small enough amount not to raise alarm bells! I have now contacted my bank and had further payments stopped. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded and this company investigated.

Unauthorised payments
I have just noticed that complete save has been taking £15 a month from my account. I did not authorise this nor did I fill out any signing up forms. This is absolutely disgusting and demand my money back. I shall be contacting my bank to ensure the fraud team can investigate this. I am only able to see 3 debits from my account online, but I shall be asking my bank for confirmation of this, either way I do not expect money to be taken without proper authority from myself. This had better be resolved as soon as possible.

I have noticed this morning that £15 has been taken from my bank account and I have no idea what it is for, I have not authorised or brought or signed up for any thing from you.
