Complete Savings / Complete Save Monthly Charge to account and refund

Partner has just noticed £15 a month going out of the joint account, i vaguely remember using some kind of cashback site to purchase some shopping rom Iceland a few months back. Nowhere on that page did it mention anything about a £15 MONTHLY charge, and if it did it must have been printed in WHITE FONT.

Refund me please or i'll be contacting my bank and forcing a refund through them, then the relevant fraud teams will be getting involved.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Complete savings

WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my bank account for the last 9 months, totalling £135. I do a small amount of online shopping, but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud which is annoying but also because the amount of £15 per month is a small enough amount not to raise alarm bells! I have now contacted my bank and had further payments stopped. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded and this company investigated.

I have for some reason had £15 per month taken from my account totalling £135 (9months)

I never signed anything for this and it is fraud

I'd like a full refund

Hi, the company has taken £15.00 out of my account at random and i don't even know why they've taken the money out. the money removed is needed desperately. if this could be resolved asap, i would appreciate it

I haven't been subscribing to this site and u are taking money out my account. This is fraud. Been in touch with bank. Please sort this out nowi am a single mum a and I need all the pennies for my teenagers and it has caused a few rifts due to having no money in account.I would like to know how you got my bank details and hopefully u will refund this money into my account

Complete Savings / Complete Save Membership

Without signing up £15 has now been taken from my account, I want my money as it has not been used. I have seen many more complaints stating the same thing which is outrageous for a company to do! Surely this is illegal to take details from an unrelated transaction as I know I did not give my bank details. Can anyone tell me if they got refunded? Thank you

Complete Savings / Complete Save Unauthorised payments

I have just noticed that complete save has been taking £15 a month from my account. I did not authorise this nor did I fill out any signing up forms. This is absolutely disgusting and demand my money back. I shall be contacting my bank to ensure the fraud team can investigate this. I am only able to see 3 debits from my account online, but I shall be asking my bank for confirmation of this, either way I do not expect money to be taken without proper authority from myself. This had better be resolved as soon as possible.

I have been paying £15 a month since last august an only recently noticed I did not sign up for this service therefore do not use this service as I didn't even know what it was I would like all my money refunded it's unfair the way this company tricks people and feels it's ok just to help themselves to
Your money from you personal bank account every month and quite honestly is no different from fraud... From reading your reviews you have done this to many many others

I have noticed this morning that £15 has been taken from my bank account and I have no idea what it is for, I have not authorised or brought or signed up for any thing from you.

If other payments have been taken at any other point or are due to be taken I want a full refund and future payments cancelled, due to everything that has gone on over the past year taking money from people unexpectedly isn't the something that anybody should approve of.

Complete Savings / Complete Save £15 taken out of my account without my permission

I checked my balance today and found £15 taken out of my account that wasn't me and was nothing that I agreed to. I don't know what this is but it's completely unfair for me to be robbed of my own money that I earned for myself

I can't think of any reason why this has happened but I need my money back. Whatever this company or organisation is it's just sad to be stealing money from a young persons account. I'm trying to save for my future and it's so pathetic that I have to file a complaint to stop selfish people stealing off my own hard work

Complete Savings / Complete Save £15 subscription

I have discovered you have taken £15 a month out of my credit card since november 2019! I did not ask for this. I have not received anything from you in that time. How do i get my money back?
i had to call barclaycard today because i tried to cancel this online to no avail.
i have attached just one statement to show you this is happening and will provide more if necessary.
Please get back to me with any information as soon as is possible.

I have had money takin from my account for the past few months now, Iv not authorised this please refund asap
This is the second time I have asked them to stop, it's not something I agreed to or signed up for.
This has to be stopped, this company are defrauding people
