I have never signed up to this website yet £15 has been taken out for the past 4 months I want my money back.

I have been charged £15
I have woke up this morning only to notice that I have been charged with a pending payment of £15 for ‘wly.completesave.co.uk' which is a company/ website that isn't familiar.
I believe I have an account by the email ‘[protected]@icloud.com' which must have been made months ago.
It has been pending since Sunday 16th May 2021, but I would like this looked into/ resolved as I am a student and every bit of money is valuable to me.

Taking money with no authorisation
Never authorised any transaction. This company is taking 15£ from March 15th 2021 and I want the full refund of the total of 45£ taken with no authorisation. Also delete my bank and personal details from your archives or I'll be forced to take legal actions against you for privacy violation in addition to fraud charges. Notifying my bank as well their fraud department.

Stealing my cash
Every month for the past several years there has been a charge from WLY*COMPLETESAVE.co.UK. [protected] CHE appearing on my credit card statement for £15. Everytime it's reported to NATWEST, the card is cancelled, but as soon as a new card is issued the deduction start back. We've written to the company with no success and occasionally when I've called the company, they tell me at the end of the call that I'm not the account holder and cannot make any changes before abruptly ending the call. The credit card is joint and is in both mine and my wife's name. On the occasions when my wife phones, she pretty much gets the same level of treatment with promises to end the deductible and I'm sorry that you're leaving us in line as if though this is a service that we have signed up for. I noticed the pop-up ad from this company on one occasion when attempting to purchase a pizza from Papa John's in Sevenoaks. The pop-up offer free pizza as a reward for joining WLS. As I was familiar with the scam and had been attempting to get these crooks to refund us for the past couple of years, I selected no continuously, but the pop-ups just kept appearing. I received an email with the Papa John receipt that had the WLY info at the bottom of the email. This has been going off and on for over 5 years and the bank seems helpless in resolving.

We have just discovered that this company has been taking £15 per month from our bank account since at least 2016(as far back as my online records will go). We emailed the company and had a reply yesterday saying that they will stop taking payments and have offered to refund £15, which I find is a further insult. We also feel really stupid and embarrassed to find that they've had at least £900 from us for doing nothing. We still don't know when we got caught by this scam as I can only find records back to 2016, so it could be a lot more than what we have found so far. We stopped using the email address they say that they have for us, years ago and don't ever remember seeing any e mails from them to confirm or notify us of the charges and also certainly don't remember ever signing up to such a scheme. We are usually very careful about such scams and would not have knowingly signed up to this one. I suppose we should have been more vigilant, but I never look at the particular account they are taking money from and my wife incorrectly assumed that it was something I had signed up to. My wife also got caught by a similar sneaky scam by Amazon, but at least they did have the decency to refund us after 12 months or so and with no obvious use of the services we unknowingly signed up to. . We have never used completesave either, so you'd like to think that they might have the decency to refund us fully . The likes of these companies obviously have no morals and are bottom feeders just making money off unsuspecting honest people. They shouldn't be allowed to continue taking payment.
We are currently awaiting another reply from complete save as they have not yet provided any proof of us signing up or even told us when we supposedly unknowingly signed up.

There is 15 euro being taken out of my account for the past 3 months totalling 45 euro. I never gave any sort of authorisation for this to be taken nor did I have any knowledge it was going to happen. I am a student nurse so 15 euro a month to me is a lot.
