Not sure, other than what is in their site address.
Having checked my credit card statements online, I found that there had been a transaction, which I did not know anything about, for £15 per month for a period of 4 consecutive months.
I have reported it to the fraud department of my credit card company and hopeful of a refund.
It would appear the company, wlycompletesavecouk-nyon, is using less than honest means to extract multiple £15's pm from unsuspecting folk.
Desired outcome: Having said that, I am in fairly confident that my credit card company will reimburse my loss, but is these people are the scammers, they appear to be, they need to be brought to book.

I have not authorised these to be taken.
I have contacted them with no response to have this stopped a few times.
I have no idea how or when this was subscribed to.

Money taken without consent.
On the 25th November my credit card was charged by Complete Savings, despite no activity on any of my accounts pertaining to that company or online purchases of any kind. The company have got hold of my details fraudulently, and have helped themselves to £15 a month including 25th Dec/Jan/Feb. This totals £60 for which I have received no notification at all.
I cancelled the membership of an account that I have no record of (I had to reset password just to get in) and I have contacted my bank to make sure no further payments can be authorised.
Desired outcome: I want the £60 that was fraudulently taken, refunded.

Unauthorized money transaction
I never subscribed or signed up for it but charged for 6 months from last September for £15 monthly. I am an unemployed and this money is sufficient the cost of life for couple weeks. It is conscienceless, utterly unacceptable and horrible to taking my money without any permission.
I want a full refund and stop for taking my money out of my bank account.

Fraud
I for the last 4 months have had £15 taken out of my bank by this “company”, never have I signed up for it, I emailed the customer service some days ago and haven’t heard a single word I want a full refund and for this company to stop taking hard earned money out of peoples bank accounts without any permission, it is utterly unacceptable and must not got unpunished.
Desired outcome: Refund

Subscription
I have been charged 3 separate payments as a subscription of £15, totalling £45, between 14th November 2022 and 16th January 2023
I have cancelled this subscription with my bank this morning.
I followed a link on (what I recall) was an online pizza delivery. when i went through the link, there was too much information needed and too many options to select to receive any cashback so I chose not to proceed with anything.
certainly, at no point, was there a mention of any following subscription. and its obvious from my account that i have not received anything from this company.
Desired outcome: I would like my £45 refunded immediately. i can provide my account details upon a response to this message.

Unauthorised Money Taken From My Account
I Have had £15 taken from my bank account without any authorisation. From the many previous complaints I have read, this may turn into a regular thing which I definitely do not want.
I do online shopping and this is the only way I can imagine fraudsters getting my details for sites like this. I will also be contacting my bank regarding this.
I need to get this resolved asap. I have emailed regarding this, and I hope to hear back very soon!
Thanks
Will

Money coming out my account since December 23rd
I occasionally buy things online but I have never signed up to a discount service or such however since December 23rd £15 pound has been coming out of my account luckily my bank account through Lloyd has notified me that the best transaction is coming out soon because I am a uni student and can’t afford for money to be wasted however to cancel the transaction I need a customer ID which I do not have since I did not set this up. So could u please refund my £30 . Malaika Hussein
Desired outcome: Refund please would be great full

Unauthorised charges
I was buying a train ticket online with LNER and apparently filled a form signing for Complete Savings. I thought the details were requested from the train company, not some entirely different one. And I had no idea I will be charged every moth for something I never wanted in the first place. They were taking £15 out of my account for 7 months. I didn't noticed as I have so many payments like this. I consider it unacceptable.
Desired outcome: Return the money. I am unemployed and this would make a big difference.

Deductions from my creditcard account
I only noticed recently a debit deduction in my credit card statement. The deduction is for £15 from complete save .co.uk from Sept 2020. I have not received any notification of this deduction and have not applied for it. I contacted my bank to look into this and they suggested that it appeared I was on Trainline website and may have clicked on an acceptance button. My only recollection of visiting trainline website is trying to get cheap ticket to visit my sister in-law with a terminal illness. I have not noticed the deductions all these times as I was going through depression looking after my husband as well and only noticed when i have to scrutinise my statement.

Scam
WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my credit card for the last 2 months. I had a payment of £15 taken out of my account on the 25th on December and now the 25th of January. I’ve never heard of this company before and I don’t know what it is. I can’t afford to keep having this taken out my account monthly as it’s been £30 so far and by the looks of it, it could happen again because it’s come out 2 months in a row on the same date
Desired outcome: Please can I have a refund as I can’t afford to keep having this money taken out my account monthly

Taken money from my bank account
Got a statement from my bank today to say this company has been taken money out of my account. Called in to bank to stop anymore payments been taken. Phoned this company to be told I could not stop payments as it a credit card payment. They were wrong and shortly after told they have cancelled the account, sending me a form for a refund and placing £45 back in to my account. Guess after reading I will be lucky. No email yet, but I will let you know if you get anything from this company. Never signed anything and I wish they would send my proof I did. Mr J. Appleby

Unauthorised payments being taken for months
WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my mother in law debit card for over a year! She has Never requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. We have only just discovered this fraud, We have searched her email and have no notification from this company with membership details and she has never signed up with you. We are going to her bank to get these payments stopped. My mother in law has terminal cancer and doesnt do any shopping other than supermarket food delivery. This company has taken multiple monthly payments for something She never applied for and has taken advantage of a vulnerable person. We want her money back. This company needs shutting down Mrs Reed

Refund. Immediately.
They have been taking £15 a month without authorisation. This is a scam. These people are thieves. This should be investigated by the authorities and jail sentences handed down.
Absolute scum.
I did not sign up for this. The website that "claims" it will resolve disputes or cancel membership refuses to recognise the bogus account number or any email address.
Attempting to phone results in a queue that is never answered.
Emailing gets a promise of a response within seven days that never comes.
These are just delaying tactics until the next payment is taken. They make it almost impossible to cancel.
And there was NO signup. I did not agree to being charged £15 a month for a service I would never use.
This is a horrible, low-life scam.

But I just got a notification saying my direct debit has been failed. When i checked my account it shows I have been charged £15 by WLY*Completesaving.co.uk. I never heard of this company neither I authorised the charges. This is so scary that some company i never heard of charged me money.

I have had two amounts of £15.00 taken from my bank account . One in November and one in December. I have no knowledge of signing up to any company that would charge me that amount. However I did fill in a short questionnaire to give money off my next purchase from an electrical goods supplier. I did not give permission for any monies to be taken from my account.
Having read the previous responses from this company I emailed Mary at the address provided and have not yet had a response.
I would like the £30.00 taken from my account to be refunded asap.
Desired outcome: I would like the £30.00 taken from my bank account refunded immediately and an undertaking from the company that no further monies will be taken.
