Deduction of 15 pounds a month
Hi there,
I realise 15 pounds has been deducted from my account since August 2022! The amount has never been authorised by me and I would therefore like the full amount credited back to me.
The total amount is 15 pounds (month) x 11 months = 161 pounds.
I am not sure how you were able to authorise this transaction without my express permission but either way please refund the amount as above.
Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Regards,
Ms Chang
Desired outcome: Refund full amount as debited for the past 11 months.

complete savings
unbeknown to me monies have been taken out of our account since 2021. So far I have been refunded £30.00.
I now have more time on my hands due to my husband passing away to look in detail at my account, and have realised that quite a lot of monies have been taken out. The grand total of £250.00.
My husband started suffering from cancer jan 2021 the suffering was awful and I was his carer, the last thing i was bothered about was money.
I have dates starting back from 29-03-2021 to the present day.
I have not used your company, and do not intend to. Could you please refund the monies of £210.00 (this being £30.00 minus grand total)
I hope you understand my situation and that this information helps Thank you

I’ve been charged £120 over the past 8 months
This complete savings has been charging me £15 for 8 months now and i didn’t even realise because it’s such a small amount of money that it doesn’t raise an eyebrow however it recently got charged yesterday and i got suspicious and checked what it is only to find out it is a scam! i do not remember ever signing up for this. They’re taking money out of my bank without authority. They are a fraud of a company i want them investigated now! I also want my money back asap and if i don’t receive my £120 back , i will have this company investigated and sued. They even gave me £15 so i didn’t get suspicious.
i want a refund now!
Desired outcome: Refund and cancelled

Charged GBP 15 without subscribing for their service!
I found a transaction of GBP 15 charged on my credit card on April 26th (transaction # 881749) without my authorization, I would like to get a refund of this fee as I never registered for complete saving services.
If I subscribed to the service I would have received an email with the membership number, this has not happened, and despite all of that my credit card was charged for GBP 15.
Please note that the internet is full of reviews about complete savings charging people credit cards for services they didn't apply to, so please refund the GBP 15 charged on my credit card
Desired outcome: Refund the charges GBP 15

Unauthorised charges
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding some unexpected and unauthorised charges that have appeared on my bank statement, attributed to your company, CompleteSave.co.uk.
Upon reviewing my bank statements, I noticed a recurring charge of £15.00 each month, starting from August 2018. I do not recall authorising a subscription or any form of recurring payment to CompleteSave.co.uk. As such, I believe these charges to be erroneous and seek immediate resolution.
I kindly request that you investigate these charges and provide a detailed explanation of the nature of these transactions. If these charges are indeed a result of an unintentional subscription, I would like to formally cancel it now.
Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for the total amount charged to date, which is £870. I trust that your company operates under the highest standards of customer service and will rectify this issue promptly.
Please confirm receipt of this message and update me on the status of my refund request at your earliest convenience.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Full refund of £45
Membership Number : [protected]
On the 11th December 2023 I purchased some tickets from See Tickets and was offered a reward of £16.87 so I clicked on the link which turned out to be Complete Savings.
A few months later I was checking my credit card statement and saw a £15 charge on there and when I checked back on previous months I could see that I had been charged 3 times for this.
I cancelled the membership immediately (10th April) and wrote to the organisation requesting a refund as the monthly subscription fee was not made clear to me at the time. Unsurprisingly I have not received a response.

Being charged 15 pounds
Every now and again I am being charged 15 pounds but don’t receive anything and I’m not getting anything to do with subscriptions so would be appreciated if these could stop. Approximately three times now in three consecutive months I have been charged and spent 20 minutes trying to figure out what’s going on and if I can cancel these payments, however I haven’t been able to not once stop these and it’s stressing me out because it’s inconvenient.
Desired outcome: Get my money back and stop the payments

There is no explanation for these transactions, and as a student with no job currently I cannot afford this type of loss. I have not given permission or access to my account, and want a full refund.
Desired outcome: Please refund fully.

Weekly complete saving
I made an order from boohooMAN, then I got a link to claim a bit of the money back and didn’t get anything back. But for the past two months I have had £15 taken out of my bank account without my authorisation or being signed up to anything. The first time was 27th of March and I made a complaint then. But yesterday the 16th another payment of £15 was taken.
Desired outcome: I would really like a full refund of £30 put back into my bank account.

Fraudulent deduction from my account.
I just noticed an unauthorized debit from my account from complete save, the debit just occurred today 13/04/2023. I didn’t subscribe for this. It’s an authorized debit. This should be taken up. You can’t just go about and deduct peoples money without them consenting to it. It’s thievery. I want my refund asap. All I did was order for pizza don’t know how they got my debit card details. I used the card on Domino’s app to order pizza my order number was [protected].
And I was prompted via the app to register for complete save, that’s all I did, I only registered and I didn’t subscribe for any money to be deducted from my account without my consent. This is a daylight robbery, it has to be stopped.
Desired outcome: Refund

Deceiving marketing
Hello,
The email was an offer to sign up and receive cashback on my next ticket purchases, The only details I gave this company was my name and address.
The company above has been taking £15 from me monthly since at least 2020, despite me having changed my card since then, they still managed to steal my money.
I never permitted a direct debit with this company nor did I give them my bank details or receive any mention of this in their emails.
I also believe ticket master have passed on my bank details to this company without my permission. They are using deceptive marketing, by simply clicking 'continue' you are agreeing to a direct debit without even realising.
Desired outcome: Full Refund

Shopping savings plan
I didn't subscribe to this company or know anything about it. I discovered this month that they had been fraudulently taking £15 out of my account every month since October 2022. A small amount that I didn't notice, in total £90 was taken from my account. I was horrified at this criminal activity and they were unreachable...customer phone line no longer working because if sheer volume of complaint, stupid live chat said it didn't understand question when I accused them of fraud, email request for full refund of £90 response was there was a 7 day delay on response due to volume of emails being received.
I then requested immediate ending of non agreed contract that I had no knowledge of for the last 6 months and contacted my bank to report this cyber crime. I was put through to the fraud unit who traced it back to a product bought online through Sainsbury's Redhill, Surrey though there Argos department. I contacted Argos through their "chat" line saying that there was a cyber crime working through their website. They told me to email the Sainsbury's email cyber crime address. There has been no response so far.
I want this company to be exposed nationally. I want full refund for the money illegally stolen from my account. I have no money, rarely buy anything and would never Choose to use any internet site like this. Please help me.
Regards
Emma

Complete savings taking money
The same as other customers on here - I had no idea I signed up or when and I must have been putting my bank details in to pay for something and the company have used them to take payments for a subscription which I was not aware of. £15 a month on my credit card since November. I would never sign up to something like this and they really should make it more obvious. I’m usually very careful so unsure where I have ‘signed up’ for this.
Desired outcome: Refund of money paid
