Complete Savings / Complete Save Money has been taken from my account

There is money been taken from my account by this wly, I have not agreed to it nor have I ever heard from them!
I want my money refunded immediately!
This is unacceptable. They just taking money randomly from other people.
This is a fraud!

Complete Savings / Complete Save Subscription

I've just noticed that complete save has been taking £15 from my account since september totalling £225 I did not agree nor authorise them to take this. It's very sneaky I was unaware and didn't get anything from being subscribed to whatever it is you're subscribed to and think it's unfair and immoral

Complete Savings / Complete Save Have not registered or saved or used service

I have £15 coming out of my account for a very long period of time not realising it's a company who are offering to save you money (which I haven't been aware of to save any) so over a year my bank only went to look back only 12 months so not aware now if it's for many years. I need every penny back please as i'm a struggling single mum! I could've noticed earlier I know but every penny does matter. Can you please refund asap

Complete Savings / Complete Save Unauthorized credit card charges.

I have been charged £15.00 per month from July 2020 until January 2021.
I do not know how I have incurred this charge. I have realized that at some time in June I have made an online purchase for a product that I can not at this time identify. The charge is on my Credit Card.

I can not find as to how I use the £105.00 "savings" or how to get a refund for this "saving" that I have saved through this company, Compleatesave.

I do not know what the purchase was, so I can not forward any statement or invoice.

I have phoned the company on [protected] but I could not get any help.

Desired outcome: A total refund of £105.00

Complete Savings / Complete Save Money being taken out of my account

This company has been taken money out off my account this month and last month without my consent. There has been £15 pound been taken the past 2 months I have not signed up to anything and have not been asked for my bank details! I don't want this happening anymore could you please refund the money back into my account please thanks in advance.

Complete Savings / Complete Save I have made no purchases why is there money taken from my account????

I never signed up to anything of this sort and money is being taken out of my account without any knowledge! I want my money returned back! I was not aware of that money is getting taken out of my account, i want it back, this company scammed me twice by different company names, potentially the same people behind it! Contact ASAP and return what was stolen! 30 pounds in total was gone!

I have just checked my bank account to be shown that you have taken a payment of £15 out of my current account today? I have not made any purchases nor have I signed up to anything stating I have to pay monthly. Please refund this and tell me how I can stop this happening in the future. I think this is completely out of order as I do not recall ever signing up to this. Sort this out immediately.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Complete save taking money while I am unaware.

I just got paid and found out overnight £15 had been deducted from my account from a company called 'Complete Save'. I have never in my life heard of such a service. I haven't been on any malicious websites lately and I barley ever sign up to any shopping website ever and I surely don't give my credit card details out. I am very upset with this random deduction off my account.
I would appreciate help with this issue.

I have woke up this morning and seen that £15 has come out of my account with no idea why. I'm a single mother of 2 and I'm struggling as it is and I need my money back. I hope you can resolve this for me.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Unauthorised charges to my bank

I have just checked my bank account to find that I've had £15 deducted from my debit card and I am unaware with any subscription or any payments that have been made via this website/company. I hope this doesn't carry on as I'm not going to be able to afford losing £15 every month as I have various other things I have to pay for so I hope these charges to my bank can be stopped and I would like to received a refund for the money I have lost.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Taking money from my account without authorisation

This company has been taking money from my account without my knowledge or authorisation since September. I did not sign up for this and it is shocking that a company can get away with this. Every review I have read suggests I have signed up when making an online purchase but I can only assume that the details you have received were passed to you by a company that I was purchasing items from. I have not received information regarding this scam, by email or otherwise. This is a disgrace.
I expect a full refund of the money taken.
