Savings plan
WLY complete save have fraudulently taken money from my bank account for the last 2 months totalling £30. I do shop online but I never sign up to money saving schemes as I think they are a waste of time and I have certainly not signed up to Complete save.
I am furious that this company has somehow obtained my details and I am thankful that I found it with only 2 payments taken as it is a relatively small amount £15 it could have gone unnoticed for longer. I have contacted my bank so no further monies can be taken. My bank has informed me that if I do not get a satisfactory resolution that they will take up an investigation.
I would like the money returned to me and an investigation as to how they obtained my details.

But I would like to receive all my money back please. It is a genuine necessity to have my money that I earn.. Myself!

Money has been taken without my permission
I have had 15 pounds taken from my account on the 2/09/2020
I did not give permission for this. And would like the money refunded to my bank immediately. As I need that money to pay bills etc. And I would appreciate it if you did not take any money in the future. As I am not pleased about this. And will not be happy if it happens again. I need that money in my account ASAP, as I have bills to pay. And I will be taking this further if it is not refunded.

Never bought a thing
Hello.
I have never heard of this company nor have I ever used it. I don't actually know what it is other than a guess by the title. However, I have been charged for £15 for something. Apparently it's a monthly subscription. I'm 18 years old, I don't need this website. Please give me a refund ASAP and university is in 2 weeks and I'm not exactly rich. Thank you.

Unauthorised transaction
Hello, I was going through my bank statement yesterday and noticed a 15 pound transaction you yourselves. I looked into this further via the bank where they told me that my details had been passed on by "myprotein.com" I was not aware of any agreement that I had been signed up to.
I have not used any of your services or even gone onto your website until now.
I am asking for a refund of the 15 pounds you took
Regards max
Unauthorised transactions
I went on my transactions on my online banking to see you have taken £15. Luckily it is a pending transaction so I will say that you do not take the money and cancel the transaction as at no point did I have to put my bank details into this "amazing offer" you gave to me therefore my bank details were used off my purchase without my consent. I will be going to the bank today to make sure your scandalous scheme doesn't continue to steal money from my account. While your cancelling my transaction, I also want you to cancel my subscription. Thanks Baron Bligh
I have been charged £15 monthly without realizing
I have been charged £15 monthly without realizing especially as it does not come under ordinary direct debit on my bank account...I never signed up for anything, when I rang today customer service was told It came from a purchase made with a travel compagy National Express which is back to 2 years ago!
I think this is the worse scam I never encounter

I have been paying £10 for I am not sure how long
I have been going through my bank account and came across this WLY*Save payment. I have been paying £10 for I am not sure how long? I counted 6 payments of £10 each month. I had to look it up to see what it was. I can only assume it has come from Trainline. I read your complaints page and saw someone else with the same problem. I thought I would look up the company to see if I have an account and I don't! Please can you look into this and I am certainly going to my bank to get the payment stopped. I would like a refund if possible as I am not aware I have signed up to anything like this as it is something I would not do. Why should I be charged for something I don't have an account for.

Unauthorised monthly payment being taken
As my bank no longer sends hard copies of bank statements, it was only when I requested the past couple of months worth that I then realised you have been taking £15.00 each month out of my bank! This has been going on for so long and I was unaware. I have tried contacting numbers provided online and nobody knows anything. I request that somebody gets in touch with me asap to arrange a refund and explanation to what this company is!

wly complete
I have complained about payments coming from my natwest account for months - no success in stopping wly complete taking them.
I filled in forms for wly complete and my bank to stop the payments - no success.
So my personal bank manager rang them - they promised to stop - since then another £75 has been withdrawn in £10 or £15 sums.
Stop taking unauthorised payments!

Fraud
I have only just become aware of the fact that Complete Savings has been taking £15 out of my account every month.
I have never heard of these people and have never filled in a form consenting to This payment so they must have obtained my details fraudulently.
I live on my pension; how can I stop them taking any more of my money?
Regards,
Maggie Carroll
