Membership Fees
Since July 2022 I have been having regular monthly payments of £15 that have been taken from my credit card account from a company I have never heard of. I wasn’t aware until today (28/10/22). A total of £60 has now been taken and I am extremely angry as to how they have obtained my details, when I haven’t completed any membership forms? This is fraudulent and extremely concerning. Can you help?

Unauthorised monthly payments from my account since April 2022 - Oct 2022
I never signed up for this service, and would never sign up for something like this.
I have no idea how they got my bank details [either via another form or some pre-filled check box?] but either way, I only just discovered a random £15 being charged monthly from my account that I never authorised and have never used.
the charges have been taken since April 2022 and are a total of £90
Desired outcome: Please refund me the £90 and cancel my account.

Taking money from my bank
This company has taken money out of my bank without any information or consent. I have never heard of this website/organisation and am confused as to why and how this has happened. I do not have any personal details online so there really is no excuse to this , it is fraud! I’m expecting an explanation to this situation and an immediate refund or i fell there is no other options but to inform authorities to help prevent this from happening to others!

Unauthorised money taken from my card
Since August 2021 I have had £15 taken from my account by wly* completesave.com which I have not authorised. I don’t know who the company is and how they got my card details. In total they have taken unlawfully £210 out of my account. The reason I have just picked up on it is that it is from my bills account and I don’t check it as often as I should.

For the past 2 months 15 pounds have been taken from my account meaning i’m owed 30pounds and I do no online shopping and have no clue where this has come from. WLY* Complete Save
WLY* Complete Save have just take money fraudulently from my credit card of £15. At no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I am furious that this money has been stollen from my account. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed a form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. Unauthorised card charges
WLY* complete save have been taking money from my account which I have not authorised. They have taken £45 in total - £15 at the start of August, September & October. I have only just noticed this transaction on my statements. I have no dealings with this company and have no idea who they are so I’m unsure as to how they have even got my details to take this payment. I’d like a full refund of the £45 that has been taken without my permission.

Taking a payment from my account without authorisation
You have taken £15 from me bank account in Aug/Sept/Oct 22 without my authorisation.
I have never signed up to anything relating to your company. I have read your FAQ and it states I would have received a welcome membership email, I have not. I have called your number and it asks for a membership number. I don't have this as I have never knowing joined your company or signed up for anything. I would like proof of what I have completed to join your scheme and when please, also proof of the emails sent to me that you claim were sent when I allegedly completed your forms. If you can not supply this, I would like a full refund. I can not afford to have money stolen from me, this simply isn't right. It has caused me so much upset and distress knowing what you've done.

Complete Savings
I have had two letters from a Complete Savings asking for my email and giving instructions as how to provide it. I did not return my email as thought it a scam. I had not heard of the company and had no wish for discounts on purchases I am pretty much confined to the house I am disabled. I thought I would then check my bank account and Complete Savings had removed £15.00 from my account I was shocked. Have no clue how they got my bank details and address. I find it frightening and it makes me feel insecure. The only way I can shop is via internet and it is frightening the way my details have easily been accessed without my knowledge.

Fraudulent taking of money
This company has taken two lots of £15.00 from my daughters bank account. She did not sign up for this and when she called the company they asked for a membership number which she obviously did not receive otherwise she would of questioned it earlier. The lady on the phone said she had cancelled the card payments and she would be sent an email to confirm this but she has not received any communication as of yet. The company also informed us she had signed up during a moonpig order but she didn’t do anything else other than check out as normal. This company needs looking into as they are fraudulently taking money from people 🙁 Thank you for your time.

Taking money out of my account.
I had signed up for something and it had taken my details from what i signed up to and made an account. I did not put my bank or card details into the account so i am very confused as to how its taken £15 out of my account. It sent me a text message to text “STOP” To stop the service however the messages didn’t go through. I have emailed my bank about this.

This company is a scam....
This is not a real company, just a means of taking money off of you through unauthorised monthly payments. I did not notice it at first, they are very clever at ensuring payments are taken out at different stages of the month. They were taking money from me for almost a year. When I finally realised and got in contact asking for a full refund, they gave me a supposed date of sign up. This has since been proven false by my bank as I did not purchase anything from the company they say I did. Been trying to get a refund from them for too long...moral of the story STAY AWAY from this fraudulent company.

Money taken from my bank without authorisation
I have had £15 taken from my bank account i never gave any authorisation for this as long am on benefits and can’t afford this it was my last £15 so now have no money for food ! I went to pay for my shopping today 11/10/2022 & have no money now due to that company taking my money it is a new bank card and the only item i bought online was a moon pig card so they must have my details from that order

Subscription fee
This company has taken money on a credit card for three months. I DID NOT authorise this.
It appears from all the complaints that they do this all the time.
I need this money refunded to me as soon as possible as I am off work following a back injury and cannot afford for any more money to be taken.
In addition to all this, I would not use a credit card for subscription fees. This is because I would be charged interest as i I rarely clear my balance every month.

Hi, I have had £15 taken off my account for months without signing for it. I do not care what your excuse is, this is a disgusting attitude to steal people's money. I do not want to hear about anything but that my money is on the way back. contact me asap and refund me the money that you have taken without my knowledge. I, like many other peoples posts did not authorise complete save to take money from my account. I would definitely not have subscribed for this on a credit card as I will be getting charged interest on it as well.
I assume they got my card number from Amazon as they are the only company that I order regularly from. I’m also unemployed at present and cannot afford for this to happen.
I am demanding a full refund of the whole amount that has been taken fraudulently!

Scam
I bought a ticket on Ticketmaster at 09:46 and at 09:48 this website took a transaction of 0 euros out of my account, starting a free trial unbeknownst to me. At no point did I sign up for this, I was tricked while buying my tickets into thinking that I was still buying my tickets even though this site had diverted me. A few minutes ago 15 euro was taken from my account. I've had to cancel my card because of this and I expect you to contact me to refund this money.

Just got an email from my bank saying this company have taken money from my bank account . Looked them up don’t know who they r and have not signed up for anything like that.

I have just noticed that £15.00 has been taken from my debit account without my knowledge or permission. This was from Wly*Completesave, I know nothing about this company, other than what I have since read on the internet, that it has occurred many times before with other people.
It was taken at 8.22 am on Friday 23 rd September from Utility warehouse debit card.
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund and do not wish any further debits taken from my account.
