unauthorised monthly payment
I have just noticed that you have been taking monthly payments from my bank account without permission, or atleast my knowledge that i gave permission somewhere. This is absolutely rediculous and i would like very single penny that you have taken from me back. You dont even show up as a standing order or direct debit so i cant cancel! I am living on very low income and the money you have stolen from me means a lot more then just a few pennies.

stolen money
The company WLY* Complete Save have taken money fraudulently from my bank account, a small sum of £15. I have not one heard of this organisation until now and have not requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud, in part because I have recently discovered the money coming out of my bank when looking at my bank statements! I Will be contacting my bank and even high authority's. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded and this company investigated. Chelsea Osborne-wells.

money
So I have just read about a lot of people's experiences around fraudulent outgoings to complete savings/complete save so I thought I would have a look myself, and I have been paying you £15 a month for the last 12 months! With £15 being a small enough sum for me not to realise monthly. It all equates to £180 which I am NOT happy about! I want this money given back to me NOW! I never agreed to paying this money and I am going to take it further with trading standards.

fraud
WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my debit card since December 18 so 1 year totaling £ 180 but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud, but also because the amount of £15 per month is a small enough amount not to raise alarm bells! I have now contacted my bank and had further payments stopped, but as a pensioner on a very low income I am furious that this amount of money has been stolen from my account. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded and this company investigated. Alexandra Morales.

credit card payment
I have just going through bank statements for the last ten months and seen you have been taking £15 a month from my account! I looked up why this would be and who you are, and it looks to be that it was for a £20 cash back on a next train ticket. And that offer only said to give my email, nothing about bank details, or extra charges.
I believed this to be a deal, and nowhere did I see I was signing up for anything else.
I did not anywhere read this would come with a monthly charge, if I had even a sniff that I would have to pay out any money for a £20 voucher, which I haven't even used, I wouldn't have given my email for it, and I am not stupid enough to give out my bank details for a voucher, I can only imagine you high-jack them from my genuine purchase of a train ticket.
I am going to the bank tomorrow to cancel this and I want my money back!
This is absolutely unbelievable and disgraceful.
My name is Jack Briggs and my email is [protected]@outlook.com. I expect to be contacted straight away to have this issue resolved.
I expect to be fully refunded.
wly complete save / money taken from my credit card without authorisation
WLY* Complete Save is getting a total of £15 on my credit card yesterday. I do a small amount of online shopping, but I have no memory of being asked to join the savings completion plan. This may happen while I buy a railcard online. I've just discovered this scam. Since I'm a student who doesn't make any income, I'm upset that this amount of money has been taken from my account. I want my money refunded and this company to investigate. Also, I want to withdraw from this.
wly taking money
I noticed on my banking app that there had been a charge for wly complete save I have never willingly signed up for this and I want my money back. I'm assuming it was taken when I bought a train ticket as it seems this has happened with other people. But I would never sign up for this and I haven't given out my bank details at all so this is not ok.

unauthorised payments
£15 per month has been deducted by yourselves for past two months. I have never completed anything online authorising this transaction and have never even heard of your company.
Please explain how you've managed to get my details and why I'm being charged for something I've never heard of! I have contacted my bank and will take this further if you don't refund my money and stop any further payments

staff and my money taken monthly
Just spoken to my bank and complete savings have taken £15 for the past 2 months.. Did not know about this.. Just called and spoke to Leonard who put the phone down on me twice
I expect a full refund as I did not agree to this monthly fee.
At the end of my Argos purchase in September this company came up saying I was owed £16 cash reward and to put my details in to receive this.
This is a scam and if I do not get my refund I will take this legally Also how can Leonard work there with being so rude.
Check your recorded calls for 10.30 to 10.42am on 26th November 2019.

wly*completesave.co.uk
Good Day,
I noticed several unauthorized debits on my barclays account, and then called my bank to alert them, they told me to contact WLY*COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK (Wly.Completesave.C Switzerland was the description of the debit of 15pounds monthly for 2years)
I realized Money (15pounds) was taken monthly from my debit card, unauthorized and illegally for 2years from Oct 2017 up to date 3 Nov 2019,
I never authorized it, and consider this a gross violation, and quite likely fraud on my debit card, for which I still don't know how they got my details.
I realized several mails in my mailbox from customerservice@completesavings.co.uk for a membership I never authorized, and sent a complain email for refund. (Attached a picture of email showing a membership number of Member No: [protected], and their Customer Services phone of: 0800 389 6960 which was not reachable)
I want a full refund of all my money over 390pounds in total for 2years from Oct 2017 up to date 3 Nov 2019,
Please help resolve.

unauthorised removal of money from account
Hannah Cox our vulnerable and disabled daughter has had money fraudulently removed from her HSBC account for the last nine months since 20 March 2019. She did not apply for this service knowingly as she did not complete any applications forms etc but obviously was misled into agreeing somehow. We have since read about all the other people who have been misled the same way - some since 2016! How is this company still being allowed to carry on? No address to contact! Our daughter who is trying to live on benefits is distraught so we are having to act on her behalf. She has lost £135 which is a lot of money. Please can you help us to have her money returned to her. With thanks. Steve and Hilary Cox
PS £15 pays for her to eat lunch for a week at her day centre.

money taken from my account
Complete savings has taken £15 from my account without my consent I do not want to give them my money and I want a full refund of £30 which was taken on two occasions: £15 on the 21st of October and then £15 on the 21st of November. I am outraged that it is possible for a company to take money from my account without my consent and without alerting me that it is happening, I never signed a contract to say it was ok to do so.
wly. complet / esave.co.uk
I have been going through my bank statement and came across with £15 charge from WLY. COMPLET
Although, I do not recognise this transaction ( November 2019). I am very careful with providing my details (especially, bank details) I did not authorise this transaction clearly. It must have been completed or obtained by some other means. I was not / am not interested in such a service and therefore demand full refund of my money. I have better reasons to spend them for my kids.
Please, assist me to resolve this issue before contacting my bank to deal with an unauthorised charge of my account.

money out of bank
I never agreed to this service of agreed to paying a monthly subscription I want my details removed and cancelled and the £15 refunded as I never authorised you to have my bank details in the first place. I am extremely disappointed as unsatisfied that you would take advantage of people when and use such methods to rob them of their money complete scam.

they are taking money from my bank account
Hello my name is Giuliana and I found out, checking by bank statements, that THIS COMPANY is taking money (£15 for month) SINCE AUGUST 2016. It is a lot of money!
I've now called my bank and they ensure me that the WLY will stop taking money and the company refunded me of £45 (the last 3 months) but of course is not enough to make me shut up! I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS THEY ARE FRUIT PF MY SACRIFICES!
I tried to contact them by calling then and nothing happens, by email and never had a reply. They are making me mad! What should I do?

fraudulent subscription
WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my credit card for the last year. I do a small amount of online shopping usually with the same companies like amazon and eBay but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud, in part because I had a letter from my credit card about a month ago unusual activity, but also because the amount of £10 per month is a small enough amount not to raise alarm! I have now contacted my bank and had further payments stopped, but as a single parent on a very low income I am furious that this amount of money has been stollen from my account. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded and this company investigated. Diliana Nikolova
debit card fraud
It has come to my attention that a company by the name ‘WLY complete save' have been taking £15 out of my account on a monthly basic for 5 months, and TWICE this November 2019 totalling in £90. I am furious, this is completely unacceptable I have not once signed up to any sort of ‘complete save account' nor will I ever after this experience. I am only young and I do not have a full time stable job, so therefore I notice when money has been incorrectly taken off me. miraculously this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded and this company investigated. This will be taken up with my bank and I will have this company flagged up with them also.
