wly complete saving have been taking money from my account without authorisation
My account has been charged of £15 on the 22/12/19 at 7am. I never subscribe or authorise Complete Saving to take money from my bank account.
I request this to stop immediately, I also request and immediate redound.
I also want Complete Saving to cancel all my information and personal data.
If this will happen again I will have to take legal actions.

I have had £15 taken out of my bank account under the name ‘wly*completesave.co.uk', I have not given my name and/ or address of this website and in fact have never heard of them before. I would like a refund ASAP! I have not applied for anything and have not authorised any payments, I am with nationwide banking society and will be ringing them in the morning if nothing is done about this.

Hi you seem to be taking 15.00 per month from my bank account each month since December 2018 which means you have taken £180.00 from me I have no idea why I have not signed up for this can you please refund my money back ASAP I will be contacting my bank to stop further payments this is a joint account which my ex partner no longer pays into therefore if he has set this up he is not paying it each month, I am the only one putting money into the account I am a single parent and already struggling to pay my bills, This is making it very difficult for me to, taking £15.00 per month is a lot of money from someone thats is already having problems surviving each month

Until today I have never heard of this company so you can imagine my surprise when I woke up to hear that I have had £15 taken from my account without any idea what had happened.
If possible I would like to know why this money has been taken out of my account, and returned as soon as possible as there is no reason for money to be taken as like previously stated this is the first time I have heard of this company.

I would never have a DIRECT DEBIT set up on a Credit Card!
You have been taking money from my card since January 2019.

I signed up for free saving 27 Feb 2019 in order to save on a ticket.
after that, as of April i was charged 15 pounds a month without ever being notified - no emails, nothing
I see that in the fine print it does warn me of this but when I signed up there was nothing mentioned about charges at all; you must know this because I see online there are countless complaints about this from other similarly tricked customers.
as a company you may be operating in such a way as to avoid legal repercussions but that does not make it ethical. You are preying on people's ignorance & gullibility for your own profits.

I did not give any bank details to this company. I don't even know what type of company you are. I did not authorise you to take any payments from my account. My bank Fraud team are investigating this matter. Any information to help would be appreciated. I would like a full refund & no further payments to be taken from my account.

I did not make an account with you. This dose not explain why money was taken from my bank if no account has been found in my name then you can’t charge a payment from my name. Can you make sure no cuter payments are taken from my bank account I also request a refund of £15

I have zero clue as to what happened since I rarely ever buy things online and yesterday I bought vitamins from boots online and today I see a message from my bank showing that WLY* COMPLETE SAVE took 15£ out of my account, I do not know about the company and do not now nor ever wish to be taken money without my permission. I'd appreciate my moneyback at the earliest or I will have to file a legal complaint against the company for stealing my money.

Hello, I thought I would save up money with complete savings but my bank account has been debuted twice 15£ per month. I did not realise that my money would be taken away in order to save money, I don't think it's fair that I don't even get a notice about it in the first place. I only just realised I was being debuted 15£ per month and I demand a refund before I go to the bank and put this under fraud.

This has been happening for a few months now and I need to know what can be done to stop this or resolve this. this company has been taking money out of my account since MAY (8 months) they have been taking £150 every month and i have only noticed now after checking my bank statement. this is ridiculous, i would like a full refund of all money that has been taken out. this is FRAUD! i have emailed the company and am yet to hear back from them... this is totally unacceptable

I am Xin and maybe your company already know my other information from certain way. Because I just realized I kept being charged 15 pounds every month from your I pant since 2 September. At first I made the complaint to HSBC why I was charged for nothing, no goods, no service. I asked them the details of supplier, and they asked me back' why you didn't try to find it in google'.

I got the same feeling as them with anger and disappointments. I seriously doubt how it happened in this country claimed everyone is protected by GDPR! I enclosed my bank details and really hope it solved by refund me 60 pound (4 months charge) before this week.

I have recently discovered that the company above has fraudulently taken my money from my bank account since January 2019, I was horrified to learn of this blatant robbery of my cash of which I had no idea. There has been an investigation, proceeding to enquire how your company could be taking this amount from my account when I have not signed a contract. Therefore for all my money what you have fraudulently taken, I would like it back.

This Company have been taking £15/month since August from my credit card account, I have just spoken to Post Office to my CC Company and they have put a stop on any future payments and suggested I contact you for a refund, therefore, please return my £75 immediately otherwise I shall be taking the matter further. I did not give permission for this transaction and in fact do not use this credit card on a regular basis so know I have not signed up for anything.
