Hi good morning on 1st Dec i emailed complete save to cancel my subscription today i have ch ecked my bank account and a payment of £15.00 is waiting to go from my bank it wouldnt be so bad if i actually had any money back on any thing but i have not all i want to do is cancel this and get my money back they have taken for these 2 months as i cancelled on 1st last month ts rediculous do people not read emails or respond in a timely fashion anymore all i want is to cancel and my refund please not to much to ask [protected]@completesavings.co.uk

Hi there, I purchased tickets for an event a while bank and I noticed your advertisement after suggestion I should enter my email address to get £15 cash back off of my next purchase, happy enough I went for it. Little did I know that your whole company is basically a scam! and you should get real jobs because I checked my Monzo account (luckily for me I had transferred all my money) and there have been 3 attempts by your company to take £15 from my account! But it's been declined since nothing was there. I would like you too stop because I never give you in my bank details all I have was an email address so if you could remove any financial and contact details you have of mine that would be great.

I've just checked in my Australian bank account & noticed $28.39 has been taken out of my account & I have no idea why! I haven't given you authorisation to take any money out of my account & I have no idea why! I'll be checking through my account to see if any further debits have been taken.

THIS IS A ROBBING SCAM COMPANY.
I was offered £15 cash back on my student trainline card a month ago, to simply put in my details for the CASH BACK, no referencing on how they would attempt to steal money from my account repeatedly there on. A month later and that £15 has been taken from my account with no authorization. I've googled this and it says you have to agree to the subscription but nowhere on their page did it state this. I am disgusted having being stolen from and from googling this can see it's happened to many other people.

I have used the software for several years and have not any problems. I have just switched to a different product. I was notified several weeks ahead that that auto renewal would be happening, that is when I responded that I do not want a renewal. I was charged $43.99 on the 21st of December 2019. I have had 15 pounds taken from my bank. I do not know why I have had this happen. I do online shopping with studio but I was not aware of the fact that I would be paying money. On the 31st of December 2019 at 6:52am under the reference WLY*Completesave.co.uk. I have noticed a transaction of £15 taken from my account for no apparent reason. I can confirm this was not my doing, and at no point did I give my permission for this transaction to take place.

Hi there, I've noticed you guys have taken a payment for £15 out of my bank for the last 7 months.. I'm not aware of what company this is or even how you guys got any of my details. I just noticed today that money has been leaving my account every month to a company called 'completesave'. I am very careful about my money, do not remember signing up to any ongoing subscription and do not have lots of funds. I sometimes use foodbanks because I do not have enough money to buy food for my family. I don't even have the energy to feel angry about this, but it has left me in floods of tears knowing I could have brought so much food with this money. Theres no refund process and I can see lots of reports of fraud, but who will do anything about it? I am seeking support for this from wider family.

For what I have no idea. And this month that payment had resulted in my account being overdrawn.
I have just checked on the internet to find out what/who your company is. I have never knowingly signed up to your savings account and do not understand how you have gained authority yo take money from my account. You do not show up as a payee nor is there a direct debit in your favour. I am going to cancel this account as soon as I find out how to do that.
Given I gave not knowingly authorised these payments your company should return them. That amounts to £45.00 in total.

I have just found out that ‘WLY*completesave.co.uk' have taken £15 out of my bank for no reason! I have know idea how you have my bank details but I demand my £15 back please!
I haven't filled in any strange application forms, so I'm very confused. I have also seen that there are lots of other people affected by this and it is nothing but fraud!

I've juat been charger for £15 by a company I've never heard of or even signed up to. Its Christmas day for gods sake and it's the last thing i need to be charged for. I've notice that on three accounts that £15 has been removed from my account and I have no reason to understand how you received my bank details as I hardly shop online.
This is money I can't go without as I'm a student and money is tight, this is something I am wanting back.
