unauthorised payments taken out of my account
I see that money has been taken out of my account saying I purchased something when I didn't. I haven't even used my card today I'm am so angry.
I'm am not sure what company they got my details from but I am absolutely livid. Especially as I had no idea who these people/company and what they stand for and what the purpose of it is for.
All information should be private especially bank details

unauthorized direct debit
I just was told by my bank that I've been charged membership to a company called WLY*COMPLETESAVE for the last 17 month at £15 each, total £255.
I've been traveling a lot and didn't pay attention.. the telephones number they've give isn't working.
The money has been taken on the 10th of each month since September 2018.
How can I get my money refunded.

I have seen this charge on my account this month which I have never agreed to, and I demand my money to be returned to me ASAP, as this is a fraud! I have not signed anything to agree for this payment! Please cancel anything you have on my name. I don't want to see this charge again and would like to be refunded immediately. Otherwise I will follow procedures to charge your company with fraud procedures.

Hello
I have just noticed £15 coming out of my account each month taken by you for an unknown reason. Please cancel these transactions and refund my account for however long this has been going on for. I have no idea how long this has been happening for but I had to get a new card last time I noticed this and it is still happening.
Looking over other complaints it may be something to do with buying train tickets. Please advise.

For months on end now I have seen small increments of money be taken from my account. I am not happy about this as it cannot be legal and will be taking it to newspaper companies if all money doesn't get refunded into my account. There was no authorisation at all and is definitely something you need to sort out as a company.

I have discovered that every month since 23 June 2019 you were taking £15 from my account. The total now is £120 and I don't know why?
I didn't join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered it now about this fraud and to how many people this "company" had done the same thing. A lots of complaints about the same situation as mine. It is so unfair without any authorisation or letting you know so you could have stopped them before.
I use it for some shopping and travelling and when I checked, I discovered it. How is this possible? Can someone explain me what is this and how to get my money back because I want my money refunded ASAP.

Fifteen pounds a month since 2018! I'm definitely the silly one for not noticing this until now.

I have just noticed £15 had been taken out of my bank from something I have never even heard of. I contacted my bank for them to tell me they have done it the previous month aswell. They Have stopped put on a stop on it so they can't take any more money from me but if am absolutely fuming at this and want my money refunding now. Utterly ridiculous that people can do this

I am disgusted with for over A YEAR ! Iv had £15 a month come out of my bank, Iv been trying to work out what it is. Now I've found YOU and how you con people like this ALL the time! WLY have been taking money from my account with my knowing. I have at least 10 payments of £15 taken. I do a lot of online shopping but I have never agreed to or signed up for these transactions to happen. I know it's only a small amount each month that's why you don't notice but this all adds up to a decent amount. I have stopped these transaction at the bank and want my money back.

I have checked my bank and £15 has gone out. I have ordered tickets for a concert and now it's took this out. I don't know why but I want my money back as I don't see why it has cost more. It is a lot of money for the hours I am on and I paid a lot for 2 tickets for someone else.

I have just noticed a transaction of £15 coming out of my account under the reference of WLY complete save. After noticing this I believe I have seen it before and will be contacting my bank as soon as I can to find out how many times this transaction has been taken out of my bank account. I have not heard of WLY complete save and have definitely never subscribed to them or anything so they would have no reason to take this £15 out of my account on multiple occasions. I would like to hear back as soon as possible as I believe these transactions are fraudulent and would like to receive a full refund of all money taken from my account. I have noticed the past 2 months that £15.00 has been taken off my account as a VISA transaction and when I have clicked on this in my online banking it has came up at the above name of company. I have never signed up to this company for anything and do not know wherethey have got my bank account details from.
I would very much like a refund of £30.00 in which they have taken from my bank account and will be informing my bank of this also. Will lodge a claim with them too to stop any future monies being taken from my account.
