Unauthorised transactions
I am writing to submit a complaint. I have had 2 lots of £15.00 taken from my acct leaving me unable to get my transport home tonight due to these unauthorised transactions. I am a college student so this is a lot of money to take and is completely unlawful. I have not signed up to anything with complete save as this is not something my very limited budget allow. I require the refund immediately.
Regards
Jack Stanway
Unauthorised payment
Hello, I woke up this morning and saw that yous have took £15 out of my bank account ? And I went through your reviews it seems to be happening to a lot of people ? I want my money refunded ASAP as I never made an account or signed up with your company in the first place ! I can't afford to pay for this as all the money I earn is put towards my house!
If the money is not refunded I will be taking this further !
Bank money
You are taking £15 from my bank account each month and I have no idea why. I haven't signed up for anything and I never get emails or anything from you. I'd like an explanation and my money back. This has happened for the last four months with no explanation and no emails to confirm what it is I am paying for. There is nothing i can recall entering my bank details for as I get all my train refunds through Trainline.
Unauthorised charges from my bank account
hi.
since may 2018 every single month this Complete Save website has been taking £15 out of my account. now this started a long time ago so i am not aware of putting any details online to get money off of online shopping? i have always done online shopping since earning my own money but i do not EVER remember signing up to something like this, charging me this amount of money every month for money off my online shopping! i am not happy that this has been happening at all and would like it to stop as well as get my money back! this has been happening out of my knowledge as i have never used vouchers or codes to get money off any online shopping i have ever done without my knowledge. i am a single mum living off a small amount of money and since May 2018 that is £300 that has come out of my account WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE and money that i cannot afford to be giving away! i am not happy about this at all and would like my money back ASAP!
beth.
Monthly money out of account
As above . Money has been coming out monthly out of my bank since 2018 and I have only just realised. Can this be refunded ASAP please
I admit that I buy items on line however did not sign up to these regular payments so can only class this as fraud! Please can you advice my next course of action ? Please can I be refunded this amount or do I need to seek some legal advice thanks
complete save monthly subscription
I'm not sure where you got my bank details from as I have never entered into a monthly subscription service to save money. I can only assume this has been auctioned following a train ticket cash back offer which I never ended up getting as the train tickets were cancelled. This must have been going On for years and I have blindly been having £15 per month taken from my account! Not happy and not impressed.
I have no account details to pass you which I would have if I had formally subscribed to something.
Please contact me urgently to resolve this before I report it further and you be trusted that the bank has been instructed to decline any subsequent requests for this amount by yourselves.

Membership
Hello, I do believe that someone has used my account details to pay for a member ship... I have been paying since the 27 November 2019. Can someone tell me what this membership is that I am paying £15 a month for. I will be going to my bank if this continues to come out of my account. I am unsure of this website and do believe I have not signed up for this money to be taken each month.

Taking money from my bank account
Completesavings have taken 30 £ from my account which i did not approved. It's the first time I am hearing about this company so i would like my money back. The second photo i have uploaded is a pending transaction.
WLY*completesave.co.uk
I am having £15 a month taken out of my account without authorisation I have never heard of the company before and would like all payments refunded to me and future payments to be stopped.
I am extremely unhappy, this company is supposedly taking the money so that I get cash back but have never received anything. I have been scammed by these things before and demand that all the money taken is refunded back to me!

Unauthorised payments in bank account
Hi
I would like to have my money back, because I never authorised you to take money from my bank account. I wanted use your services only because I could get back money from a national express ticket. I never gave you any authorisation.
I would report this to the postal police if I will not have my money back. I checked all the emails and there is NOT any email where confirms that.

unauthorized credit card charges
A total £15 has been withdrawn from my account 6:00 am this morning from WLY* completesave.com. I am requesting a refund as soon as possible.
I am also worried that this will continue to happen to me because I'm financially unstable with two children, my family depends on me to bring breakfast, lunch and dinner home so I really hope you see this complaint and help me get back my money to buy ingredients for dinner

No idea how
On the 17/2/2020 you've taken £15 out of my account! I have no idea how! Or why and I want my money back! I shall be ringing the bank later! 😤
At no point have I ever purchased something from you!
unauthorised payment
Hello,
Name: Shivani Jindal
It seems as if money has been going out of my account without my authorisation and each month money has been taken out. I have not signed up for anything nor do I need any services. I have no idea what this is for so can this be looked into as I do not appreciate money going out of my account without me authorising.
Can this be resolved?
Thanks

I don’t know what it is
I have checked our online bank and have found a debit of 15 pound a month going out to this company for some reason, but we don't know why. We are very careful what information we give out online, and have no recollection of signing up to anything, that would require out credit card detail. It's very suspicious and I suspect it is a scam of some sort

Money being taken from my account without knowing
I have had 3, nearly 4 payments of £15 taken from my bank account by "wly*completesav". I did not agree to this and have only spotted it due to seeing it as a pending withdrawal. This was never stated on any website I have bought from and I would like my money back! I am a student so money is tight anyway and £15 taken from my account without my knowledge is just unacceptable.

scam
I have only recently discovered that completesavings.co.uk have been taking £15 a month out of my direct debit account since August 2019. I have paid a total of £100 pounds to this company throughout this time. I have never visited the website, never made an account or agreed to this payment plan. Apparently after buying tickets for the trainline, I was automatically signed up, completely unaware. According to what I have read this has happened to a number of others who shop online and said retailer has links to this third party site. It is disgusting to think a company would do this. I am a single mother and struggling. Disgraceful. Stay away from complete saving!

unauthorised transactions!
Hello.
I have been looking through bank statements and seen that you have been charging me £15 a month for the past two months?! I never submitted any bank details to you or gave you authorisation to take money out of my account! I signed up to this but did not see anything about any charges to do so. I would A- like a refund. And B- like to unsubscribe to this membership.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Jodie.

unauthorised deduction since may 2018
Me and my husband have different bank accounts and been handling our money individually. For some reasons tonight I went to his online banking and noticed that there was a completesavings transaction deducted for todays date. We were out the whole day so I know what transactions we've made for today. I back read the online statement and found out they have been unathrisedly taking money from my husbands account. Thats 32 months in total X £15 and thats a total of £480. Ridiculous! This is a big scam. I want to get our money back! Any idea how to get our money back huhuhuh

scan company
Don't bother if this company/website, they do NOT pay the cashback or very little of it. Half of my transactions did not track and I have £300 cashback that was frozen and not paid to my account. Long story short, they asked me 2 months ago for 1 payment receipt which I provided promptly but they ignored all my calls and emails to date to confirm the transaction after I sent the proof they asked for. Few days ago, after I told them I am leaving 1 star on reviews sites they suspended my account completely and asked me to provide proof for all transactions/payments to date (few tens) which is unreasonable seeing they ignored all my attempt to get the payment for the oldest transaction they froze and I provided proof of payment. This website is a big con/spam/fraudulent company, no wonder why they claim they provide such high cashback compared to other reliable sites because they don't pay it.

Why the hell are you taking money out of my account this is the first and only time you will do this. This is because my daughter bought concert tickets from ticket master and claimed a voucher for money off another concert she may book later in the year. So you have obviously gotten my details from the purchase made on ticket master because believe me I would not pass on my bank details for a £16.00 off voucher towards other concert tickets. I suggest you organise a full refund and I will be speaking to the relative people about your fraudulent company nowhere in any of the information I read did it say I would be charged for claiming the voucher, you lot are proper rip off merchants! I will be taking further action. Nicola Berridge.
