I have just checked my online statement, and noticed i have been charged £15 from WLY*COMPLETESAVE i googled what it was, I have NEVER given permission for £15 to be charged to my bank. I want this cancelled and any money you have taken from me back ASAP. How dare you con me, I have looked at who you lot are and I will say this, when i have signed up for cashback i was never informed of the £15 monthly charge. Cancel this now and refund me all of my money back before i seek the local authority.

After looking at bank statements, I came across £15 card transaction from Wly complete save.
I have been to my bank and cancelled the direct debit. The bank have informed me that this payment has been going in sin however March 2017 with £15 going out every month.
I have never signed up to this! And what for exactly?
I would never sign up for money off a next purchase or voucher as I'm not that gullible.
I can see from my bank statement on the first payment you have taken payment just after a Debenhams transaction. I would never tick any boxes and certainly would not even sign up to such I thing! You have had up until now over £500 and I want my money back. If you don't refund what is mine I will have no choice but to go to watchdog or the ombudsman.

I reviewed my credit card statements to find out why I was paying out more per month than I was expecting, to find CompleteSave.co.uk taking £15.00/month without authorisation. One payment only was authorised, not more.
I want the monies you've taken without authorisation returned.

My account has had a £15 charge deducted from my account since October 2017 I did not sign up for any documents for this to be taken from my account so therefore demand that you cancel this monthly deduction from my account and refund all payments made to you by me and credited into my bank if this is not received by end of this month I will take this further as I feel that this was taken out without my consent and class this as illegal

I recently found out that I have been charged for completesaving membership fee for the past 5 months, starting from 20th May 2019. I had not personally signed up for a membership nor had I entered my credit card details on your website. There could be a chance that WLY is linked to ticketmaster and automatically signed me up when I was purchasing a ticket for a concert back in May 2019. There has been a mistake and I was wrongfully charged 75 euro up until now.
The emails sent in the past few months had been marked as spam so I was not aware that I had been registered as a member.

I have never used the membership benefit claimed by the website; in fact I was not even aware that I was subscribed for membership and was being charged monthly.
I would like to request a refund and I appreciate your assistance on this matter.

I noticed that two payments have been taken out by this company, without my knowledge. I do not know how they got my card number as I rarely take it out with me because I live in Spain and use a Spanish bank not my English bank account. I never shop online now as the postal system here is not always good. So, why do I need any protection or discount shopping. I am going to try and cancel this with my bank on Monday...thank you

I have just noticed on my credit card statement that I have a charge of £15, every month going to a company by name of wly*comlpetesave.co.uk. at no time have i requested anything from this company, I looked this company up and see it has something to do with online shopping, and some sort of reward scheme, I do not shop on line often enough to be interested in a scheme of this nature, I would be grateful if you could possibly look into this

I have recently noticed that £15 has been leaving my bank account every month.. I assumed that this was my gym membership or something to do with my car when I have noticed in the past. Upon further investigation I have realised that this has been being taken out by WLY*COMPLETE SAVE.
I do not, in any way remember signing up to anything like this in my life!
When I have looked further into this I have noticed that the first payment was taken out in 2017! This was after a MyProtein order was placed. Having just left university at this time, I was very young, had no money and would not have consciously signed up to anything like this! I am shocked to discover that the money taken from me each month has accumulated to £360!
I am utterly shocked and appalled by this and feel it is totally unfair and unjustified.

I have never signed up for this company as never looked for a credit card or a saving account or anything like that. I have never needed to. I am furious that they have taken £15 from my bank account on the 4th of October 2019. I want to know why it's happened and refunded if possible because this is a very unfair thing to happen.. When I get paid every month I have a specific amount for everything i need this messes that up! I will now be short on money this month. I am very angry and upset and hope this can be resolved. This is fraud and has happened before so I take this very seriously! Fraud is not okay and people that have had fraud happen to then deserve to be helped and refunded of money lost! £15 May seem like a small amount but it makes a difference and I definitely don't want that amount sky rocketing. I have phone my bank and got them to stop money going out to the company but quite frankly that doesn't chance the fact I have lost £15!

Wly completesave.co.uk. Have been taking money out of my account since last year there has been 9 or 10 transactions on my bank statement I have had £15 per month taken out of my account. I don't know why this company has my bank details and how they have managed to get the money out of my bank as I DEFINITELY didn't give them my consent to take the money and if they say I have I want to see the proof as I know for a fact there isn't any. So I would like an explanation to how they got and used my bank details then I want a full refund to the total of £150. Plus my mental health has suffered greatly so please get this sorted now so my mental health doesn't suffer anymore

15 euro was taken from my bank account this morning. This was the first time I have heard of such a company "complete Savings "
On some internet research I understand that this is quite a common occurrence and has been going on for some time! I have never signed up for such a service, never agreed for such a service . Up until today I had never even heard of such a company. How on earth do these people get my data fraudulently, and get access to my bank ?

I have just going through bank statements for the last year to find some information I need and and it looks like you have been charging me for "membership" £ 15 a month since January 2019 . There is only one transaction I can associate with your company, when I was buying my car insurance. I do not know how it was done, that you have my data including credit card details, where on my bank statement there is no authorization on those translations and looks like scam to me. In total £135 is gone from my account without my agreement/authorization.
I already canceled my membership ([protected]) via your website, so for the start I expect that no more money from my account will be transfer to your "organisation" and the monies taken will be refunded in whole to me ASAP.
