scam! unaware of the signed up to complete savings
Extremely shocked to discover that complete savings have been deducting £10 continuously for the last 5 years! I have emailed and asked for a refund but they only gave back a month worth of the refund. And they said I joined the membership after completing the travelodge online transaction. But I never sign up and NOT AWARE of this signed up and I have never use the service at all!
This isn't fair to the consumers and I can't afford to lose this money. I want the full refund!

I just went into my Irish bank account and noticed yous have taken out 15€? I have never even heard of your company before let alone sign up for it, I expect a full refund ASAP, I don't know how you can take money from an account I barely use but yous found a way, I don't know any details of the membership yous have used my card for as I've never signed up for anything in the first place, please respond ASAP as I'm abroad and need this matter sorted!

unexplained transaction
I was looking through my bank transactions and seen you had taken out £15 from my bank account on Tuesday 15th January, I'm not sure how or why this is as I haven't even heard of the company before. I phoned the bank and they have stopped all transactions being made by your company however they cannot give me a refund and explained it would have to be from the company themselves.
Same happened to me...just randomnly checking bank transactions today and noted 15.00 from my account on 15th January also...must have been a field day for this scum scam company. Have advised my bank no more payments to be made, and I am now coming after this unethical immoral sham company for my money back .

Hello i have noticed 15 pound has been took out of my account and I don't understand why would there be any chance I could get that refunded back in as i need it for my children I don't remember singing up to anything or have any clue why it has been taken out kf my account. This company has been taking money out of my account on a monthly basis without my consent. Apparently it is savings through online purchasing or something, but the thing is, I barely buy anything online! If they were a legitimate company they would at least provide statements or receipts via email so we could see the money coming out. But as they take out merely 15£ a month, they may think it goes unnoticed.
I demand a refund for the money taken out as I am sure i did not sign up for this service.
neglected customer service, unethical agents
I signed up for that programme through Trainlines, on the 15/11/18 just wanted to save some money on tickets. Provided all the necessary receipts, bank details. I was aware, it is going to cost me £17 per month after the trial period but I said, it is could be useful maybe on other purchases as well. It is also stated in the agreement it takes 30 days showing on my account. I contacted after like 3 weeks about the status then they arrogantly let me know I was giving my bank details 2 days later so only going to appear about 22/12/18. Rang them on the 23rd, (also, they precisely deducted the membership fee on the 17th so are having my bank details) and they said they are sorry that it is not there, I have to give my IBAN details and it tooks 10 days.. How come they are asking for an international banking detail when it is a Britain based company? Also, they 100% having my banking details as they deducted the membership fee already .
It is just sounds totally dodgy
Can anyone advice me which body I can turn to?

You have been taking monthly payments from my account for almost a year, well done you got me, now how do I stop your smart trickery and stop your payments which to me is by cheating me.

This would have been done on January 2018, your asking for a client number Which I never received, all I have is the transaction from my account.
For me the money has been taken by deception, and i have been cheated, however, all i want is for this to stop and no further payments made.
unauthorized credit card charges
My bank statements show that for the last four months there has been an unauthorized deduction of £15.00 per month made on the 2nd of each month. I have no knowledge of authorising these payments and so therefore I would request they be stopped with immediate effect. I also request written confirmation to this effect.
I find this practice scandalous as I do not know what transaction prompted an unwanted subscription to Completesave.Co.Uk. I notice from the number of complaints received this can be easily prompted by a transaction with a large number of retailers. Does this mean that I can't make a transaction to Argos, or book a room with Premier Inn without being caught by this scam.

direct debits of £15 x 4 monthly been taken from my credit card
I have cancelled this once and stopped my credit card only to find out that they are still taking the monthly £15 out on my new card... Really furious. I cancelled the payments via my Halifax bank. Registered my new card and just checked my statement and they have taken the £15 subscription fee out again. I have never used this nor signed up for this subscription.

I have just noticed that £15, has been deducted from my bank account from this complete saving company. I have not signed up for anything to allow this to happen.
Upon viewing my bank statements this is the second time that it's happened, therefore I am owed £30. I have no idea where this has come from because I always take notes for a subscriptions I apply for.
I will he contacting my bank first thing tomorrow morning to cancel these payouts and demanding my money be refunded.

I have since had no dealings with them.

I am a 17 year old full time student who was completely fooled into trying to save my money when buying a concert ticket. I realised today that I've been getting charged for 3 months. I'm so confused and now also scared of what will happen to bank account as my rent/bills/food-my entire existence runs off that bank account. Thank goodness I check my accounts regularly! I am not very impressed that you've taken money from my account when I didn't give you my account details, you have got these through a company I used and then offered me a "cash back" deal - which I never actually got! I feel totally and utterly conned! You don't make it clear that you'll be taking a monthly charge, no warning that you'll be taking! Feel that you have falsely taken money from my account without authorisation!

WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my credit card. I do a small amount of online shopping usually with the companies, but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud, in part because I had a replacement credit card about a month ago and no longer have online access to previous statements, but also because the amount of £15 per month is a small enough amount not to raise alarm bells! I have now contacted my bank and had further payments stopped. I am furious that this amount of money has been stollen from my account. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded and this company investigated.

Complete savings has been deducted £10 every month from my debit card since 2013! Never enter any details and never sign up anything from them but they can just deduct our hard earn money without any consent! I believe there are many victims out there, anybody knows any ways to report about this issue? This is too much and ridiculous. We need to stop this and shall take any legal action against them. This is the second time they have embezzled the £15 a month previously our two years ago. The £15 was removed from my account this time on the 21/10/2018
