unauthorised credit card charges
Ref: My NZ Visa card [protected]
Charges of £15 were made on 17th of Jun, July, Aug, Sept and Oct, total £75, without authority. This Swiss company appears to have been the subject of previous complaints to you.
Your assistance in obtaining a refund and preventing further charges would be appreciated.
Many thanks in anticipation,
Nicholas Wood, [protected]@xtra.co.nz

unauthorised debit card charges
I have had €15 taken out of my account by Completesave.co.uk, since 27th March 2017, which has not been authorised by me. Completesave.co.uk have taken €90 out of my account to far. I have contacted my bank and informed them that I have not authorised this payment i the future. I expect a full refund for the money taken out of my account by this company. Attached is a picture of the charges made by Completesave in my account dating back to March and amounting to €90. I need to know when I will receive a full refund for these authorised charges.

unauthorised monthly payments
This company has been taking monthly £15 payments from my credit card without my knowledge. Apparently and I have read forums from other victims, they get the details when you click a savings code when purchasing goods from respectable companies. This should not be allowed to happen and is a stealth charge. I have no correspondence from them and no account or knowledge of their trading. I don't understand the service they provide let alone knowingly subscribe to them.

unauthorised charges to my credit card
I just go through my bank statements and noted that my credit card has been charged since July 2017 GBP15 each month for 3 three months. I have not given any bank details or any consent to this company to deduct this amount from my credit card. I used the VISA card to buy train tickets for UK travel online via Trainline website.
About the same period, there are also unauthorised charge GBP10 per month charged from a "sister company" called Wly.mytimerewards.co.uk. Charged to the same credit card, since Aug 2017.
I don't know how the bank details are passed to these companies. I have contacted the bank and cancelled the credit card immediately to avoid future deduction. I have emailed to Completesave & Mytime rewards for refund of total GBP65 but the email addresses have been blocked. This is a stealing.
I will make a complaint to VISA card as well. How come they can allow unauthorised charges happen? No security at all.

membership charge
I was charged 15 pounds to my bank account this morning by complete save. At no point when i signed up with them was I made aware that there would be any sort of fee involved. I've certainly never benefited from being a member, so I would like my money back and for my membership to be cancelled as soon as possible.
My membership is under [protected]@live.co.za
I have had £15 taken out of my account for nearly 12 months have emailed and phoned to cancel subscription and never had a reply can’t cancel at the bank as I don’t know my subscription number it’s not on bank statement just a phone number they don’t answer
Don’t know what I can do to stop this money each month
money fraud
My back acc was deducted totally about 420 pounds since 05/05/2015, what can I do now... I feel hopeless and I can sure I didn't join this membership ever, it is very ridiculous! I just sent email to the customer services and I hope I can cancel the membership and get the full refund, otherwise I will go to court, as everyone knows 420 pounds is a big amount...

unauthorised charging credit card
I have queried with my Credit Card supply, Tescos, an entry that appears on my statement. They have told me that this entry, for £15, is for a subscription to a company. The payment is made on the 12 of every month and apparently has been going out of my account since March 2016! As I pay for quite a lot on my credit cards, it was not until now that I spotted it.
I have never signed up to this compnay. I have searched in on google and found that it is a company that allegedly provides discounts/savings on items bought online. rubbish.
I have never had an email from them - I have searched my archive and can find no reference to them ever.
I want a full refund (£15 x 17 entries on my account = £255)
I want my details to be removed.
I have asked my credit card company to re-issue my card with a different number to prevent them trying to take any more money.
This is the contact address Ihave found in the UK

I just saw one transaction of £15 from my account that I didn’t done it so u guys stop taking my money
money fraud
I have noticed that 15 pounds has been taken out from my account every month from April 2016 (18 months) - like previous complaints have said 15 pounds every month is not a substantial amount hence why i have never noticed it, I am extremely furious as that is a lot of money being taken without any of my knowledge - i can confidently say that i have never subscribed for this and i still have no idea what WLYCOMPETESAVE is and i have no idea how they have acquired my bank details.
I am a university student with 2 part time jobs, i don't get a student loan and this money is too much for me to even think of letting go. i understand that 18 months is a ridiculous period of time to not notice it but i am only 19 and didn't know how to check my transactions till 6 months ago. I beg you to refund me my money which you have stolen from my account or i will definitely take legal action, as according to the numerous complaints i have found on the internet - this fraud has been committed many times.
I can send proof if requested as i have screenshot of all 18 transactions.
Alisha.

This is the second item now being taken from this card
I'm trying to now speak to my bank to get these taken off and/or get my card cancelled but how do I get the money back please?
How can this happen, I don't understand how people can take money from a card without authorisation which I haven't given
Please let me know the source of this item and who has taken it

Absolute scam.
I have been paying a monthly membership fee that I had never knowingly signed up for to a company called "complete savings".
I have tried contacting the company but have not been able to speak with anyone via phone or email.
This is a service I have never needed or wanted and is simply out to take my money in an underhand and devious manner.
I have requested immediate repayment of the funds taken out of my account and simply cannot believe that such a transparently fraudulent company is allowed to operate.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I have experienced the same problem. I did not sign up to this - and never would, as I don't have time to keep tracking these types of things. I use ebay and Amazon. I use specialist suppliers for the items I need and want. I would not want this type of service. I have never heard of them until i found out that there were 17 entries on my credit card bill.
I have asked my credit card company to change my credit card number.
I have emailed the company for a full refund. If they are truly transparent, then this should not be a problem for them.
warning! scam and hidden charge!
I was tricked by the fraudulent promotion on London transport website to fill in a form which I thought it is for transport ticket purchase. I never use completesavings service and I was charged 15 pounds by an unauthorized online service called Completesaving on 21th July. This is a scam website with lots of bad reviews on complaintsboard.com. My card information was leaked when I thought I am purchasing London train ticket (but it is actually a tricky promotion popup). I never use their service. Now I have already requested to cancel my 'membership' on this unknown website.
The refund is successful. Thank you
unauthorized charges to bank account
When I was checking Barclay's bank statement today (4/08 2017) I found that £15.00 was taken by Wly*COMPLETSAVE. C. Switzerland. I did not purchase anything from Switzerland. Then I checked past two years transactions record on line banking. I found that the money £1 was taken on 05/08/2016 then £15 on 19/08/2016 then every month £15 until 19/07/2017. I tried to contact this company then I was asked my membership No. I don't know my membership number even I did not become a member!
£15 taken from my account each month is big money. I insist that all this money is returned in full.
I am going to contact Barclay to stop this money transaction.

I am also an HSBC customer Mary and I am disgusted at how your company has been able to carry on this scam for at least the last 5 years that I can find complaints online about you. I too have been a victim for the last 11 months. At no time did I ever give your company my bank account details these you have obtained illegally. If you would like to email me we can discus how you are going to reimburse me. suelazydays@gmail.com
unauthorized charges from my bank account since last december
From what I can observe, I'm not the only one who got trapped in this scam. I think this comes from when I shopped on Trainline and I didn't realize anything. I just saw the fees on my bank account (hidden between my regular fees of course...) they took 15 pounds from my bank account every month. I will try to do something against them because this is a total abuse! I want to request a refund of all my money paid for the membership fee.

As I see here I'm not the only one who got trapped in this scam. I think this comes from I shopped on Lookfantastic website and I didn't realize anything. I sent her the email and have got the money back now.
report this company to the european consumer centre and to action fraud
I have actually already posted a complaint about this Company and Mytime Rewards on this site (in March 2017). I am still locked in battle with both Company's to get all of my money back after recovering all but £90 of what they had deducted. I encourage anyone else scammed by these Company's to report them to the European Consumer Centre (as they are a Swiss Company) and to Action Fraud.

My Bank credited me immediately with the three payments of £15 (April, May and June 17) that had been made fraudulently to wly completesave from my account. I had never heard of this company nor received any benefits and so its pretty obvious that I would not have given them my details nor my permission to charge me for anything. Therefore it is FRAUD and they should be fined on that basis.
fraud
They have taken £15.00 from my bank card for no reason or authorisation from myself or any other family member. I have never heard of the company until i saw my bank staement. my bank have put a stop to any other payments to this company and i will ring them tomorrow to question what is going on and to insist on a repayment of moneys taken. i will also be putting a complaint of fraud to the police.

completesavings.co.uk unauthorized charges on my bank account
As I see here I'm not the only one who got trapped in this scam. Trainline company should be accused as well since the scam operates from their page! I just saw the fees on my bank account (hidden between my regular fees of course...) they took £105 in total within 7 monthes! I don't have the words to say how much I'm disgusted... I am a foreign student who came to study in England and took the train to visit the country, I probably fulfilled a form to get a voucher on trains and I end up by being robbed of £105 ! I will try to do something against them because this is a total abuse!
Please if anybody seek to gather testimonies to entand a court action on a big scale basis please contact me at : [protected]@outlook.fr
Thanks...

unauthorised charges
I recently had 4 monthly payments taken from my account for £25 a month split into 2 transactions of £10 & £15 which I never agreed to as I never supplied my account details to this company. After noticing 4 months later I phoned my bank and got the money reimbursed even though my card had to be cancelled and therefore wait for a new one to be sent out which caused inconvenience in itself. I then more recently placed an order online from jacamo and noticed after the order had gone through there website directed me to this offer of money off which was complete save, this time realising what it was I immediately closed the page down. I then noticed that this company has yet again started charging me for a product I don't want, after e-mailing there customer service they claim that i entered and approved these charges which I can assure you I didn't, it seems that they were able to obtain my account details from jacamo, I would have thought this was illegal
