Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorized money transaction from 09/2014. give my money back!

I have just going through bank statements for the last four months and seen you have been taking £15 a month from my account from September 2014! I Looked up why and Who is it. I found I Did not give your company the right to take the money from my account! It has been £485 your company stole from me!I did not anywhere read this would come with a monthly charge, if I had even a sniff that I would have to pay out any money for a £20 voucher, which I haven't even used, I wouldn't have given my email for it, and I am not stupid enough to give out my bank details for a voucher, I can only imagine you high-jack them from my genuine purchase of a train ticket. Maybe the MONTHLY CHARGE NOTIFICATION IS TOO SMALL FOR ME! BUT PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY! I NEVER USED YOUR SERVICE BEFORE, BECAUSE I NEVER KNOW I HAVE THIS STRANGE MEMBERSHIP! I have contacted my bank, they already put you on my blacklist.

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorized charges to my account.

On June 1st a £15 withdrawal was made from my bank account by Complete Savings company. I had withdrawals before and told my bank to get the money back which they did and I tried to contact weekly savings to prevent further charges by closing whatever had been opened by them.
I want a refund of this withdrawal and for them to cease any further withdrawals.

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorized membership fee

I checked my bank account transaction last week and it seems that complete savings co UK has been withdrawing 15 pounds per month from my bank, in the last 8 months, taken from my account and none of these payments were authorized by me. They slipped past my attention because the amount was only £15.
I was not even aware of the company existing until their name appeared on a recurring visa debit on my bank account, and I never authorized this.
I sent them an email last week for explications but they did not answer, even if, in conformity with there own, regulation they have to reply in 72 hours.
How can I recover this amount ?

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorised withdrawal from my bank account

on 20th April 2017 the sum of £15.00 was taken from my bank account. Another £15.00 was taken on22nd May2017. These two payment were not authorised by me. Ido not know who these peaple are an have not signed up to any contract or "membership" with them.
I will go to my bank and instruct them to refuse future payments and arrange for a refund of £30.00
I will also inform the police.

Complete Savings / Complete Save continued taking of money

I rang today to ask why £10 monthly was being taken out of my account and what their service was. The man told me that from August 2012 I ticked a box saying I would like 10% off and that's why I am paying a monthly fee for this. I asked if I had ever benefitted from this? and he sai he could see that I have never used this.
I am livid - and yes I am one of those that obviously would be a scammers dream as I dont check my account often.

5 Years of paying something I didn't even know about - absolutely rubbish. How ethical is that - tick a box and you are caught in it for years - ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorized credit card charges

Hello, my name is peter and I have probably had the same issue as most of the people that post over here which is that wly complete savings have been charging me a monthly subscription fee. I came across this website where everybody complains about their service but give no usefull information about how to deal with them. So here you have some info that might be useful to you.
First I gave them a call at [protected] and I spoke to joan one of their customer advisers and asked her why they was charging me and as an answer I was told that I have made a purchase that had a discount offered by their company and doing so I have been enrolled into their sistem and been given a 30 day free trial, after the trial period was over I was been charged 15 pounds a monthly. So I asked her what should I do get my money back an she answered that I can cancel my subscription and if have not used any of their services or claimed any cashback from their offers I would be entitled to get back a 3 month refund that's the only thing she could do as a customer adviser, as for the rest of 13 months I had to send an email to them at [protected]@completesavings.com with my subscription cancellation reference number full name phone number and answer a few questions regarding my subscription. All this info about what should I email to them was sent to me by email by the customer adviser. Moving on I have sent them the email which they answered the same day telling me that since I have not used any of the benefits they were offering I was entitled to the full refund which I was to be refunded in 13 different payments to my account which happened in 2 days after sending the email. This was my experience with them and although is a bit frustrating having to do all this to get the money back I did get it so I must thank joan for helping me out and ange for the quick response to my email.

They have charged me for 5 months without my authorisation.
I have just sent them an email today, and planning to call them on Monday.
Will they really fully refund my money?

Complete Savings / Complete Save illegal charging of my credit card

Unauthorized charging of my Swedish credit card August 2016 - April 2017.
WLY* Complete Save has been charging my credit card which is now blocked.
I have never signed up for this service so it is clear the details were copied from one of my purchases during August last year. I do not shop in UK so there is absolutely no reason for me to sign up for their services and I studiously avoid this type of service. What they have done is completely illegal and a complete scandal! Surely there must be a fraud squad in UK to put a stop to this nefarious business. One only needs to check on the net to see how many hundreds they have cheated. Small amounts each time but the scam goes on regardless. Multiply by thousands it really is atrocious!

My name is Yoshiko Ikegaki. I've just realized that your company has charged something I am completely innocent to my account for more than one year. This matter has started from April in 2016. I don't want to pay for such unknown things and want you to investigate how you get my credit card information and to refund for the payment I have been charged unfairly as much as possible. I've already informed the credit card company and asked them to investigate how this case happened. I also want to get your sincere answer to this terrible matter. Although I have an experience to buy a pair of shoes on the web shop when I lived in Birmingham, I can't ignore this matter if my information has been stolen at that time.

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorised credit card charges

Wly*completesave.co.uk have been making unauthorised credit card charges against my halifax credit card nr **** **** **** 1841 since 19 september 2016. this company specifies that it is for “regular online shoppers". i never buy any goods or services online as it would reveal my personal and credit card details.

Google wly*completesave.co.uk scams to see that its unauthorised credit card charges are well known, but this disreputable company has not been sued and closed down.

I wish to have these unauthorised charges refunded.

Complete Savings / Complete Save money back scam

I bought an item from an online store and gave them my credit card details, they then directed me to a money back offer, I looked at it but definitely did not agree to it. Then they send me an email to say they have taken first payment and the date of the next payment, also offering cancellation, which I did.
They took the initial payment fraudulently. This should not be allowed to happen.

Not sure what planet you are on but being "rude" as you call it got me a FULL refund...! You need to stay with the programme - people did not KNOWINGLY sigh up for membership; didn't know they were members and so couldn't have USED their so-called membership.

You might not realise it but what they are doing is illegal. Put simply, so that even you can understand, IT IS THEFT FROM THOUSANDS OF VUNERABLE PEOPLE who may not have the resources to effect a refund of THEIR money and I make no apologies for saying so. What's important here is not you weird sense of decorum BUT misleading practices are illegal under current legislation i.e a breach of the Consumer Protection From Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. Also, Trading Standards, Office of Fair Trading, Information Commissioners Office, Advertising Standards Authority. What part of "Fraud is Fraud, is Fraud" that you don't understand

There is no need to be rude to them, i have had the same problem with them but decided to dig out some info so i called them and had my 16 month subscription canceled and refunded, but this only will happen if you have not used their services anymore than that once, if you was not refunded it must have been that you have used their services several times or claimed cashback from their subscription award.

2 days ago I contacted Compete Save to terminate my agreement with them immediately and confirm to me this request had been fulfilled, as yet no reply has been received, not happy, if no reply is received within the next two days I must consider further action. Regret I cannot contact by telephone as I am very hard of hearing, look forward to receiving a reply.

WLY'Completesave.co.uk, wly'myrewards.co.uk or whatever name they call themselves are mega fraud and should be banned by the British government from operating. The address should be combed out as its a nasty experience being duped this way
National Express should be implicated as part of this syndicate since it allows the company to operate within its confines and website.
They started in my case by stealing just £1 (on wly'completesave) then another £1 (on wly'myrewards.co.uk), then £15, then £10, then graduated to £10 at the beginning and £15 at the end of each month. I discovered when it became £15 daily. That was after a quarter of the year.s willy nilly theft was successfully carried out, my money stolen from my account without my approval!
My bank is investigating and I will take this to the ends of the world with them. These organisation will be exposed big time because you cannot sit down and scam people unflinchingly of hard earned funds in these austere times and indeed at any time. this is sheer daytime unarmed robbery.

Complete Savings is an online membership programme ideal for those who shop online regularly. Complete Savings members have access to a wide range of cashback deals, including an initial cashback reward, a monthly cashback reward, discounted gift cards and 10% cashback at over 650 online stores.

The only way to become a member is to enter your details in full on the Complete Savings sign-up page. The details required are: your name, your email address (twice), your postal address, and your credit or debit card details for the monthly billing. It is mentioned in several places on the sign-up page that following 30 days free membership, there is a monthly fee - hence why you are required to provide your credit/debit card details on the sign-up page. Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorised deductions from my account

A while ago I used to purchase a protein drink on-line from a Company called My Protein. Once the order had been placed a pop-up would appear to register for a Company that would allow you to get £10 off your next purchase with this Company. I tried to use the service but it never worked. Today I have just found out that they have been deducting £15 per month from my bank account since June 2016, so 10 month's ago.

Complete Savings / Complete Save £15 per month taken from my account without my authorisation. fraud.

Since last July £15 per month. I had not signed up for this. Am contacting the fraud department in the bank and the police.

when I logged into their site I used my email address and a password I have for my phone and I got in! ALL my details, address, phone etc were held by this company.
When I looked at my profile...it stated my preferred method of contact is email and that they would send details of offers, my membership etc etc...I have not received ANY correspondence from this company.

Very worrying...

I have just noticed that £15 has been taken from my Credit Card without my knowledge. It says the company is based in Switzerland with the name completesave.co.uk.

I have been in contact with my credit card number and had my monies refunded and they have issued a replacement card.

Having looked there is a lot of information on the web about this companies practice.

Complete Savings / Complete Save £15 a month deducted from my card account since june 16 with approval

Surprisingly, I have found out today there was £15 deducted from my card account without my acknowledge for the last 9 months from a web site called Completesavings. I am not aware of agreeing to any payments to this company. The only connection I can make is with Ryan Air our a ticket from National Express . But there was no information that I have to pay you, membership or whatsoever!

I didn't get an email confirming a membership at completesavings either which would be the case for any other place where you knowingly sign up as a member. So I have paid 15 pounds a month since last June 2016 for this membership.

I give nobody permission to take this money from me! Please return the money back to my account ASAP!

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorised payments taken from card

This company has been taking £15 per month from my bank account since August 2016! I ordered from Simply Be and looked at the complete savings site which has a free sign up. At no point did I realise I would have to pay for this. I will be complaining to Simply Be as well. This went unnoticed as it was listed as a card payment rather than a Direct Debit (which I could have cancelled through my bank). The payment also had a similar description to another payment I make each month by card and so it was only today when the details were at the top of my transactions that I noticed it! A totally rogue company. I will be pursuing this to claim back my money and informing Trading Standards.

Complete Savings / Complete Save the payment scam

I signed up to a free train ticket, or £10 off my next journey with trainline.com. It was only after I noticed that wly complet ref
Had debited £15 from my account, that I rang my bank, first I thought it was amazon transactions but I was told that they had taken 9 amounts of £15
So a total of £135 in total. I am a single parent on a low income and I am really angry and upset about this.

I would like a total refund and will otherwise be taking legal action.

I was advised on Friday night that a payment of £15.00 was due, I logged on to' my account' I was stunned as they had my name and address with all my credit card details. I have never heard of Complete Saving before last Friday, the only people I deal with on line is Amazon who have all my details. I notified my bank about this and cancelled my account after I emailed this morning and decided not to reply?

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorised charges deducted from my bank account

I have just noticed that I was charged from july 2015 for £15.00.
The charges started from this date as far as I am aware. This was appearing as int'l... So I thought these are my amazon order transactions. Normally when I order something from amazon this appears like this too.

Today I clicked on the description and realised that I have been charged from last 19 months at least (If it's more than this.. I am unaware).

I never received any email/text/postal notification or confirmation. I have never ordered or signed up for this at all.

This is complete spam and robbery. I am due to have at least £285.00 refund at earliest.

I am going to solicitors and claim this money if this company will not resolve this positively.

I have booked my journey via national service and after booking something appears that get some cash back on your next journey i thought its offered by national express but i was wrong i kept receiving the emails from this complete saving company.
Now 2 days ago i became shockingly to know that £15 from my credit card taken by complete saving without any notice and knowledge.
I am really upset because of this amount taken i have been over credit limit by my credit card company as well, which is £ 24
