Concord Servicing Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company. They input my bank account number wrong and would not change it until I paid two check return fees. Their online account lacks features, their phone customer service is terrible and doesn't provide the input to get a hold of a person (use the automated system). This is a bottom feeding loan servicer that does its very best to scam customers. Avoid at all costs. NYSERDA should be ashamed of itself to use such a horrible company.

I will tell you what I believe, what I have learned. As with everything else about this crooked loan company as reported by all other reviews, over a short year, they have made 3 math errors on recalculating my remaining balance after a payment. Every time I called to get a correction, (These errors were in amounts almost double a payment.), it takes the phone service person 15 minutes to come back with an answer. This last call, I also requested the amount needed to pay off the loan. When he came back, he gave me a number twice the reported balance! We are talking about hundreds of dollars with each error. This is a scum operation that depends on a certain number of customers to not check for errors before making a payment. This on top of extortive interest rates. Oh yeah, this last service person could barely speak English. Careless ones, beware!

How does this company operate seeing how it is not following any federal consumer rules? *** show nothing - only a balance and what you are to pay...it does not show how much you paid the previous month, or how much you paid last month in interest. When I tried to make an online payment, I found that the account number shown on my paper statement was not recognized on the website shown on that same statement. You will end up paying many times over your original loan amount - even if you pay extra each month. A ridiculous scam. I was forced to choose one star, although my intent is to provide ZERO stars. Turning over to my representatives and Attorney General.

My loan was also sold to Concord Oak Grove Trust more than a year ago. Every month I mail in my payment as soon as I get their statement ... and EVERY month they call me to say I'm late on my payment, then threaten to turn me into collections. This past month they called me and tried to bully me into signing up for direct payment from my checking account, I informed them that will never happen, they threatened to turn me into collections. I had dated and mailed my payment 15 days prior to them calling this last time. I truly believe they received my payments on time, but fail to do the process on their end to ensure my payment was documented in a timely manner. After their threatening phone call, I took out a loan to pay them off, in full!... I'M DONE!.

I will never do business with this company again. When you make a payment they seem to hold your check instead of posting it to your account right away. When you call they claim no check was received. Then when you think the check was lost in the mail and you Stop Payment on the check and cut them a new one all the sudden they try to cash both and charge a service fee on the one you stopped payment on. VERY SHADY BUSINESS. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Concord Servicing Concord claims to have no grace period on their billing

Concord claims to have no grace period on their billing. They claim they should be paid exactly on the due date. They claim to have no electronic payment option. If you mail in your payment, or use your banking "Bill Pay" option the payment takes 5 to 7 days. Then you get phone calls demanding payment or a new bill with a double payment due. But you can call them and pay over the phone with an additional charge to do so. Concord Servicing Corporation uses bad business procedures.

Absolutely horrible. My loan was taken over by them and I recently found out my extra payments were not going towards principal. Then it took, what felt like, an act of congress just to get a payoff quote. After the pay off check was sent they lost my last payment and squeezed a few more dollars out of me. I just paid them the last bit and will see if I get my missing check. Requesting a payoff quote took me five phone calls and three emails. I did not request to do business with this company. And after reading these reviews I would have never done any business with them.

My loan was originally through Benji financed by Concord. The terms were 6 months, 0%, and no penalty for paying loan off early. I was making my payments online via their outdated site and was not charged a service charge on the first 3 payments. I received a letter notifying me that the loan was purchased by WF POG-HIL GRANTOR TRUST and it would not affect the terms and conditions of my contract. Well, that's BS because I went to make another payment on the same site I made my last 3 payments and they charged me a $5 fee. I called the 866 number provided on the billing site and received an automated system and couldn't reach a live person. Then I went through my original Concord paperwork and found another 866 number, got a live person, was told they had to transfer me to the correct number (the first 866 I tried). Well, I got a person finally, and was basically told that their letter to me about the loan sale states there is a $5 service fee for online payments. Well, I have that letter and no where on that letter does it state this and it clearly states my terms and conditions of my contract won't change, so Concord, you have violated my contract. I will let the original contractor know what a shady lending service you are and based on the other reviews, I'm not the only one who's extremely angry at your lending practices.

If you send your payment by mail, or if you utilize your bank's online payment service, it typically takes five to seven days for the payment to be processed. Subsequently, you may receive phone calls pressing for payment or be presented with a new invoice that includes a doubled amount due. However, you have the option to make a payment over the phone, though this service incurs an additional fee. Concord Servicing Corporation is criticized for employing questionable business practices.

Concord Servicing Redbrick sold them my loan

Redbrick sold them my loan. They changed my due date without sending me one statement. I incurred several months of late fees. I called and was told my loan was fine, not late. I looked at my account and it was marked past due. Then someone called me saying they were from this company and I was sending my payments to the wrong address, even though I sent them to the address on my letter from Concord. They are a scam. I resent having my loan sold to them This practice needs to stop.

Attempted to pay the first installment through my bank account, they initially confirmed it could be processed, but then I received a letter stating they could not accept my payment. Consequently, I incurred the first fee, in addition to late charges. I sent a substantial amount of money to cover the first and second month's payment, which I believed included the return fee and late fee. However, the company asserts that I am still behind on payments and has imposed another late fee. I sent the third check 20 days before it was due, yet they claim they haven't received it. This is the worst company, and regulatory authorities need to investigate the legitimacy of their operations.

Worst Customer *** EVER! You wait on hold FOREVER. And then when you get someone the line is so unclear it's difficult to hear and then when you ask them to repeat themselves, they hang up. This happened to me numerous times. It happened to my brother. It's impossible to get anyone to speak to because they simply hang up on you! AWFUL!

I keep getting phone calls and getting harrasses from them. I do not have an account with them or any loans. They have the wrong person, and when I call to get removed they say they cannot as they don't have access to the system. Ridiculous!

Attempted to pay the first installment thru my bank account, they first stated it could be done, next thing I get a letter stating They could not accept my payment. Now I have the first payment fee, plus late charges. sent a sizable chunk of money for the first month 2nd month payment which should have included their return fee and late fee. Company claims I am still in arrears and charge me another late fee. 3rd check sent 20 days before due, they are claiming they haven't gotten it. Worse company and the management needs to check into the authenticity of this company.

Absolutely terrible. I am trying to pay off my account and am having the worst experience. First, I was told my payoff quote was sent but I never received it. When I received it, they told me to pay online but my account was not authorized for online payment. I then called to pay via phone and they talked me out of paying additional for accrued interest, swearing that the payoff quote was still valid and I did not need to overpay. When I asked for a "Paid in full" letter, they gave me a payment history letter showing I still had a balance. I have been trying to call for days now but their calls keep getting disconnected mid conversation. They are unresponsive to email. I hope to never do business with this company again.

They do not stand behind what they tell you. I did not owe a payment and they have taken it out twice in two months that has put me in the red at the bank. The company I was with was sold to Concord. Had I known this there would have never been a loan thru anyone.

Horrible business! Do not finance anything thru this company.They add fictitious late charges, dates on transactions do not match. They use so many excuses why your payment was not processed so as to add late fees.Customer *** is horrible.If your HVAC company finances thru Concord, Find another HVAC contractor.

Would give them a zero if possible. My mother passed and right after we sold her home and Red Brick was supposed to be sent a check to settle her account we received a letter that Red Brick had sold to Concord. I can not get any answers from Concord. They refuse to help me and are denying being paid from the proceeds of the estate. And are now trying to put a lien on a home I sold over a year ago.

Concord Servicing Financial Sold them my loan, and I received a letter that stated my payment for January was past due and I would incur a 30-day late on my credit report. My account showed that the January payment was taken. I argued for several hours with different customer service agents who had difficulty communicating in English and they repeatedly hung up on me. Finally, I called the Arizona office and spoke with a supervisor who confirmed that my payment for January was received and apologized for any mishaps. I asked for a payoff so I would not have to deal with customer service, as they were consistently rude, but unfortunately, I never received it.

I wish I could rate Concord Financial “0" stars. Concord is the worst company I have ever dealt with. This company is horrific with absolutely horrific customer service. They submit incorrect back information and then charge you return check fees when it's their fault. They have absolutely destroyed my credit history with incorrect reporting and I can't get them to fix it. They said they didn't report any late payments yet, they reported a late payment when the payment was not even 30 days late. So now I have to work with the credit bureaus to try to fix their screw up. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. An HVAC loan was sold from *** to Concord Servicing. Concord has NO app, and the only way to make a payment without a $5 fee every time you call or visit the website is by snail mail (hope it gets there before the due date, 'we did not receive it') or by ACH electronic funds transfer. NO WAY I am giving them access to my account when they readily admit to taking out funds even after the account is paid ('we will refund the account in 2-3 BUSINESS weeks"; which means at least a month). I will be investigating the possibility of a class-action lawsuit for unfair business practices. STAY COMPLETELY AWAY from this company!

Concord Servicing I don't know what kind of outfit this is but they are a scary business

I don't know what kind of outfit this is but they are a scary business. Out of the blue they somehow acquired a personal loan I am paying on from an air conditioning repair. The original lender sent a letter in early October saying I would hear from this company in October to start making payment to them. Did not get a letter from them until 11/9 (dated 11/3) saying they were servicing my account at of 11/1. I went to the website listed on the letter and it doesn't exist and was flagged a fraudulent "Not secure" site by local internet provider. So I went to the company's website to see if I could make contact there. They say I don't exist. So then tried calling the phone number on the letter (which matches the website and was also the number provided by the old lender) and some music plays then some one picks up the phone and hangs up. I tried calling 3 times! Beware! I might have to ask my lawyer to look into this because I don't think they are a real company and if they are then they are terrible operation and I am scared.

Concord Servicing We obtained a loan through this company as part of a NYSERDA program

We obtained a loan through this company as part of a NYSERDA program. We recently tried to pay off the loan. We did a online payment where they drawn the money directly from our checking account. And it was effective the date done. For over a week I continued to check the account and it showed the payment was accepted and we had a $0 balance. However, the money never left the account. Late on a Friday, I again checked the account and suddenly we owed the money and of course more because of interest accrued. I called the following Monday as they are not open on weekends. After more than 1 and 1/2 hours on the phone, speaking with multiple people, they said they would try to not charge the extra and they would not take the monthly charge that was coming due. Well, here it is almost another week later and the money has just left my account and the monthly amount as well. Their customer service is terrible. They don't stand behind what they say they will do and are not timely with how payments are made. Oh, and they do not communicate with you if there is some sort of problem. It's up to you as the consumer to continually check to see if things are working out. Oh and I might add, I received a letter a week and a half later stating the original payment had been processed. Let's just say try to stay away from this business. I have never had this sort of difficulty paying off a loan. I hope NYSERDA has found a different loan agency to work with.

Concord Servicing is the BIGGEST, RIPOFF Company that EVER EXISTS ! I wish there was a MINUS RATING that I could give them they REALLY DO DESERVE IT ! DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE ! I had an account through REDBRICK Financial and and never missed a payment or never late on a payment. After a few months REDBRICK transferred my account to CONCORD SERVICING.WHY my account got transferred is a mystery to me. My payment was due on November 1. I called Concord to make the payment and was told that they could not take my payment (so they REFUSED my payment), I was told to call back on Nov. 2nd, I called them then and was told the same thing that they could not take my payment and to call back the next day. I called again on Nov. 3rd and was again told they same thing that they could not take my payment and to call back the next day. So I called again on November 4th and was finally told that they had my account transferred over in their system and that because of the delay and the fact that it was their fault they were waiving my November payment and that my next payment would be due on December 1st. I logged onto the website today (Dec. 1st) to make my payment and it shows that I am 30 days behind in payments and there is 2 months payment due. My November payment was NOT WAIVED as promised. I called in to complain about it and was told that yes they did make a mistake in their computers and that the people I spoke with in November LIED to me and gave me incorrect information and that Novembers payment is still due along with Decembers... I am disabled and live on a tight budget so with that and all of this Covid-19 issues it really helped to not have to make a payment for November. BUT now I find out that CONCORD is screwing me over and messing up my credit rating and causing MAJOR problems and inconveniences this month. WHAT A HAPPY HOLIDAYS this is going to be ! And DO NOT expect any compassion from ANY of the people that you will talk to on the phone. I have called many times and have NEVER spoke to ANYONE who can speak more that 2 words of English in a row, it is almost impossible to understand them without asking them to repeat themselves over and over again. These people DO NOT CARE that they are hurting their customers ! So like I said at the beginning - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS !

Concord Servicing I hired a home improvement contractor for repairs, received a quote on January 22, and chose a finance company.

I hired a home improvement contractor for repairs and was given a quote on January 22. I decided to finance the repairs through a finance company's Benji Loans, which later became Concord. I fully paid off this loan on August 11, without any late payments. However, today I received an alert from Experian about a new loan reported on my credit report dated August 31, which caused my FICO score to drop by 22 points. I need this incorrect reporting removed from my credit report immediately!

WE are De La and De La who are timeshare owners since our acquisition. Since our ownership, we have been paying our maintenance dues on a quarterly basis through an automatic payment plan. The first quarter payment was due on January 15. After over a month, on February 23, I called the Owner Services and had a female agent assist me in updating the credit card information for the maintenance dues payment. On March 22, I was shocked to receive a collection letter from Blackwell Recovery. I immediately contacted the timeshare company and was informed that because the payment plan was cancelled on February 23, our account was considered 80+ days past due and the remaining balance for 2021 was required to be paid in full. I explained that there might have been a system error on February 23 because the intention was not to cancel the payment plan but merely to update the credit card information. I pointed out that we had already paid for the first quarter, which covers January to March, so it was perplexing how our account could be flagged as past due and why we were being charged interest and miscellaneous fees of $60.95. I questioned the origin of these fees, especially since the second quarter payment wasn't due until April 15. The agent mentioned that the terms were outlined in the payment plan agreement. Upon reviewing the agreement, I found no evidence of any violation on our part. I spoke to agents from the Resort and representatives of Blackwell Recovery several times, requesting a one-time courtesy extension due to the misunderstanding and emphasizing our 16-year ownership with an excellent payment history, which should attest to our creditworthiness. Furthermore, the timeshare company did not make any effort to contact us before sending our account to Blackwell. These fees are unjustly imposed, lack justification, and infringe upon our consumer rights. If the timeshare company made an error in this matter, Blackwell should at least make an effort to correct it.

Concord Servicing assumed responsibility for managing a loan for an air handler, which they acquired from Red Brick Financial in October . Concord Servicing has failed to properly credit my account for the January payment of $100.00. Instead, they issued a letter on 2/16 indicating their intent to collect a debt and stating that I have 30 days to dispute the notice if I choose to do so. On 2/22 at 1:49 PM, I spoke with a representative from Concord Servicing who requested that I send copies of my payment, as they now claim I am delinquent for February . I mailed copies of the electronic checks issued by my bank on 2/23 to their resolutions department. Both checks clearly indicate at the bottom that they serve as proof of payment.

In the meantime, on 2/26, a collections specialist from Concord Servicing contacted my workplace in an attempt to collect a debt of $47.27. I later spoke with her from home and informed her that the account was up-to-date and that proof of payment had been sent. She mentioned she would discuss the matter with her supervisor. However, I have not received any communication from the company acknowledging the receipt of the payment proof. Furthermore, I did not receive a billing statement for March, only a reminder to set up automatic withdrawals.

On 4/5, I spoke with another representative about the inaccurate balance shown on the latest statement, which did not reflect the January payment. Initially, he mentioned they were searching for the check, but then placed me on hold for an extended period after I provided the check number. After waiting on hold for an additional 30 minutes, I disconnected the call. This company has demonstrated a lack of professionalism and competence by not making any effort to acknowledge their accounting error in writing. I suspect they have misplaced the January payment despite having physical proof of payment, which should be their responsibility to resolve. I demand that my account balance be updated to reflect the $300.00 that I have paid since the beginning of 2021, without any further excuses. If it were financially feasible for me to pay off the loan in full, I would do so immediately to avoid any further dealings with them.

I had a loan with Concord servicing which I made the final payment on 6/16 . Today 7/29, I find out the Concord Servicing have a lien on my property..when I call customer service they pass me to billing and billing telling me that the only way I can get it fix is by email some other department ...Concord servicing is not a customer friendly company and make everything extremely complicated. I just like Concord Servicing to do what's right and release my home lien without 3-4 different department getting involved.

I've submitted a complaint regarding this company's report to the appropriate regulatory agency. The reporting shows inaccuracies such as the monthly payments and showing the account with Concord is still active. I paid off the loan in September and with the inaccurate reporting my FICO score has plummeted -23 points. I made my first payment in March and the report shows August as being the 1st payment and also shows just three payments being made, I made a total of seven payments in total. I work hard to keep my credit score in excellent status and I want this issue remedied ASAP!

MOSIAC Solar Loans has incorrectly informed Concord Servicing Corporation's staff that we are delinquent on a loan. MOSIAC has subsequently confirmed the status of our former loan as transferred. Concord Servicing Corporation has been informed that the loan has been transferred to new occupants. Concord Servicing has incorrectly continued to harass myself, reported myself to multiple credit agencies. Concord does not answer telephone requests. Concord will not correct their error. Contacting the Senior Concord management staff is filtered by temporary staffing agencies. More information regarding my claim is available upon requests.

Concord Servicing I had a loan with a HVAC company that I took out in January

I had a loan with a HVAC company that I took out in January. The loan was subsequently sold to Concord Servicing Corporation. In May this year, I sent them 2 checks by way of a balance transfer made by Bank of America. Both checks were sent electronically by Bank of America on the same day to the same account and the same address. The first check was properly credited; the second check was never credited although the check was cashed. Concord Servicing sent me to collections and it has now affected my credit. Bank of America statements and the canceled check were provided to them but they refuse to clear this up. I have been refused credit because I'm told I have "serious delinquencies."

A payment was made in the amount of $1000 on February 16 to Concord Services Corp - unfortunately Concord no longer services Pine Resorts the client who was supposed to receive the payment. Concord is claiming that they have no record of payment being received. Documents were provided from the Bank showing an automatic payment was sent to them. Requests have been made to either forward payment to Pine Resorts or refund the money to me so I can pay Pine Resorts. After much conversation with Pine Resorts to avoid extra charges and late fees I was left with no other option but to make another payment to clear up my account and protect my credit. I am requesting that Concord Servicing Corp refund my payment.

This company bought contracts I had with Renovate America. BENJI. I had interest free for 12 months, due on [date]. On [date] I paid this account in full! I received a letter dated [date] stating they received my payment. Said it would be posted in a couple days? She couldn't explain why it was over a month of having payment. Now they are billing me interest. Called. Got a very rude lady that would only say it was PAID late, so I have to pay interest. She would not let me tell her that it was paid in July . Asked for supervisor, got put on hold for 9 min, then transferred to voice mail. I left my message, no one has gotten back to me. In reading other reviews this business appears to be running a scam. I will not pay one cent in interest that I do not owe. I even have a confirmation number posted on July 28 from them. I want this erroneous charge removed.

We are in the process of purchasing a home and a red flag posted stating we were unable to be approved due to a late payment on our mortgage. However when our lender looked at what the credit bureau had shown (only 1 credit bureau had it listed) it showed a company that is actually loans for contractors to complete work. The work is not tied to our mortgage, we did not take a second out on our mortgage and when we called the company they informed us it is an "unsecured debt" and shouldn't be listed as a mortgage. We asked for documentation stating this case and they keep telling us they are unable to provide us with anything even though our loan is paid off. Their customer service is horrible, my husband has been trying to speak with a manager and they keep "accidentally" dropping his calls. They are highly unprofessional. NEVER do business with this company.

I purchased an HVAC system and financed this purchase with Red Brick Financial. I set up an automatic payment through my personal checking account at that time. My debt was sold to Oak Grove Trust and is serviced by Concord Servicing Corporation. I have not been able to access my account information in over a year though my monthly payments continue to be deducted from my checking account. I have contacted Concord several times by email and on the phone asking for access to my account information, but to no avail. Every time I try to set a password on my account online, I am sent a bad link. When I call, I am told that (1) I cannot be sent paper statements or even be emailed my own account information; (2) Concord Servicing Corporation will contact me within 5 business days to fix the problem. I have yet to be contacted; and (3) There is no one else I can speak to about my account. I plan to pay this loan off completely. I have a right to information about my own debt!

I placed a loan with Benji in Feb'21, March 26, I asked to pay it off, They said they would. I marked it paid in my file, Months later I discovered Concord making withdrawals from my account, I didn't know who Concord was so I asked my bank to block the transactions & investigate. They discovered that Concord took over the Benji loan so ACH withdrawals were valid. I asked my bank to unblock Concord for the purpose of paying off the loan. I contacted Concord and asked to have the loan paid off minus interest accrued since March 26 when they had promised to pay it off. They said it would take about five business days to get it done, but a week later nothing had happened. I called them about four more times, even got the case escalated and it is still not paid off. Meanwhile, my 781 credit rating has plunged right when I was refinancing my mortgage. My blocking on the withdrawals had real impact on my refi efforts and costs. They owe me credit repair, back interest, & a payoff.

April is when Concord took over my $3500 loan from Benji. I was not notified in writing until the day before a payment could have been made (4/15). However, I had already set up an online payment with the previous company. Now please understand, no payment is actually due until January 15,2022 (12 month deferment if paid off prior by 1/15/2022 no interest is due). I contacted Concord's customer service department to make sure they had received my payment online and I was told no. So, I sent in a check payment for $400. But that afternoon on the 15th of April the $400 cleared the bank meaning the company did receive my money and yet told me no I needed to send in a check. When I realized they had lied to me, I put a stop payment on the check. The following month the May statement, I was charged a $25 fee (NSF) when NO payment was due and had already been received for April . I have requested five (5) times in writing to be removed with no response. Just want the $25 removed.

Concord Servicing I have been scammed by Iberostar-Queztal VIPservices

I have been scammed by Iberostar-Queztal VIPservices. I was tricked into getting what I now know is a loan for Iberostar. They charged my card close to $2000, which I did not have. It was for VIP service club, which we thought was just a monthly charge for 10 years and quit at any time. The individual at VIP service knew we did not have any money. He used my digital signature and ran my card. My bank recovered the debit charge they put on my card for $1935.00 which they used a copy of my digital signature to complete the transaction. They used fraudulent information on the contract, as well, and never created a VIP club membership for me. I have called/emailed with Iberostar guest services, [insert appropriate contact name], who has stopped contacting me back. I then got a letter from Concord servicing on 6/19 address [insert appropriate address]. [Insert appropriate contact name]. email contact: [insert appropriate email address]. Account:053536. I discovered I had to loans 9675.00/1290.00. I did not agree/receive money/get services.

Concord Servicing took over administration of a loan for an air handler, which was sold to them by Red Brick Financial in October . Concord Servicing has not properly credited me for the January payment of $100.00. Instead they sent me a letter of intent to collect a debt dated 2/16 that if I dispute the notice I have 30 days to do so. On 2/22 @1349 I spoke with [employee name] and he asked I send copies of my payment, because now they are claiming I'm behind on Feb. 2021. I mailed copies of the checks my bank issued electronically, sent via snail mail on 2/23 to their resolutions department. Both checks state at the bottom that it is proof of payment per [bank name]. In the meantime, on 2/26 [collections specialist name] the "collections specialist" called my place of employment in attempt to collect a debt of $47.27. I spoke with her later from home and she would reach out to her supervisor, after informing her the account was current and mailed proof of payment. I never heard back from this company acknowledging the payment proof was received. I did not get a billing statement for March, only a reminder to set up auto withdrawal. 4/5 spoke with [employee name] regarding inaccurate balance on newest statement. Does not reflect the March payment. He first said they were looking for the check, then put me on hold for 15 minutes after giving him the check number. I was on hold another 30 minutes and finally gave up. This company is inept, incompetent and unprofessional for making absolutely no attempt to rectify their poor accounting by not contacting me in writing acknowledging their error. I believe they lost that March payment even with physical proof of payment, which should be on them. I want my account balance to reflect the $300.00 that I have paid to them since the beginning of 2021, no excuses. If I could afford to pay the loan off in full I would just to be done and rid of them.

Concord Servicing WE are Mr

WE are Mr. and Mrs. De La Cruz who are timeshare owners of XYZ Resort since 2010. Since our ownership, we have been paying our maintenance dues on a quarterly basis thru XYZ automatic payment plan. The 1st quarter payment for 2021 was due on January 15. After over a month, on February 23, I called XYZ Owner services and had a female agent walk me through in switching the credit card on file for maintenance dues payment. In March 22, I was shocked to receive a collection letter from Blackwell Recovery in regards to our account. I immediately called XYZ and I was told that because the payment plan was cancelled on February 23, our account is thereby considered 80+ days past due and the remaining balance for 2021 is due for payment in full. I shared that there could have been a system glitch on February 23 because it should not have cancelled the payment plan but to switch the credit card on file. I argued that we are technically paid for 1st quarter which covers January to March so how can XYZ flag our account as past due and impose interest and miscellaneous fees of $60.95? Where did these fees come from? The 2nd quarter due is not even due until April 15. The agent told me it was stipulated in the payment plan agreement. I reviewed the literature on the payment plan agreement and there is nothing in it to prove we are in violation . I asked agents from XYZ Resort and Blackwell Recovery a few times if we can be extended a one-time courtesy because it was all a mistake and that we've been owners for 16 years with excellent payment history, at least that should mean something about our credit worthiness. Additionally, XYZ did not even exert due diligence to reach out to us before sending our account to Blackwell. These fees are unlawfully imposed, without basis and a violation of our consumer rights. If XYZ made a mistake on this, at least Blackwell should set things right.
