I called on Monday, Oct 16th that I noticed on the eve of Sunday, October 15th that we had no heat or hot water. On Monday, I made an appt for Wednesday, Oct. 18th for their window of time between 8AM and 9PM. No One showed up. I called CNG in the afternoon to ask when they would be here.

No one showed up.

I want to request the time stamps of the vehicles. In terms of what jobs they were doing and where they were located. How long were the at said residences.

This is extremely important.

I moved to a new place and tried to get my gas connected for a week. I called them multiple times and finally got through on a Friday. They said my gas was active and I would have hot water, but that wasn't true. I don't have hot water and my gas stove doesn't work. I called them again to tell them this, and they said it was active and nothing else needed to be done. After 4 hours of back and forth, I begged them to set a service date so someone could check things out. The lady reluctantly set the appointment for Monday. But no one showed up, even though they insisted I needed to be here in person and block the whole day until 11pm. I took the whole day off work, but no one came. There's no late-night number to reach anyone. It's freezing outside and I still don't have hot water or a way to cook. I want my hot water fixed as soon as possible, and I want to be reimbursed for the whole day of work, the hours I spent on hold and being transferred, and the time and effort I put into filing this report.
