I feel like I can breath again! I got into debt cuz of bad managment of my credit cards. But the kind folks at Consumers Alliance have never made me feel ashamed. On the other hand, they have been professional & kind. All my debt is now one payment lower than what I paid on my credit cards. Thank you to your organization! A+
I'm so happy with the Consumer Alliance program
I'm so happy with the Consumer Alliance program. They handle everything for me so I don't get any annoying calls from creditors. I'm making my monthly payment and making great progress paying off my credit cards. Hopefully in two years I'll be debt free. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to get out of debt.

if you're drowning in debt, check out Consumers Alliance Processing Corporation! Yeah, they charge a monthly fee, but it's way cheaper than dealing with those high interest credit cards. My rates were at a whopping 17% and 22%, but they got 'em down to 4% and 9%. Plus, they set up automatic withdrawals so I didn't have to worry about missing payments. It helped me get my finances in order and stay on track. The staff is super chill and helpful, so hit 'em up if you have any questions or concerns. I've never had any issues with their customer service. Honestly, I'd recommend them over those other debt consolidation companies any day.
I stopped using their program a week ago
I stopped using their program a week ago. I had to call them like 4 times. The second time I called, the customer service person didn't even do it for me. The second guy called and said I should get my money back by the 18th, but it's now the 20th. I gave them money when they asked for it, but it's taking me a lot of calls to stop using their program and get my first payment back. I asked for paperwork last month, but I still haven't gotten anything. I don't know what's going on with this company.
This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. I coulda done it myself and saved the $6k+ I paid them. Then they want more money to settle my last account? Use the money I already gave you! This was a huge mistake and a slap in the face. A friend sent me to them without warning me about their shady practices. Shame on them for taking advantage of people.

I had a tough time financially after a car crash in 2017. My car got wrecked and my hospital bills kept piling up, and I didn't know what to do about my debt. I looked up a few debt companies, but none of them were as good as Consumers Alliance. Tyler, the senior debt consultant, helped me settle my debts at only 25% of what I owed, and it took less than two years to do it. Their debt consolidation loan was also really helpful in speeding up the process. I totally recommend this company!

I just re-enrolled another card to pay off. Even when there are mistakes, their customer service reps jump into action with an appropriate level of kindness and professionalism. Honestly the easiest company I've ever chosen to work with, and I accidentally stumbled upon them! Now I recommend them to whoever has trouble with finances. Their fees, and lower interest rates are a fraction of the interest I'd usually be paying on my own. They are super flexible and knowledgeable. Highly recommend ?
I signed up with CAPC for a debt program in August
I signed up with CAPC for a debt program in August . They said they'd settle all my debts in 18 months, by February 2022. My contact person is ***. He said everything would be done according to the contract and the program fees were 25% and included in the monthly payment. But after 18 months, *** said he needed more time to settle the remaining 3 credit cards. They kept taking money from my bank account without telling me how many more payments there would be. In July 2022, I asked *** to reduce my payment to $400 for 3 months. But then a creditor said I had past due payments since July. CAPC took my $400 but didn't pay the creditors. I checked the fees and they charged me more than 25%. I asked *** for clarification but he didn't respond. Don't use this company. I'm taking legal action and filing a complaint.

I done texted and called them back to tell them they got the wrong number, but they don't listen and keep callin. I think they might be tryna scam me or somethin. Watch out!

I payin a fee and sum to settle a debt that was negotiated as a settlement offer. I payin $259.99 for 24 months and only a lil bit is goin to the debt, the rest is their fee. I want the papers showin the fees amount and my settlement agreement with the original creditor NetCredit. I need a copy of these papers for my records. I payin more than the original debt owed and this company ain't savin me no money, they chargin me a high amount and NetCredit still reportin my payments as late. Consumers said they would help with my credit rating report but they don't, they just take their high fees for your debt and tell you that you gotta follow up with the credit bureaus to correct your credit reporting. They takin advantage of people by sayin they will help better your credit report score. I want the papers showin what fees I am payin for and I wanna cancel since I am payin more money to them to resolve my creditor debt.
