I went online for a quote and called the 800 number
I went online for a quote and called the 800 number. The representative was very helpful. He told me the premium amount was $399. He Never said the $99 was SkyBlue's commission. Agents are supposed to get their commission from the insurance company NOT the customer. I will be sure to use a reputable agency when I renew this policy and save myself $99!

Genesis, We had been shopping for insurance and trying to reach people for 2 days and then in one phone call you not only solved my concern you made me feel like a person, educated me and didn't treat me like a "less than" because I didn't know what I was getting myself into. I was at the start thinking I was going to have a good outcome with them
I was at the start thinking I was going to have a good outcome with them. I was working with there home insurance officer in regards to my manufacture getting insurance. I had been getting ready to do a RM with AAG, and AAG was just requesting a packet info, so my loan good be finalized, I had thought this was in the works as they meaning Sky Blue that AAG would pay them in full when I closed, the insurance officer was given permission to work with AAG. AAG never heard from them but when I had talk with Sky Blue I was under the impression this was going to be OK with them. After that conversation I too never heard back, so I started calling them to see the status to see if this was going to move forward, all I needed was a simple yes or no, because of this Sky Blue ended up holding me up for weeks, the insurance officer would not return my calls, my last few calls ended with me getting to his voice mail again, only this time I heard him pick the phone up click it off thus hanging up on me, I was like wow really? so I waited a bit and called back for the what would be the last time, talk with the front office girl, ask if the person I wanted to speak with was really even there, which I knew he was why else hang up on someone, and as to why he hung up and told her kind of not professional at all, and would you not know it she too hung up, crazy since all I wanted to do was talk to him for a yes or no answer and gave them every chance as if I was not going to get a re-sponce I would look for another company to work with plain and simple, to have not taken a request just to simple talk and being that I was going to become a future customer this was beside me. I just do not know how simple talking to someone would result in being hung up on. I am glad now I did not give them any money either from myself or through AAG as I would never want to work with a company like this if this is how they handle themselves as a business or have employees that are for a better word disrespectful and acting like children, as to handle the day to day, and I did nothing wrong in questing them on the matter, I was within my right to do so asking questions, they are paid to work with people seeking out the service. Such a shame. If I could have no star rating would have been left.

Bought car insurance from SkyBlue, an agent for Progressive, online. Paid $242 on my credit card. Tried to reach them to change the coverage date, but both the email and phone numbers didn't work. They're fake! I want my $242 back on my credit card and auto pay stopped.

I've been trying to call my agent every day for a week, but they're never in and no one can help me. I keep getting transferred to people who can't do anything. When I call my agent, it goes straight to voicemail and I can't even leave a message. I want a refund or a new ID card with my name spelled correctly.

I called SkyBlue for insurans quote and got car insurans. The agent said one price but then charged me an extra 100 dollers that he said would be given back but it never was. He also said he would add someone to the policy but never did even after giving her DL number. I had to pay extra to fix it but it was too much. I'm keeping the insurans but I want my 100 dollers back without having to fight with my bank. I feel like I was lied to just to get the 100 dollers that I never agreed to. I told the agent and he said he would give it back but they took my money before we were done talking. I only found out because of an alert and he said it would be given back right away.

I called on February 19th to make a manual payment. But they still cancelled my insurance and charged me $88 more. I talked to *** for a week, but he said he's too busy to help me. It's not fair that I have to pay extra money for their mistake. I'm a single mom and I need my money. They need to fix this and be more professional.
