I have been a lifetime member of this club for several years. Since I joined as a lifetime member I am extremely disappointed, I enjoy the magazine but have not been included in any of the benefits (tester, etc.) is there some rules I am not aware of? I have been trying to enter the contests on their website for 2 days and the site is not responding. Are they having problems or is this normal?
Thank you for your time in this matter.

There are probably thousands of us that have the exact same complaint. I never got any benefits out of being a member and now I have received something in the mail from some company that has nothing to do with CCoA. They obviously are selling their membership mailing addresses for even more profit for this with nothing for us. The magazine is good, but published too infrequently and has too little information. This is clearly a sham.
They're a scam machine. Life member nothing.
I have been calling your 1-888 number and it won't give me a live person to talk to, and none of the option would not take me to a live person. Is there another number I can have? Please let me know.

I stopped getting the magazine and I paid for it. I want a recipe out of one. It's rice, sausage, chicken broth, asparagus, parmesan cheese, garlic and crushed red pepper.
Thank you

I became a lifetime member in 2002 after many years of getting the magazine, now I get nothing not even a email. What is wrong ? I'm very unhappy used to enjoy very much looks like all you wanted was my money then goodbye
I'm am so disappointed... I paid for a life time membership, received some things for about 5 or 6 months, and it has been silent since then. I joined in December 2013... I would love a full refund!
Iam Chester McCray Life Member #[protected] and have not received any communications from the Club in quite sometime and would like to know if Iam still a MEMBER in GOOD standings. My E MAIL is cemccray@roadrunner.comC TODAYS DATE is Aug, 4 2018 THANK YOU
I joined the Cooking Club of America in August of 2009 as a Life Member. I originally received a few items, but was told that I would continue to receive 'items to test' (on a regular basis) in order to review and other such things. That was 11 years ago! Everything I received was in the first few months of my Life Member status, and NOTHING SINCE THEN! Now that I am reading similar comments herewith, it would seem that I am not alone. This seems to be the ploy to get the Life Member fees, by sending out some relatively decent items in just the beginning, then one goes on 'inactive' status while they try to snag more Live Members with the associated fees. In all honesty, given just the 77 comments regarding "Failure to Honor Commitment, " noted herewith, it would seem like a perfect Class Action Law Suit in my mind. This is obviously a proven method of operation with this organization, easily proven by the experiences for just those who listed this injustice herewith. If interested in discussing group options, please contact me at Connie@HallMarketMedia.com. Thanks Connie Martin
I am with you. Have the pots and pans which I love but nothing else. I actually forgot about them and just found correspondence from them from 2010. I was also a Lifetime Member. Would like to know what happened? Contact me at catolroth28@gmail.com if you find out anything.
Hi Connie; i'm interested in helping you with that sue. I'm a Life member also; an i was really looking forward too participating in the club myself. Response back at fletcherstanley83@gmail.com.
I have been a member since I think 2000 I bought a set of pans& I love them! I want to buy more!
I became a lifetime member back in 2000. I received a magazine, monthly items to "test" and often communication from you. Now? You've fallen into the abyss... You no longer have a website. You don't have a number that works. You don't send me anything by way of publications, recipes or items to "test"... I paid you almost $500 for my membership and even have my refrigerator magnets and apron you sent along with my measuring spoons and cups and grating devices once I became a lifetime member. Did you get acquired? Did you go out of business? From the looks of the aforementioned reviews, MANY people want to know where you went... an answer would be nice... radio silence is extremely disrespectful of us AND our money on top of our loyalty...
I have been a lifetime member since approx 2000 and have yet to receive items to test. No longer receive any publications or explanation of why. Could not find the web site. I think everyone is right, they just wanted the most money out of a customer before moving on.

I've been a paid in full life memer since April 2009, I've tested a few products and got a few perks to include the magazines. Up to the point of getting the cookware set that was not what was advertised and making a complaint about the saftey of the items that was sent to me..I have never heard from them again...I thought this group had gone out of business. I was very dissatisfied after receiving the cookware..

I am a Life Member also since 2002, I have not received anything at all. No publications, no notifications of any sort! This so called club is indeed a scam!
I have been a life member since 2005.I paid $300.00 and I got some pots and apron and up until about a year ago I was recieving the cooking pleasures magazine.I never got any of the other free benefits that I was entitled to get.I never got to test any products and keep the free product.I am very much dissatisfied with the company.I would appreciate any information on any lawsuit or rebates.
Hey! I've been a lifetime. member for many many years. The last magazine I received in 2013 after I moved from Ontario to Nova Scotia. I originally received them once a month then it went down to very couple of months.
I joined back when you received a complete set of stainless steel cookwear.
I also had to pay the lifetime membership.
Where are my magazines and samples . Can I please get a response!
I have been a lifetime member since 2011 and after I paid $300, I received the pots and pans and then nothing. Tried to put in a change of address and unable to speak to anyone. The number is only a recording. I would love to know if anyone has another phone number.

I sound like everyone else that have been complaining. I paid my $300 on Jan 22 2002 and after receiving a few items that was it. I have a lot of drama in my life over the years and just came across my file folder with my Cooking Club of America information in it. I'm kinda guessing by all of what everyone else is going through that this CLUB has gone belly up. Took our money and ran so to speak. Anyone else thinking this? I'm not even going to bother trying to reach these folks. Just gonna chalk it up to being taken for a ride and toss out my file folder. Take care everyone. Just be more skeptical in the future I suppose.
I have the same problem. I don't get anything. What's the use of being a Life Time member, you get nothing, nor hear from anyone.

I too have been a victim of this scam. I was cleaning out my files and came across the Lifetime Member folder. After paying $300 for the membership, there has been no further communication. How can we be covered by this situation.
I paid for lifetime membership with getting magazine ad test products. Well, I got absolutely nothing after spending all that money, got filled with all lies...such a major scam. They should be sued for all there lieig claims of testing products and all.
