I am totally disappointed in the horrible service that I have been getting from Coricraft Clearwater Mall. I ordered couches on the 29th February 2016. Not only did I have to deal with a bad attitude from the lady in the store who clearly had no interest in helping us. The invoice I received had two different couches on them and after struggling to change the order they finally got it wright. I was told that I would need to wait 4 to 6 weeks for my couches. I started following up on my order during week 5 to make sure that everything was on track. I then confirmed my order and realized that it was never corrected on the system. Needless to say that that stage I was extremely annoyed. Week 6 came and went and I phoned to follow up on my order. After speaking to the manager and order controller I made it very clear that I was unhappy with the service. I was then told that I had to wait another 2 weeks and that the couches will be completed on the 20th April. Well today is the 22nd, and after not hearing anything from Coricraft I decided to follow up only to find out that the completion date for my order has been moved to the 29th April. NO ONE from Coricraft has phoned me to tell me that there is yet another delay with my order. I find it extremely unacceptable that I pay so much for couches and get such horrible service, clearly, in this case I am not getting what I paid for! How can you promise paying customers that their order will be done in 6 weeks and then fail to communicate all the delays that are being experienced. Without customers your company will fall! I will NEVER do business with Coricraft again and I will be sure not to recommend Coricraft to anyone I know. Its best you guys start focusing on hiring people who actually take their job serious and who knows how to deal with customers.
Good morning - I bought two silver lamp stands with matching shades in Clear Water Mall store about 3 mths ago. We only discovered last week that the reason why the one shade was lob-sided was because one of the legs of the frame inside was bent which is the reason. I was shocked - my son discovered this when he tried to see what the problem was. It is very disappointing as I paid approx R5 000 for them. Your staff will recall that as I have a daily limit on my cards I was not able to purchase for entire amount so paid half and then had to return the next day to pay the balance after asking them to keep them for me. I love your store and find this totally unacceptable. Also, the actual shade must have been knocked or pushed against other items as parts of the inner plastice are also dented. It feels as if I have bought second-hand goods. I would never normally spend so much on lamps/shades so that is why find it even more upsetting. Celeste (Cell: [protected])
