5 Weeks ago I ordered my Coricraft Lodge Lounge suite in color: Atholl-Cashmere from Coricraft in Eastgate as well as bedroom side tables and a plasma unit.

The customer service I received from Gary Wilson was exemplary and needs to be commended!

The lounge suite was delivered 3 days ago and is very disappointing after such a long wait for a custom made suite! I received my lounge in various shades of grey rather than the Atholl-Cashmere I ordered it in. I do certainly understand that 2 batches of material may differ but how does this leave the warehouse before been QA'd? The back cushion material has been joined and all joins are visible on the sides of the cushions and differ in color.

The scotchguard protection I asked for has also been done so unprofessionally so the already odd looking lounge suite is full of distinct stripes and patches.

I took photos and sent the proof through to Gary on Wednesday and when following up with Khanyisele at Eastgate Coricraft yesterday as Gary was not in, she advised that a new lounge suite has been approved for me but the waiting time is again 4 - 6 weeks. This really is unacceptable and not expected from a reputable company like Coricraft.
