We ordered two couches. Firstly they took 8 weeks to deliver and after two weeks the couches have sunk in places and the bottom cushions are not even properly covered inside (after we took the outer cover off we discovered it doesn't have the paper covering over the sponge). We have send emails complaining and no one bothers to contact us. We get told they have forwarded our complaint to their complaints department - so what are they doing about it? This is utterly disgusting service and for all the money we spent I have sunken couches after two weeks?
