do not do business with corvette mods
I ordered a part from them on Jan 3. I received someone else's order on Jan. 11. I contacted them the same day and was told they made a shipping label error and would get back to me. That didn't happen. After multiple phone calls, an online RMA request, they called me and said they would ship a replacement. After 10 days, I called back and let them know I had not received it. In an email, they said to let them know if I didn't receive it in that day's mail. I did not receive it and sent a reply email.
5 Days later and I have phoned and emailed numerous times with no response. When I finally was able to get through to Ginger in customer service, she put me on hold 3 different times to check on my order, then I was disconnected. I still have not heard back from them.

These scammers knew I wanted to cancel an order and they kept responding that it was a special order and it would take 30 days more, so I wanted a refund. So as they refused to refund me I filed a dispute and once the dispute was filed they began to threaten me on email and over the phone and did not allow me to speak but kept threatening their fake attorney is compiling a case against me etc.
They later double charged me for the $1700 an additional 1750.93 so they are paid in full yet think they can bully customers and defraud them by charging them with unauthorized charges. This company should be shut down now!
They are doing the same thing to me too — they had tirestickers.com fill the order — and I called one day after I ordered to cancel and they gave me same run around — I filed bbb complaint — and attorney general complaint in tx along with ccing my attorney on all their bull emails

STAY AWAY FROM CORVETTE MODS. RUN AWAY.
I placed a $78 order online and within 12 hours I decided to cancel the order. Cancelled order online and called "customer service". Numerous stupid calls and emails with them. They shipped anyway. I refused the package through the UPS website. More stupid emails and calls with them. They received the returned items weeks ago. As of today THIRTY-FOUR (34) DAYS LATER AND STILL NO REFUND!
I am still fighting them myself and plan on filling criminal charges against them. They shipped me a $250 part and refused to send me a tracking number. I called them and emailed them and no response. They kept saying I had to leave a voice message and somebody will call me back. Being that I do not know the carrier nor tracking number, I decided to call my back to get a refund. A few weeks later the owner emailed me cussing me out and went to google maps showing a picture of my house and told me I must pay in full, which seems like a threat to me. The owner know sent me to a collections agency to hurt my credit report even though I did not sign anything nor did I provide my SSN. All I wanted was a tracking number and if it was sent then I would have helped them file a claim with the carrier. In the eyes of Corvette Mods, the customer is always wrong and the customer is always a thief.
YOU MUST READ! UNBELIEVABLE! Item did not come, so I called them and they said it is backordered and will arrive in three months. I waited three months and it never arrived. I called customer service and they cannot provide tracking information, so I had to leave a voice message, but nobody responded. I sent an email and nobody responded. I then called my credit card company to reverse charges and purchased from another company. A month latter they responded to my email cussing me out and said I have 48 hours to return the bezel or they will send me to collections. A few weeks later I receive a letter from a collection agent and my credit report has a collection agency on it. Even worse, they decided to charge me double of the original invoice based on the collection agency. I purchased from them in the past and never had an issue. They could have seen that and knew I was a good customer. If they would have provided a tracking number, then I would have worked with them in finding the part or helping them get their money back considering UPS and FedEx both have insurance for missing packages.

ordered a jake scull decal may 17 2018, i came damaged and wrinkled, i took it to a detail shop for instalation, they opened it in front of me and said its damged send back they wouldnt install, called corvette mods, after weeks of a run around said send them pics i did and weeks later and many calls they said cut the decal and send pis again i did this, after weeks they said they would send a full refund, 7 to 10 buisness days that was a month ago still no refund they keep giving excuses i said i was going to call bbb and on july 13 they sent me an email saying they issued me a store credit 143.47, i called said i have emailes stating to cut decal for a full refund, she said she call me right back abdtoday is july 18 been 5 days no call no refund
customer service and exchange for proper part
Horrible Horrible customer service, and exchange. As a new Corvette owner I accidentally ordered a part for a convertible instead of the Targa. I noticed my mistake when the order arrived, called to explain situation and just wanted correct part and pay the difference. was told that they can't help. They make you create a new account on different website to create a request for the RMA. After creating yet another account entering all your information, attaching receipts etc and submitting the request the website states that it may take 48 hours for the authorizationto be approved instead it took over 96 (4 Days). So i sent the product back and I pay the shipping which I should because the original order was my mistake not theirs. I send back in unopened and original packaging. Then a week later after the confirmed delivery date and signature I have nothing. No Email, No phone call, no refund to CC. I call them up to explain that the UPS tracking show the package delivered and signed for a week ago and I would like to pay the difference and get my proper seals. I was told they cannot help me and all RMA are tracked through the RMA site and I have to check there for status. I log on and it shows that it is waiting for the return, which has been delivered a week ago. So now it is 18 days since I first called to exchange this product and I am no further that I was 18 days ago. Meanwhile my corvette is leaking with every rain we have and just had 7 straight days of rain here in the Philadelphia area. I am calling the credit card to contest the cost of the seals. I would stay away from Corvette Mods. They may be good products, but it they send you a wrong part, a damaged part, or if you simply order a wrong part, getting it exchanged will take a act of God. I just wish I had read these reviews before I made the decision to do business with them. There are SO MANY other negative reviews for the same reason, the people there are SO rude on top. I have been doing online ordering since 2000 and never in my life has a company got me so angry, frustrated, and upset in my entire life over a simply exchange of a product. Never have I had the desire to spend time writing negative reviews, I have never felt this driven to waste time doing this but feel like I need to warn any other potential customers of this situation.

I am here to warn you and to advise you to stay away from this company and find another store for buying pars for your corvette. I will explain why (and many of their customers will say the same, just read the reviews).
Their biggest problem is their employees, who are very inattentive when collecting orders.
I dealt with them 4 times (yes, I gave them all of the shots, because I like them) and each time I got wrong items. Shipping them back was never free and was never refunded. Everything is against the customers. So I doubt I will do it for the 5th time
I don't recommend anyone to shop there
Please, the CorvetteMods team, improve your customer service and you will start getting the best reviews from your customers. I guess you've got enough to just start thinking about it.
What you sell is great. It's really great. But your people are awful as hell. They are very unprofessional and the whole company suffers from that.
You're lucky, that you're still in. Maybe you have patient customers, I don't know. But one day someone will ruin anything.
switchback light
Bought the switchback lights and paid twice a much as ebay hoping the get better quality. Well first, you have to guess how to plug them in right, next one of the bulbs both white and yellow glowed the same. I email to get a replacement and after a day or two got a reply. By that time the bulb started acting normal until one hot day a few days later as I pulled up behind a car the light was out, then on, then out, then on, but after I got to work and it cooled down worked fine. Dope two days later same thing and when I took the bulb out the case had separated. From the plug...
Cheap [censor] bulb. I emailed them again 3 times, no reply, so after a week just drove up there. I waited 15minutes in their office by the reception desk before finally someone, a guy asked what I needed. Showed him the light and told him what was happening and I said "I need a new light" he went in the back and after a few minutes gave me a light. I got home installed it and today the same thing happened.
I have now realized all they did was re-glue my old light and gave it back.
I am pissed...
And gues what, lights are not refundable so I am stuck!
I should have stayed with amazon or ebay.

I bought some parts from Corvette Mods and immediately paid the full price. They charged my card and I even received a confirmation.
5 days later they contacted me and said that I need to pay for my order or they will have to cancel it! I told them that I have already paid and received all the confirmations and they claimed that they haven't received the payment!
I refused to pay because I already did and they simply cancelled my order!
These people literally stole my money! I even received a confirmation from my bank but they did not care. What a joke! Avoid these scammers!
wrong rims for my car
I was interested in purchasing Rims for my C4 collectors edition. I found Rims at a good price at this website but was unsure if the rims would fit. I contacted them by email and by phone to insure that the items would fit. They stated "absolutely", so I bought the rims. When the Rims arrived, I opened one box and place the rim on my vehicle, but it would not fit. The rim was way to big and interfered withe the brake lines and inner wheel well. I contacted them and requested a return but was denied. They wanted to see pictures of the rims to prove they were not installed, so I was forced to open the sealed boxes to prove to them they were not damaged or installed. I then had to reapply for a return which was eventually approved but I was required to pay for shipping. When I tried to dispute the shipping because they had assured me the rims would fit, I was told that they couldn't find any record of that (I still have the email saved).

Terrible customer service. Order somewhere else unless you want a headache! I placed an order on dec 14th 2016. All items were available when I placed the order. Then they wrote me that one item was discontinued in size xl and if I want an xxl. Emmmm, nooooooo. If I wanted an xxl, I would’ve ordered an xxl. Then I get an invoice telling me the item was shipped! Okay, that works (So I thought) , sometimes that happens. All items arrived, except that one. So I told them to send me the xxl. Then I get an email telling me that now the xxl is no longer available either. I called and emailed several times. I was either ignored or was told different things each time. So I requested a refund for the shirt I never received ($32.99). After yet more emails and two phone calls I received a credit (Almost a month later!) for $16 and was told that, since the shirt was no longer available my order total has now dropped below the free shipping threshold! The nerve! I called again and explained that I wanted the full refund, since this was a mistake on their end. Their order system should’ve never let me add that item to the cart if it wasn’t available (That’s what other online stores do). I asked to speak to a supervisor, but the person on the other end said “i am a supervisor”. Hmmmm, since when do supervisors actually answer the phone? I told her that they could’ve at least made me aware of this cause I would’ve ordered something else to stay above that threshold. She blew me off and told me “it’s in the “terms and conditions””. Then I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told “they’re all busy”. What? Seriously? So, for me, it’s not even about the $16.99 anymore. It’s their customer service or better yet, lack thereof. So, save yourself a huge headache and order your stuff somewhere else!
Rude jerks that you can’t understand. What a joke. They make it impossible to send anything back. Accessory was coming apart after 100 miles on the car. Expensive piece. Told them to pound sand. I will never do business with this joke of a business again
bought a optispark distributor
Bought the seal and distributor from them. Was sent the seal right away and disrtibutor was put on backorder. Installed the seal. Distributor came a month later. When i went to install was wrong part. I tried to send back and they said it was past thier 45 day return. I filed a claim with capital one. They then said to return so i did. They said because i didn't return the seal also they would not replace. I didn't need another seal only the distributor which was the wrong one. They kept the part and the money. Capital one said they refused to work with them and they would return my money. Thank god! i had to buy it from someone else. I would never deal with a company like this again! do not buy anything from them!
Not a trustworthy company
I have ordered a product from www.corvettemods.com and after I paid I received no information regarding my order and delivery date. Waited patiently and several weeks later decided to bring their attention to it.
Their customer service rep said that they were not able to deliver my order because it was no longer in stock. It was still said on their website that my item was available.
They offered me something else which was way to expensive. I refused and asked for a refund but they did not reply anything yet and several weeks already passed!

scam artists
Stay away from www.corvettemods.com! I have purchased some parts for my card and paid over $500 in total. When my order arrived and I opened the package I noticed that one item was missing. I immediately contacted corvettemods customer service and explained what happened. Their rep said that it was not true, because when they shipped my order everything was in the box. They tried to assure me that I did receive everything I paid for. After hours of arguing they finally agreed to send me the missing part. And then they added that I have to pay $50! What? I already paid for everything! I was so angry and shocked! This company is just a scam and all they want is money!
ignition shield cover and box.
I found their advertisement for an Ignition shield and box and cap assembly on their web site for a great price. Went to purchase it and there were two option in their drop down box. One was for a cap and the price matched the advertisement, the other was a box and it was much higher. I confirmed my order that said a box and cover. Received an email that confirmed my order for a box and cover. Receive a cover from corvette connection in the mail. I contacted corvette mod and asked them to send me the box as the advertisement was for a box and cover. They told me everyone hates making a mistake that I only purchased a cover. The only mistake made was trying to buy from them. I told them the cover had poor chrome and very sharp edges making the part unusable and I wanted a return. They said to return the part. I sent it back with tracking and they received it. I filed a complaint with paypal the complaint has been closed with no refund. They have my money and their part and refuse to refund my money. It's my opinion they have stole from me through the United States Postal Service making it a felony and I will be talking to my local District Attorney and demand charges be brought against corvette mods.

My brother bought spoiler from the company www.corvettemods.com. The cars have never been my strong point, so I asked my brother to help. When he saw the spoiler, he told me that I could throw it away, because it was useless and the company has fooled me. Also, he advised me to speak with the seller and to get money from this guy. But the seller spoke in rude way with me and it was so unpleasant. Beware that such problems can appear.
NEVER AGAIN... buy your parts elsewhere, unfortunately too many people don't realize this until AFTER the fact... wish I would have read before purchasing my parts. I purchased sunvisors from this company, thinking it was a set of 2, because the website reads "sunvisors" so naturally I ordered them, when it arrived however, it was only one visor. Way too much money for 1, so I sent it back. RMA inside the box, like they asked, I paid shipping back... of course, no objection from me... but if their website wasn't misleading I would have never ordered. Sent the package back, within 2 days of receiving the item. 2 months go by... nothing, I contacted numerous times, they needed shipping info... I tracked the package, they had to sign for it. So now they have tracking info... yes they received it. numerous back and forth with them... Nothing, I placed a hold on my credit card transaction with them... BINGO! Money was finally returned, the very same day. CROOKS, I will never do business with them again.
seller refused to change wrong colour of paint
I ordered paint for the car from the store www.corvettemods.com. I waited couple of weeks and finally received the order. To my surprise, the colour was wrong and the seller refused to change it, because he changed the orders only within 14 days after the purchase, but in my situation 35 days have passed. I was shocked that the seller has refused to help me. I didn’t like it.

He told me that he could change the order, but I needed to pay for the return postage. I paid and sent the order 4 weeks ago already, but still no sign of the seller. they didn't help to install the accessories
Don’t deal with the company www.corvettemods.com. I bought some stuff for my car from them, but they promised to help me install them. I got the accessories and waited while they would provide instructions or help, but they told me to pay for the further services. It was unexpected for me, so I refused and tried to install everything on my own, but it was impossible. I just wanted to warn other people about my experience.

I told that it was damaged, and I wanted to change it. The seller agreed, but he did nothing and didn’t provide new set. I asked to return money back, but he again agreed, but it was another lie. The issues don't appear to be with the products, but with the company itself and its customer service. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Corvette Mods and I regret it ever since. I contacted them about rims for my vehicle, they assured me the rims would fit (through email and telephone calls). Just to be sure, I checked their return policy which said they could be returned if not satisfied. The rims came quickly, but did not fit my vehicle, even close. I contacted the customer service and their response was nothing but rude and complicated. They denied my request to return the rims. After several emails, They requested that I send them pictures of the rims for proof they were not installed, which I complied but had to open the other three boxes to show the rims since I had only tested one. I was then told that shipping would be my responsibility. They ignored my emails showing their return policy and they had confirmed the rims would fit, only asking for tracking numbers. I have shipped the rims back, but I don't expect them to credit my account anytime soon. I have contacted my credit card company and will be charging back the money asap. Worst customer service, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Our club has bought thousands of dollars in parts, never an issue. We love them!
My company purchased a set of carbon fiber headlights from Corvette mods and paid $2900 in advance to install on a customer's Z06. That was the second mistake. After their email asking for a photo copy of my credit card (third mistake) we received no further communication. We sent emails and received responses from Amanda saying the headlights were in process. After months (fourth mistake), we called and Amanda says the manufacturer is creating new molds, so the process is taking longer. We asked for the manufacturer's number and called Anthony at LightWurkz. He sounds like a good businessman and told us that he just received the headlights from Corvette Mods, and it would only take two weeks to complete them. In two weeks, LightWurkz emailed saying the headlights were complete and they would ship them directly to us. Anthony then called me and said Corvette Mods told him to get the headlights and ship them to him. That was the last we heard from anybody. Four months later, we were out $2900, no headlights and we had a very unhappy customer. Oh, the first mistake was not reading reviews about this company.
I bought about $2900 worth of accessories for my C7. Shipping calculated and i placed my order. After that, they contacted me to tell me shipping will cost an extra $450 than was calculated due to parts size and they are losing money too just so they lower the new shipping price for me. Also, they told me packages will take only a week and a half to be delivered. Then they sent me Fedex tracking number to show me they will ship via Fedex and informed me that tracking number will get updated once packages are shipped, so I agreed and paid the extra $450. However, after i paid, their attitude when replaying changed, i felt like i was a begger, thier replys were so rude. Then, the emailed me with tracking numbers, but they were USPS tracking number not fedex, a month passed till now and the packages have not been delivered yet, when i track the packages lately, the staus doesnt change and it is the same for a while, i contacted corvettemods.com and again, rude replys telling me to wait becuaee packages are with customs although USPS website show packages were already cleared from customs. So, i contacted them again, they insist that i dont understand a thing and i should read BOTH package status. I decided to track my packages on my own, i found out that the packages were handed to local post for a while and they were waiting for me to contact them to verify my address.
So, i contacted corvettemods to tell them that i was right and i am not stupid, if they just tried contacting USPS they would know what happened and they could notify me. They replied with one word... "Whatever".
Is this how you treat a customer?

With attitude, with rudeness, with false and misleading information?
If i waited more week or 2, my packages would have sent back or disposed.
One of the worst shopping sites
I ordered a set of lowering bolts from CorvetteMods.com and received them in a timely manner but when installing them I had one defective bolt as the thread was not even throughout the whole bolt. I emailed them and they requested pictures of the bolt. I did as asked and they said it looked fine. I took it to a bolt store so they can measure the thread and I resent the new pictures. They agreed there was an issue and sent me a single bolt. The "new" bolt had the same exact issue.. So I took one of my other bolts off and tried putting it in the area I was having trouble. That was not the problem as it went in perfectly. I emailed them back and they said it was a problem with my car when I explained the issue to them. I informed I would send back all 5 bolts as I wanted a refund. They said no since they have already been installed. I still to this day have not had a resolution to this. Worse service I have ever experienced! I would never recommend them to anyone!

I had a very similar experience. Ordered an exhaust plate for Christmas, was told I was going to get credit returned to my credit card (they initially said they were making an exception for me since it was past the 30 day mark when I ordered it because the package wasn't open until Christmas day). They gave me store credit instead. I called to speak with the customer service department about this and the lady, Lisa, was COMPLETELY rude and confrontational. Her manager called and instead of fixing the problem or helping to resolve it he said I shouldn't have returned the product in the first place and then hung up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO NOT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
