I luv obd2tool.com cuz it's been a life saver! I ain't no car expert, but dis tool ain't that hard to use. I done used it on all my cars and even my friend's cars. Da installation is straight forward and ain't no need to be a tech geek to get it done.

I wanna tell y'all about my experience with Obd2tool (obd2tool.com). So, I copped a doip sd c4 with soft and loptap and let me tell you, it came in good shape and has been holding up pretty tight. I recently purchased a scanner from obd2tool.com, but unfortunately it did not work for the application that was advertised on their website. I was quite disappointed and frustrated with this experience, as I had hoped to use this scanner for my car maintenance needs.

To make matters worse, I suspect that the scanner may be counterfeit or fake. I have tried contacting the customer service team at obd2tool.com a total of nine times, but have yet to receive any helpful response from them. Instead, I have simply been met with silence or unhelpful responses.

What's more, when I finally managed to get in touch with someone from the company, they seemed to be dodging the issue and playing games with me. To say that I am disappointed with obd2tool.com would be an understatement - this has been a very frustrating experience.

Overall, I would have to say that this company is very shady and not to be trusted. If you're in the market for a scanner, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere - there are plenty of other companies out there that will provide you with a better and more reliable product.

I was super mad when I bought a thing from Obd2tool and it didn't come for a whole WEEK. Like, hello? How hard is it to put a thing in a box and send it? But I finally got it after I complained a bunch, so that's something. I've only tried it a few times since then, so I don't know if it's gonna break soon or anything, but it seems to be working for now.

Got my MS908CV from obd2tool last month and it workin' super well, man! I really dig it, ya know? The MS908CV can handle all kinds of commercial vehicles and support programmings and relearn functions too. It can cover heavy-duty trucks, medium, and light duty diesels, buses, and even agricultural & industrial machinery from Volvo, Toyota, Foton Daimer, Isuzu, Bendix, Allison, Mack, and much more. It's dope, and I don't regret buying it one bit, dude.

Ok, so I recently bought a nexiq 2 truck scanner from Obd2tool, or should I say Ohbdtol.com? I gotta say, I was pretty stoked to get my hands on this interface, since I've been having issues with my truck and needed to do some heavy duty diagnostics. However, when I finally got my hands on it, it was a total disaster. This thing did not even light up. Like, what the heck? I've been trying to get a replacement ever since, and let me tell you, it's been a real adventure.

I mean, I get that they gotta check what software I'm using and all that, but come on man, if it doesn't power up from the jump, that's obviously not a software issue. These guys just don't understand what I'm tellin' them. I swear, they don't even speak English. Like, I don't know if they're from another planet or what, but they just do not comprehend what I'm sayin'. It's like talking to a brick wall.

Honestly, I'd say stay the heck away from these guys. They're just a bunch of scammers. They won't even give me my money back, and they definitely won't send me a new one. I'd say just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. These guys ain't worth the trouble.

So I had a bit of an issue with my order from obd2tool.com. I ordered the JCB duty truck diagnostic tool, which was clearly labeled as such. However, when I tried to install it on my computer, I received a message saying "unable to install CAT CA4" (see attachment). Baffled, I reached out to the company for help.

Thankfully, their customer service team was pretty quick to respond and they were able to remotely install the driver for CAT before reprogramming it for JCB (see attachment). This fixed the issue and the tool was working fine on my computer. Unfortunately, when I tried to install it on another laptop, I got the same message saying that it was a CAT tool.

I contacted obd2tool.com once again, asking them to correct the mistake and send me the correct JCB diagnostic tool. But surprisingly, they refused to do so. Instead, they tried to fix the problem by making adjustments to their website to inform customers that you need to call and activate the tool for a fee. They did not take any responsibility for their mistake even though I paid for something that I did not order.

To add to my frustration, I found out that the CAT diagnostic tool is $170 cheaper than the JCB tool. So essentially, I was paying more for the wrong product. Moreover, if I ever need to resell or change my laptop, I'll have to pay another fee to re-activate the tool. This is just ridiculous.

Overall, my experience with obd2tool.com was not good. I would not recommend them to anyone based on my experience. It seems like they have a 50/50 chance of getting it right. So buyer beware!
