Impressed with Drivetrainamerica.com - Great Prices, Fast Shipping, and Accurate Parts!
I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with Drivetrainamerica.com. The prices for the parts I needed were pretty darn good, and they were the exact parts I needed for my truck repair. One thing I really appreciated was that if a part wasn't in stock, you couldn't even see it on the site. That's a lot better than some other sites I've been on where they let you add stuff to your cart that they don't even have in stock. I was about to order from one of those sites, but luckily I found Drivetrainamerica.com first.
Anyway, I placed my order and I gotta say, I was pretty surprised at how quickly my parts arrived. I mean, it was only a matter of days! And when I got them, they fit perfectly. I was a little worried that maybe I had ordered the wrong thing or something, but nope, everything was just as it was supposed to be. And now my truck is back on the road, running like a dream.
So yeah, I definitely recommend Drivetrainamerica.com if you need some parts for your vehicle. They've got good prices, good selection, and they actually have stuff in stock. Thanks, Drivetrainamerica.com!
DriveTrain: Affordable and Reliable Drive Train Parts for Your Vehicle
I'm so happy I found DriveTrain! I recently bought a 2011 F450 with high miles and unfortunately, the center support bearing was shot and most of the shaft front and rear uni's were worn. I decided to replace all six parts myself since I'm a DIY mechanic and labor wasn't a concern for me.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that DriveTrain saved me over $100 compared to Advanced Auto and Auto Zone. Not only that, but I was able to purchase top quality Spicer drive train parts from their website.
I'm definitely going to make DriveTrain my first stop for any future parts I need for the driveline of my 2011 F450 King Ranch. Their prices are unbeatable and the quality of their parts is top-notch. I highly recommend DriveTrain to anyone looking for reliable and affordable drive train parts.
DriveTrain: Top-Notch Site Design and Content with Super Helpful Customer Service
I gotta say, the site design and content on DriveTrain is top notch. I had a chance to chat with someone on the phone the day before I placed my order and they were super helpful. I'll definitely be coming back here for all my drivetrain needs and telling my buds to do the same. Thanks, y'all!
So, I got my order real quick thanks to the 2 day delivery option. Only thing is, the seal I ordered was packaged kinda wonky. The rubber part got all bent outta shape 'cause the envelope was pushin' on it. My suggestion would be to put the seal in the envelope with the packing slip so that the rubber part is on the other side. That way, it won't get all bent up like mine did. I'm sure it'll still work fine, but it's just a thought for next time.
Great Customer Service and Product Recommendations from DriveTrain Sales Rep
I had a really good experience with DriveTrain. I was looking to order some parts, but unfortunately they were out of stock on what I needed. However, I did have a great customer service experience with Adam 'AJ' Weller, who was a Sales Representative. He was really informative about the products I was looking for and made a recommendation for me. He suggested the Eaton Posi ***-010 for $425, the AAM 4.10 Ring and Pinion *** for $220, the Timken Install Kit DRK320MK for $110, and the 10 Factory Axle Kit MG*** for $220.
Luckily, everything else I needed was in stock. Adam let me know that there would be shipping on this order, but that they get really good rates with FedEx. He guessed that it would be under $30 if it was shipping within the continental US. If I wanted to get the order going, they accept PayPal and all major credit cards.
Overall, I was really happy with my experience with DriveTrain. I wish they had everything I needed in stock, but Adam was really helpful in finding alternatives and making recommendations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for drivetrain parts.
Exceptional Customer Service from DriveTrain's John - A Lifesaver!
I had a problem with my truck and needed to find a specific part. I decided to give DriveTrain a call and was connected with a guy named John. Let me tell you, this guy was a lifesaver! He went out of his way to help me find the right part and even checked their inventory to see if they had it in stock. Unfortunately, they didn't have it, but John didn't stop there. He dug deeper and found out that the part number I had wasn't even correct for my truck. He called the manufacturer to confirm the correct part number and then gave it to me.
I was blown away by John's customer service skills. He was so kind and informative throughout the entire process. I could tell that he genuinely cared about helping me and making sure that I got the right part for my truck. Even though I found the part cheaper on Amazon, I decided to order it from DriveTrain because of the amazing customer service that John provided.
If you're looking for a company that truly cares about their customers, then DriveTrain is the place to go. And if you happen to get connected with John, then consider yourself lucky! He's a true gem and an asset to the company. Thank you, DriveTrain, for providing such excellent customer service!
Disappointing Experience with Drivetrainamerica.com: Wrong Product and Poor Customer Service
I'm a first time buyer and I ordered two rear hub seals for my 2006 Dodge RAM 2500 on drivetrainamerica.com. When I received the seals, I noticed that they were slightly larger than what I needed for my truck. I tried to install one of the seals, but unfortunately, I ended up damaging it. I couldn't see the difference between the seals, so I called the company to ask for a return since they sent me the wrong one.
To my surprise, they told me that they would only refund the price of the good seal and that I would have to pay for the return shipping. The seal cost $17.40 each plus shipping, so for me to return one seal, it would cost me $9.00 in shipping, and I would only get a credit of $8.40. I paid $43.89 for both seals, so this was totally wrong. I expected a good company to refund the full amount to a first time customer, but this was not the case.
I was disappointed with my experience with drivetrainamerica.com, and I don't recommend taking a chance with this company. I won't be buying anything from them again. It's frustrating to receive the wrong product and then have to pay for the return shipping and only get a partial refund. I hope that they improve their customer service in the future.
DriveTrain: The Ultimate Solution for Quality Auto Parts and Exceptional Customer Service
I was having a tough time finding the right parts for my truck. I tried Jegs and Summit, but they didn't have what I needed. Then I stumbled upon DriveTrain and decided to give them a shot. I called their customer service and spoke to a representative who was very helpful. They told me that they only had one left in stock, so I quickly placed my order online. The representative waited on the line to make sure my order went through and assured me that it would ship out that day.
To be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first. I've had some bad experiences with big companies in the past, but I decided to take a chance on DriveTrain. And boy, am I glad I did! Within just two hours, I received an email with my receipt, tracking information, and delivery date. And to my surprise, the package arrived a day earlier than expected!
The part I received was exactly what I ordered and it fit perfectly. I was able to install the axle assembly in just one hour, and my truck was back on the road in no time. I can't thank DriveTrain enough for saving my butt! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs quality parts for their vehicle.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience with DriveTrain. Their customer service was top-notch, and their shipping was lightning fast. I highly recommend them to anyone who is tired of dealing with the big boys and wants to support a smaller, more personal company. Thanks again, DriveTrain!
DriveTrain America: The Go-To Place for Quality Parts and Exceptional Service
This place is awesome! Our Axle was discontinued by Ford, but DriveTrain America came to the rescue and helped us find the right part with our VIN number. We tried other places, but they just looked up the vehicle and sold us the wrong part. DriveTrain America took the time to double check everything and made sure we got the right part. The service was fast and friendly, and we can't say enough good things about them.
Ford was no help at all, they just told us the part was no longer manufactured. But DriveTrain America went above and beyond to help us out. The machining on the Yukon part they recommended was visibly better than the original. We even checked it with our machinist tools before installing it, and it was spot on.
We highly recommend this company for their quality, speed, and great customer service. They really know their stuff and take the time to make sure you get what you need. We're so grateful for their help and expertise. Thanks, DriveTrain America!
DriveTrain's 1"X20tpi Nut: A Lifesaver for Your Transmission!
This nut from DriveTrain is a real lifesaver! It's a 1"X20tpi nut that fits perfectly and does the job as intended. Compared to the original nut, it's a little lighter in weight, but that's not a problem at all. The nut is not a nylon locker, but it has a crimped top thread design. I'm not sure what the correct term for this type of locking nut is, but it works great!
The nut is slightly smaller in diameter than the OEM, but it's only about an 1/8" or so less. I checked with an experienced mechanic who has years of hands-on experience with these transmissions and others like it. He said that the slight differences in size wouldn't make any difference as long as the threads match and the lock fully engages the threads.
Overall, I'm really happy with the quality of this nut. I gave it 4 stars out of five because the nut wasn't as heavy-duty as the OEM and the size was a little off. But it will do the job as intended, and that's what matters most. Thanks to DriveTrain for the assistance!
Loose Parts in Unlabeled Box: DriveTrain America Review
We got the parts from DriveTrain America and they came in a box all loose. There were like a dozen bags of parts, give or take, and they looked like the right parts. But since they weren't in a labeled package, I'm not sure if all the pieces came in. Even if just one small piece is missing, it could be a big problem. It's been so long since I ordered that I forgot what kind of kit it was. That's where the packaging would have helped us out. I never had this problem before, so I hope it's just a one-time thing. We want to keep ordering parts from DriveTrain America. If you want to contact me, just email me back with a contact name, number, and time of day we could call. Otherwise, I'll try to buy another kit somewhere else to see if all the parts are in it.
Don't show this message because I'm just asking for some help. We really like DriveTrain America and would still give them a 5-star rating.
Thank you.

Disappointing Experience on DriveTrain's Website for Truck Parts
I gotta say, I was a bit disappointed with my experience on DriveTrain's website. I was trying to find some parts for my truck and the lense and light choices just didn't match up with what I saw on Truck-lite's website. It seemed like they were offering new models instead of the ones I was looking for. And to top it off, when I tried to find assemblies using their part numbers, all I could find were lenses. It was a bit frustrating to say the least. I hope they can get their act together and make it easier for us regular folks to find what we need.
DriveTrain Review: Good Product, Missing Parts - What Should I Do?
So, I recently ordered a positrack unit from DriveTrain and I have to say, it was pretty good. Well, it WAS pretty good until I received my order and realized that the bearings that were supposed to come with it were missing. I mean, come on, the website clearly said they were included!
Now, I'm not sure what to do. Can anyone tell me if I can just fit the bearings myself or if I should contact DriveTrain for a refund? Or maybe they can just give me a partial refund? I don't know, but I hope they can do something about it.
Overall, I would say that DriveTrain was pretty good, but this missing part situation has left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they can make it right.
Mixed Experience with DriveTrain: Good Products, Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased some parts from DriveTrain and unfortunately, they didn't work together. I tried to reach out to them about returning the parts, but I haven't received any response yet. It's a bit frustrating, but I understand that things can get busy. Instead, I decided to order a new yoke so that the u-joint I bought will work for me. I'm planning to give the other one to a Dodge guy I know who might be able to use it. Overall, I think DriveTrain has some good products, but it would be nice if they were more responsive to customer inquiries.

Mixed Experience with DriveTrain: Quality Parts, Shipping Mishap
So, I gotta say, I had a bit of a rough start with DriveTrain. I was really excited to get my parts and I even paid extra for FedEx next day air. But when Friday came around and my parts didn't show up, I started to get worried. Turns out, someone made a mistake and sent my parts UPS ground instead. I was pretty bummed out about it, especially since I had paid extra for the faster shipping.
But, I will say that DriveTrain did make it right in the end. They refunded my shipping fee, which was a nice gesture. And when my parts finally did arrive a week later, they were exactly what I needed. The quality was great and they fit perfectly.
Overall, I would say that DriveTrain is a decent company to work with. They made a mistake, but they owned up to it and made it right. And in the end, I got the parts I needed. So, if you're looking for drivetrain parts, I would still recommend giving them a shot. Just maybe don't pay extra for the faster shipping!
Mixed Experience: Good Selection but Check Sizes Before Buying
This place is pretty good, they got what I needed. I was looking for a rebuild kit for my truck and they had it in stock. I was surprised because not many places carry it.
However, I gotta say that I ran into a bit of a problem. I got the kit and tried to install it, but it didn't work. The differential carrier bearings were the right size, but the pinion bearings were too small. I was pretty disappointed because I was really looking forward to getting my truck fixed up.
I'm gonna call them on the next open business day to see if I can return the product. I hope they can help me out because I really need to get my truck back on the road.
Overall, I think this place is worth checking out if you need drivetrain parts. Just make sure you double-check the size before you buy anything.
DriveTrain Needs Merchandise to Show Off Their Brand!
Hey, I gotta say, I was checkin' out DriveTrain's website and I was thinkin', why don't they have any merch? Like, some t-shirts or hats or somethin' MADE IN THE USA. I mean, I know they got all the car parts and stuff, but it'd be cool to have some gear to show off my love for DriveTrain. And if they had it in the $20 range, I'd totally buy it. Plus, it'd help me get to that free shipping mark, ya know? It's kinda frustratin' when you're so close but you gotta pay for shipping. But hey, I still bought what I needed from DriveTrain 'cause they got the product I need. I'm just sayin', if they had some merch, I'd definitely buy more.
DriveTrain's High Minimum Order Amount for Free Shipping Disappoints
I gotta say, I ain't too thrilled about the minimum order amount for free shipping on DriveTrain's website. I mean, come on now, $199? That's a pretty steep price to pay just to avoid shipping fees. My other go-to auto parts websites only require a $100 purchase for free shipping, so I'm not sure why DriveTrain has to be so stingy.
But hey, I guess I can't complain too much since I did end up making a purchase from them. Unfortunately, one of the items I needed wasn't available from their competitors, so I had no choice but to bite the bullet and add some extra stuff to my cart to meet the minimum order amount. It's not like I didn't need those items eventually, but it would've been nice to not have to spend the extra money right now.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of the products I received from DriveTrain, but I do wish they would reconsider their minimum order amount for free shipping. It just seems like they're trying to squeeze as much money out of their customers as possible.
DriveTrain's Website Needs Improvement: Inaccurate and Inconsistent Product Information
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience on DriveTrain's website. I was trying to order some fuel filters for my brother-in-law's 07' Dodge with a 5.9 Cummings engine and my own 2011 Dodge with a 6.7 Cummings engine. But when I was looking at the different filter options, I noticed that the information was all over the place.
One part of the site said that the filters I was ordering were for my brother-in-law's truck, while another cross-reference said the opposite. I mean, come on, how am I supposed to know which one is right? It's like they don't even know what they're selling.
In the end, I just went ahead and ordered the filters anyway, hoping that at least one of them would fit one of our trucks. But honestly, I don't have a lot of confidence in this company anymore. If they can't even get their own product information straight, how can I trust them to provide quality parts?
Overall, I'd say that DriveTrain's website needs some serious work. They need to get their act together and make sure that their product information is accurate and consistent. Until then, I'll be shopping elsewhere for my truck parts.
Great Customer Service, Slow Shipping: My Experience with DriveTrain
I gotta say, the guy I talked to on the DriveTrain website was really cool. He answered my question real good, and I was pretty happy about that. Then I got an email saying my order was shipped the next day, which was also pretty cool. But then, I gotta be honest, I didn't get my order for over a week. That kinda sucked, you know? But even though that happened, I still think DriveTrain is a pretty good company. I mean, I'll probably buy from them again. But I do wanna know where my order was for that whole week. Can someone tell me that?
Efficient Service, Minor Payment Hiccup: Drivetrain America Review
I had a bit of trouble paying for my order on Drivetrain America's website. I wanted to use my credit card, but for some reason, it wouldn't go through. Luckily, they had the option to pay with PayPal, so I went with that instead. Despite this minor hiccup, I have to say that I am very happy with the job that Drivetrain America did.
The service was fast, efficient, and complete. However, I did pay extra for a two-day delivery, and it ended up taking five days for my parcel to arrive. I was pretty disappointed with this delay, especially since FedEx France took four days to travel just 110 kilometers (70 miles) from Paris Roissy Airport to my home. It seems crazy and stupid to me that it would take so long for such a short distance.
I really hope that Drivetrain America will ask FedEx to refund the extra shipping costs due to their lack of professionalism. It's a bad example for both US and international firms to set, and it's not fair to customers who pay extra for faster delivery. Despite this issue, I would still recommend Drivetrain America to anyone looking for quality drivetrain parts and services.
