Course Hero review: Tutor account disabling

CourseHero unfairly disabled my account without any valid reason or explanation about why they did it.I received an email telling me that my tutor account has been temporarily disabled because, according to them, they have identified unusual activity on your Course Hero tutor account that violates our terms of use.They gave the link for verification but the link showed expired.How can i prove my identity with an expired link? I have e mailed tutor support team over and over, but they didn't give valid link, How can i fill in information with a expired link? Even on their website, they mentioned that "if there any issue during identity verification, please contact the tutor support team", what is the meaning of that? They don't help tutors. I even call for course hero company, but they told me to contact the tutor support team, but tutor support team is not responded to my issue. I have never use VPN, and never shared my account with anyone else. Therefore, what is the meaning of breaking the terms of violation? Please be responsible. Please provide a valid link.
