Craigslist pets for sale

I'm VERY CONCERNED about all the post to sell puppies! I feel MANY of them are scams! There are DOZENS of them posting under an area (state/city) only to find they are 100's of miles away PLUS many of them use the same story about a very cheap rehoming fee or not one at all claiming the puppies belong to a close family member that bread them but recently passed away either from cancer or by auto accident...this is ridiculous! The catch is they want you to pay a delivery fee up front. 90% of these post have contact emails starting with very weird letters (not spelling anything) and end with gmail.com. is there not anyway things like this be monitored before they are posted. I have recently heard many people advising not to shop on craigslist because of all the scams.

Pair of unique round wooden end tables. Solid wood with dark green slate top insert. Very heavy. Some minor scratches on slate but in great condition considering their age. They measure 32" in diameter and are 22" high with a "pineapple style" pedestal base.

Craigslist fraudulent rental

We have a house for sale on Craigslist, it is not for rent.
Someone(SCAMMER) took the info and posted it as a rental. We've had a few potential renters come by who reported this to us. The scammer is trying to get money from potential renters.
I have a copy of the email that he sent to one of the almost victims and it is below. He is using the name Tyler Johnson, email "Tyler Johnson"
I do not see the property in the rental listings now, but I have posted a warning under rentals.
I think you should find out who this is and report him to the police, or give me the info and I'll do it.
Thanks, The REAL OWNER OF 2450 Bainbridge, Eureka
Kathi Sikora
Following is the scammer's email to Adam
From: "Tyler Johnson"
To: "[protected]@yahoo.com"
Sent: Thu, Oct 4, 2018 at 4:52 PM
Subject: Re: Bring your RV, animals, or toys to this completely remodeled 2+2 house
Thanks for your email and your interest in this property, I personally own the house, I want my property to be well taken good care of, I am currently in Nevada where I work as a Logistic officer for an Undergraduate Internship Program, My initial plan was to sale out the house but it was leading to a longer sale of the house and i am telling you this in case if you find the house on another website.

It is located in a very nice area of the city, but I still have to make sure it is rented out to someone who can take good care of it. It includes facilities such as water and heat laundry facilities, air condition, internet and telephone access and a car park and other necessary facilities, also comes with trash collection, pets are allowed as well as long as they are not destructive. so i will solicit for your absolute maintenance of this house and want you to treat it as your own, It is not the money that is the main problem but i want you to keep it tidy all the time so that i will be glad to see it neat when i come for a check up.I also want you to let me have trust in you as i always stand on my word..

This is the address of the House:2450 Bainbridge St, Eureka, CA 95503
Monthly Rent:$1, 000
Moving in Security Deposit:$1, 000

so if you know you are capable of the task, get back to me so that I can provide you with some questions that I would want you to answer.

I hope to read from you soonest

Regards

Tyler Johnson

Craigslist rental property does not exist.

I responded to a winter rental in Punta Gorda Fla. It is listed as 2bd-2ba condo Punta Gorda condo w/community pool, hot tub, & fantastic views for $2, 200 a month. I was re serving it for Jan-March 2019. after I decided to rent the unit and as per the instructions from the owner I signed a rental agreement and sent a bank check for $3, 800 to a third party in Altamonte Springs Fla. Unfortunately I felt something was out of place so I spoke to the third party and found out that they wired $980 to a Rotimi James Orunkoyi in Nigeria. This information came through a Samuel Detoum who was gaining the trust from the third party.

This is a TOTAL SCAM.

I was in touch with "Marc" over the last two days in response to a recent posting (Nov 2018) for the same red 71 VW bus/camper. The story goes he was a military guy who had to sell it quick because he was being promoted and moving. Hmm...

We exchanged several emails and all seemed fine. But when I asked to see the car as it was listed in a nearby city, he said it would be shipped via Ready Express Logistics who was handling the invoicing and transport of the vehicle at his expense, full refund after 7 days for any reason. Little red flags going up everywhere.

So I finally did a search for this company that was supposedly in Minneapolis. No such company exists. No such person exists -- or he exists but his real name isn't Marc Skarshinski. See the FB profile attached.

Thanks to some good people for posting this complaint and the FB message, I was not duped and sent no money.

Craigslist: you need to crack down on these scams. We were seconds away from sending the funds and waiting for a car that would never arrive.

Craigslist trying to get a return call or email

Hi,
I have written several emails and am trying to find out where to call to speak to someone IN Craiglist that can help us with discussing a new way to list vehicles for sale.
It may be me but after emailing several different ways the last few months and no one responding i thought i would try it this way so please get me to the rite person if you can please.

There are hundreds of vehicles listed with Salvage titles on Craigslist in the Reno?Sparks area. We are an auto recycling facility so we are one of them. We got audited by DMV so actually we HAVE to list them that way.
DMV has issues with us, some Car dealers have issues with us, some of the public has issues with us. I would just like to speak to someone as i feel it would be wise to find a way to have a listing for them seperate from Dealer and or Private party vehicles. I can explain all positions if i can just speak with someone.
Thanks for your time and appreciate anything you can help me with.

Thank You!

Craigslist service provider

I'm upset at a certain individual who has posted their ad and failed to do their job correctly!

I've messaged this individual countless times and they are acting childish and will not fix the mistake made!

I paid money to get a job done correctly, not a job done with lackluster.

This is saddening. If the job was done right in the first place they wouldn't need to come back and fix it.

Craigslist landscaping service

I want to file a complaint against this contractor. I hired him to remove shrubbery from the front and back of my house. We went over what was to be done. My complaints are that despite going over the items in the rear. He did not remove stuff he had cut down. I have thick branches that he cut and he refused to remove as agreed upon.

He had agreed to start on Monday July 9th and called to start on July 6th when we were out of town. My adult daughter was home so I agreed to let him do it. Before I came home on Sunday, he had left a pile of debris in my back drive where I couldn't pull my car out. Fortunately he came over and pushed this back. Then on Monday he came over to finish the job and chipped some of the debris from the backyard but did not get much of what he cut out. We talked on the phone and he said this wasn't his job to do. Reluctantly, I had my daughter pay him. I have pictures of the debris he cut but did not remove as promised. His name is Martin and his phone number is 314.548.9990.

Craigslist horses - rehoming - adoption fee

I responded to ad #[protected], regarding a person with disabilities that had 5 horses that needed to be rehomed/adopted since she could no longer care for them. I spoke with Beverly over the phone and she told me the adoption fee would be $500.00 for each horse. My husband and I felt it might be worth our time to drive up and see the horses. We made a two hour trip up and back; 4 hours of our life wasted... The horses are not in good health, due to being underweight and very poor hoof condition. Regardless, one horse caught our attention, a black mare. We said we'd think about the mare and get back with her. She called us that evening and we told her we would take the black mare. She agreed and was very excited that she would go to a good home. The following morning, she sent a text mail saying the mare would be $800 - $1, 000.; we said we'd pass. She then called back again left a VM and sent another text stating that since it was a good home, she'd take the $500.00. This was after 10:00 at night. We said great and made arrangements to have her picked up the next day. She acknowledged all of this in text messages and voice mail. at almost 1:00 in the morning, she sent yet another text mail that she can't couldn't sell her for the $500.00 but needs at least $1, 000.00. A complete wast of our time. Think this is a scam. She's trying to get someone to feel sorry for her and the condition of the horses, only to back out at the last minute or have them spend more money. She doesn't want to rehome these horses, she wants the most money she can get someone to spend...the ad is completely misleading and should be deleted so that no one else is wasting their precious time...

Craigslist pool teardown

This is an ad on Craig's List Minneapolis. His ad states that he would be willing to do a tear down for $150. I keep calling him, texting him, sending him pics as he asks, and he just keeps giving me the runaround. There is nothing I would like more than for this man to come out and do what he advertises he does. This is a fraudulent ad. The following is his ad

Craigslist my postings for a labradoodle with rehoming fee being flagged.

I'm truly tired of Craigslist promoting free puppy giveaways and the rescues but condemning those of us who have a healthy puppy with some decent bloodlines when we want to rehome or sell them. Who gives them the right to select what price a person can request for rehoming? I put hundreds into my rehomed puppies, ask a mere $350 to rehome them, and Craigslist flags me every time. At least my puppies won't end up cast out into the desert someday unlike 90% of the shelter puppies, or the freebies. All Craigslist is doing is justifying their bias and encouraging castaway puppies, so they are the ones responsible for all those dying pups, which is quite frankly, pathetic. Some day someone is going to come out with a competitor to Craigslist that won't favorably judge who can or cannot post their puppies based on a rehoming fee that they feel is too high, and guess what, Craigslist is going down the tube. All it takes is one to do it, and you can bet someone will.

Craigslist kevin fetterplace

Made numerous "Advance Your Career" statements with plans for promotions. Insists on MINIMUM payment of 250$ for web site and Domain names. The target appears to be self promoting musicians or bands. It seems he looks for ambitious unknowns then lures them in with his offer to promote. I will send what emails I have from him. After he gets the money then his ruse is "medical Problems". He is handicapped according to the WEB, but I didn't find any negative reviews so I was baffled by his B.S. ! He admitted to working with several other bands so you can see where this goes. $250 is not allot but multiply that by 10 other bands and you have something potentially lucrative. He also works under the name MOJO Rising. Don't know if that is a corporation, or what. He is based in Bellevue, Washington. I probably am a bit wiser, but a bit poorer, but I think a place to lodge complaints about stuff like this would be nice for Craig's List especially when I was checking the guy out...Has he been on Craig's list with offers ? Any complaints about his services ? Perhaps there is something in place and I am just unaware ? Kevin

Craigslist scam lease

Well it all started with us looking for a house in Las Vegas. We found a listing and even went into the house to look at it. Did all the paperwork and sent money $1845. So not only do they have our money but they have our SSN and picture IDs. Names was a mute Andreia Wilson and her "assistant" Ridwan Jamil Siddiqi. Western union, Chase bank and sheriff couldn't do anything. So please find people like this so they can't take hard working Americans money.
