So, I was really excited to get my hands on a bathrobe from Creation L. I mean, who doesn't love a good, cozy bathrobe, right? But let me tell you, the wait was excruciating. It took like, forever and a day for it to finally arrive. I was starting to think it was never going to come.

And don't even get me started on their customer service. What a joke. I tried reaching out to them a few times to see if they could give me an update on my order, but it was like talking to a brick wall. They were no help at all. I wouldn't waste my time trying to get in touch with them if I were you.

But, once the bathrobe finally did arrive, I have to admit, it was pretty nice. It was soft and cozy, just like I wanted. I just wish the whole process hadn't been such a pain in the you-know-what.

Clothes from Creation L are way too big. I ordered an XL and it was bigger than a 1X. It was a real hassle to return it. The items do look nice and the quality seems okay, although it's not top-notch. I don't think I would purchase from them again.

So, I was checking out this website called Creation L (creationl.com) and they had this offer where if I signed up for text messages, I would get 10% off and save a dollar on shipping. I was like, "heck yeah, I'm all about saving some money!" But then, they gave me this code that was supposed to give me the discount and it was expired! What the heck, man? That's not cool at all.

I gotta say, this really left a bad taste in my mouth about this company. I mean, if they can't even get their first impression right, how can I trust them to deliver quality products and services? It's like they're trying to lure you in with these promises, but then they don't follow through.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Creation L so far. I was really hoping to find some cool stuff on their website, but now I'm not so sure. Maybe I'll give them another chance, but they're definitely going to have to work hard to earn my trust back.

So, I was getting a lot of emails from Creation L, trying to get me to buy their stuff. Eventually, I caved and ordered a dress. But when it finally arrived, it was way too big. So, I sent it back in the same packaging it came in, with all the right paperwork, and asked for a smaller size. They sent me an email on May 12th, saying they got the dress and that they'd send me the smaller size in 4 to 10 business days. But a whole month went by and I still hadn't heard anything. So, I emailed customer service to ask what was up. And you know what they told me? That the dress wouldn't be shipped until October 29th! Can you believe that? They're just advertising stuff they don't even have to sell. Don't waste your time with this company.

I've been a customer of Creation L for a while now and I've gotta say, I've been pretty happy with most of the things I've bought from them. But, I did have a bit of a problem with their customer service that ended up making me unsubscribe from their mailing list.

So, here's what happened. I moved to a new place and I had some backordered items from Creation L that were supposed to be shipped to me. I changed my shipping address with them right away, but when the items finally arrived, only one of them was sent to my new address. The other one was sent to my old address, which was a bummer.

Now, I don't know about you, but I don't like paying extra for things that aren't my fault. So, I contacted Creation L to see if they could reimburse me for the extra cost I had to pay to USPS for the mail-forwarding service. But, instead of helping me out, they just gave me a phone number to call. I mean, come on, who wants to deal with that? I just wanted a simple resolution to my problem, not a runaround.

So, my advice to Creation L is this: invest in your customer service department. Happy employees make happy customers. And, if you want to keep your customers coming back, you need to make sure they feel heard and taken care of. Don't just give them a phone number to call and hope for the best. Take the time to listen to their concerns and find a solution that works for everyone.

Overall, I still think Creation L has some great stuff, but their customer service needs some work. If they can improve in that area, I'd be happy to give them another chance.
