I'm just getting started in the process and was referred by a friend
I'm just getting started in the process and was referred by a friend. But right from start Emily M has been very helpful and detail oriented in the process. Really looking forward to seeing what she can do for me!
Though I'm early in the process, Emily M*** from Credit Law Center has been wonderful to work with!
Though I'm early in the process, Emily M from Credit Law Center has been wonderful to work with! She has explained everything clearly, and has made this experience pain free. I will definitely be recommending her to anyone needing credit assistance.
I have been working with Emily M at the Credit Law Center to get my credit built up so i can buy a house and let me tell you she has been nothing but amazing and so helpful and willing to explain things when you don't understand. I would reccomend anyone that needs credit help to talk to Emily and see if she can help. She has made me feel at ease knowing that they are going to help and make me successful for my family future.
I'd like to share an experience with credit law firm. This only happened recently and all I can say is they are the most rudest and unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. The credit analyst guy was so rude That he kept being so argumentative with me because he said he was going to send me more info and he never did. So Called the office because it is my right as a client to double check that, that was going to happen. So he E mails me and said that I needed to have patience and that I needed to not call the company and that I needed to go through him. This ended up being a conversation back-and-forth with him through email and him being very argumentative which I have proof on my email. The way I look at it is this employee works for the company and he represents the company. And if he's going to come at me and be rude and unprofessional because I want to ask a question then why work with people then. He has no customer service training to clients who are willing to give them our business, and to me that's a red flag And it makes me question which I have every right to question if I'm putting down money. I did call and I spoke to a Tonya I called twice and asked to speak to a supervisor/management she said that he was on the phone. I called again and and I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor again and she said she put the message on his desk with my callback number and I never received a call back. I simply was not getting anywhere by calling employees that were not returning calls because apparently it was an inconvenience to them for what it seems. So I emailed my credit rep person back and said look? This is all so juvenile and childish. You work for a company you represent, I need services were tap dancing around you don't have to work with me if you don't want to because at that time that's what I was feeling. I should never have to feel that way if I'm giving my services and money to a company. With all that said I have yet for someone to call me back and I have yet for someone to take care of the situation. Thank you
I just started my credit repair journey. *** has been great at answering any questions I have and working around my schedule. They work with you every step of the way.
Emily M*** has been great to work with!
Emily M has been great to work with! The flexibility and the genuine concern with helping repair my credit has been a blessing. I've attempted to take this route with a few people in the past few years and she's the only one that didn't seem like she was solely in it for the profit. Thanks again Emily!
Credit Law Center is absolutely wonderful to work with
Credit Law Center is absolutely wonderful to work with. It's a blessing I got the referral to her and now I see why my friend boasted on her services so much. She is friendly and makes herself very available and works quickly to help get things resolved. She's so knowledgeable and I know I'm in the best hands with her and Credit Law Center.
I worked with Emily - she was wonderful!
I worked with Emily - she was wonderful! Quick to respond, answered all of my questions (in language I could understand even), and provided options of what course of action to take even outside of what their services could provide so I could get back on track. Plus, never made me feel bad about the situations we were in - because sometimes life just happens. Wonderful experience from start to finish for me.

They taken my $800 and I feel they didn't do the work, because every time I call they have excuses on why they haven't updated me and [Manager's Name] the manager told me he only taken off 23 items and I was told by [Account Handler's Name] who was handling my account that my scores would go up if I take out [Specific Item] and [Specific Credit] card but my scores are still the same and it's been over a year they be taken out my account and it was discussed I was on fixed-income and they would do it for $1,000. I put stop payment on my account.
I have canceled my services with this company last month
I have canceled my services with this company last month. I have called and left repeated messages one with the manager and one with the billing department to please refund any money that I had paid for future services. According to the manager they would only charge me for Items they where able get removed from my credit report. I prepaid 700.00 dollars for 2 months and only got an itemized bill for April where they able to get 2 things removed plus admin fee of 95 dollars and 65 per removal. As you can see that doesn't add up to 700.00 dollars. I want the rest of money refunded back.
I initially entered into a contract with Credit Law Center in December in order to boost my credit and clean up
I initially entered into a contract with Credit Law Center in December in order to boost my credit and clean up my husband's credit. I left my husband a couple of months later after having paid Credit Law Center their initial fees, and monthly charges were being billed to my credit card. My credit was fine before I left him, and I was paying for credit protection through Credit Law Center at that time. Soon after I left, all of his bad debt shows up on my credit report. Additionally, all my credit and bank accounts got hacked, and either drained or maxed out. Credit Law Center started billing my account double, and when I called to report the fraud, the so-called attorney handling our case referred me to the three credit bureaus and gave me phone numbers that were linked to a sales promotion for timeshares. Then she refused to return my calls. I have had no resolve whatsoever and have been ruined financially because of this fraud.

Extremely unprofessional & unreliable
Extremely unprofessional & unreliable. From the beginning there were red flags & it just kept getting worse, but I continued because I trusted the person that referred me. Overall communication is terrible, I just wasn't treated well, & felt uneasy the entire time I was dealing with them. I'm actually concerned that they have my personal information in their system. I had to contact their legal department before they would confirm that they would at least delete my card info from their system. I insisted because I already had questionable charges come up after our contract had ended. Credit law center blamed me for my poor experience when I wrote a review stating that I did not return their phone calls when they tried to reach me, which is partially true, I called back almost 2 weeks later because my father had passed (which they are aware of, & any person with any small amount of empathy would understand why I needed to focus on my family while my father was sick & the days following his passing) They not once apologized for how I was treated or their failure to help me, instead they apologized that I felt unsatisfied although they did everything they could & avoided taking any responsibility. In fact, not only did I return the call, one step further I left 3 voicemails with [employee's name] trying complete my agreement because she told me I could contact her directly after having such poor experiences with other employees (each of these calls were AFTER their voicemail from the beginning of the month). My calls were never returned. I emailed [employee's name] requesting to pay & instead of helping he contacted the legal department to find out when the last voicemail was that they left me (to prove a point I guess?) He didn't AT ALL try to help me pay which was all I wanted. After everything else, all I wanted was to pay the last items off, it should just not be this difficult/stressful. So now I'm left trying to find someone that is able to complete the job that your business started.

Run from them, they are deceitful. They took my 800 dollars without justification. The Manager is rude and has a smart mouth. This is a poor business, very unprofessional.
