I didn't sign up for this *** now they refuse to give my money back

Got my *** today! They also removed a couple items from my credit report that shouldn't have been there

I guess I will be the first to say that I actually finished the program and it does work. My score increased 34 points.

this company is a *** artist, they keep taking money out of my account promising me a *** card to help with my credit history, no card

these guys are not honest. they take money and after phoning three weeks in a row they promised not to take out anymore money. theyve caused me *** in nsf. and now they just keep hanging up on me

Had a call with one of the credit experts and went over my credit report. He drafted letters to the collection companies on my behalf. Now we are waiting to see if the collection accounts will be removed. Thanks.

Avoid this company at all costs... Dealt with them over 4 or 5 months while they sucked 19.99 from my account every week. Finally sent me the Visa card but with no money loaded on it. They refuse to issue a refund and are very disorganized. You have been warned.

I have been working with debtless credit for a while now. Got my credit card right away to use if needed. The girls that i talk to have been very polite and helpful. I am now just waiting for my cash back. I have noticed my credit score rising since working with them.

They are tricksters. I applied for a *** card. Next I knew I was enrolled in a program. They took *** out of my acct twice.back to back. I've been calling everyday 4 times a day to get this fixed. They will not talk to me, will not respond to my emails. Refuse to do anything. This is very borderline ***. Beware .

After applying for a credit card that never showed. Attempting to call a number of times and also being told that the card was sent and then a second card was sent I never received either I eventually had to put a stop payment on my account for their weekly *** payments and report them as fraudulent to the complaintsboard.com and to *** and

Absolutely the same thing happen with that company called Debtless credit .. first I was was thinking I was paying 20$ a month but it's only recently that I saw I was paying 20$ a week ... I'm a really busy guy and after couple emails saying them that this account needs to be close asap , they reply to me saying sure no problem your account is close ... I trust them .. 2-3 months later a still see that company taking money weekly from my account ... that's a big scam and they do *** , this company needs to face justice

I opened a account thinking it was a loan because thats what they lead you to believe , I realized I made a mistake phoned them back immediately and asked to close my account and that i made a mistake, they said no problem and they would . Its been over two months of them taking money out of my account every week and I've called them and talked to someone over 15 times and having them tell me someone will call you within the hour but No one ever does, and they bring up my account and it shows that I asked for it to be canceled yet there still taking money out. That's criminal and I don't know how there allowed to operate this business.

Stay away from these ***. I never applied for their so-called credit card. I merely looked at their site and moved on. They must have got their details on me from a credit broker. They made 2 unauthorised withdrawals for $19.99, 1 week apart. After i Got their phone number from my bank branch I phoned them. The lady said I would receive notification from head office shortly via email of my cancellation. Judging the other comments I doubt I if I will ever see that. My bank was good enough to credit my account with their unauthorised prepayment. I put a stop payment on my account for any further withdrawals from them for the next 90 days. I would suggest everyone else do the same.

These people are ***! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DEBTLESS CREDIT. They make excuses and lie. They keep wanting me to call or have someone call me. I have already gone through this entire process and was assured that I would not be charged anymore yet I continue to be charged. I keep telling them to check their staff and confirm. It will continue every month until I give up and just let them continue with their delay tactics? I have made my request and talked with their representative. There is absolutely no more to discuss. I expect them to stop charging me and to do the right thing and refund me. Their organization has made a mistake and you should make things right. End of story.

I applied for a $300 loan on-line with Debtless Credit on November 5. I heard nothing back about the loan, no communication by phone, or by email, however ever since that date $19.95 started coming out of my bank account without my authority, every single week including: Nov 5, Nov 12, Nov 19, Nov 26, Dec 3 and Dec 10.I called Debtless Credit on Nov 23rd, and advised them about only applying for a loan, that I already pay Equifax to monitor my credit and whatever their excuse was to justify taking my money week after week, cancel their services immediately and to stop taking my money. I was told I'd get an email confirmating cancellation, never did, and the $19.95 continued.Yesterday, December 11th, I called again. The lady acknowledged my Nov 23 call as being on their records, but said it was not for a cancellation, but to enroll me in something or other. I advised her that was an absolute lie and that Debtless Credit owed me a refund.I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they dont work weekends, yet "someone" emailed her to tell me I'd get a confirmation of cancellation going back to November 23rd, when I originally questioned the $19.95 bank deductions.Again, I never did. In fact, I haven't a single email from this company ever, PERIOD. I only have $2.45 in my account and that won't cover the $12 for a Stop Payment.Please help me stop them and get my refund.Regards

This company has been taking money out of account for three years now and when I don't have money in there I get nsf fees ,so roughly around 2700 in has been taken out from me ,,I don't get much in there as I am homeless and been so for 2 years now ,,I have tried reaching out to them and I get a recording saying they have technical problems and to call back ,I have tried multiple times to cancel and it don't help ,,and my bank ic presidents choice financial, and as much i I complain about this even them they don't help cause they enjoy taking my nsf fees too but I done im sick of this [censored]

I am the same as the other complaints. I was told I was applying for a loan, when it was something completely different. Thia company then proceeded to start taking payments of $19.99 out of my account every week and has been going on for almost a year now, despite me having attempted to apply stop payments and also contacting the company to cancel any and all services they had me signed up for. I was advised that everything had been canceled, the payments stopped for a month or so and then started up again. I want the total amount of money eye taken from me refunded, I am on long term disability and am a so Glendora mother. This expense has made it difficult to make ends meet especially because most of the payments taken resulted in a $45 NSF fee. A refund of the years payments taken and 6 nsf fees is approximately $500 so tht is the refund I expect should be rightfully refunded to me.

I was in the middle of switching my bank account and noticed this company was taking 20 $ a week from my bank account. I traced it back to 2021 so they have been doing this for a few years now. I called and the woman told me they would call me back. After waiting awile and not hearing back i called again and was told the same thing. I finally got a call back and the person on the phone told me im entitled to 200 $ but only if i leave a good review i explained that ive never even heard of them and never signed up for anything and asked what they even do. The woman told me i should know what they do because i signed up. I told her i didnt sign up and i would need my money back and she told me to call the police then and hung up the phone.

Initially I was shopping for a payday loan and obviously got redirected to their site which asked me for my information (apply).. Now my account gets debited $19.99/week. I have $300 dollars a month to live off and never would have asked for a service that would charge me $80 a month out of that. I've never recieved any e-mails or other correspondence in regards to these transactions and what they are for. It came to my attention when I went through the embarrassment of having my debit card purchase being declined today in a store. The money should have been in my account except these people seem to be taking it.

They have made a bogus contract stating I love in another province I have reached out numerous times for a refund and to ask them in emails which I have all of to cancel whatever subscription they have and to refund 3 payments of $19.99 and 2 NSF fees from my bank at $45 each I am prepared to take legal action the customer service is unprofessional and constantly interrupted me when I tried to get a resolution. The contract they made between myself and them they state I live in *** and I do not I live in *** not to mention numerous phone calls to them with no call back please help me with this

I am filing a complaint against debtless credit. I have phoned on September 7 September 10, September 18, September 22, September 24 and September 30 and emailed several times.. All to close my account. Even though I have phoned and emailed several times you still have not closed my account. This is ridiculous and outrageous for a business to operate like this. I also want a refund from September 7 going forward for all the payments you took out of my account. This is not my fault this is yours for not doing your job. CLOSE MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY AND REFUND ME THE MONEY YOU OWE ME AND I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH YOU AGAIN!

Debtless credit made promises of a credit card to help with credit building at a cost of $20 and *** per week. I spoke to someone on the phone and requested they take the 4 weeks out on the 1st of every month and yet they still try weekly or once a month and constantly accrue NSF charges. I emailed them and requested they close my account, as I was told I could do at any time. Instead they continue to tell me a card is on the way since Sept. 11, 2021 and still no card and still money taken out of account when money isn't there, continuing to accrue NSF charges. The bank says i must cancel it via the company and they refuse to stop trying to take money out.

I have emailed and called this 'business' with no success, and they continue to take money out of my bank account, I never spoke with anyone regarding joining/signing anything. The person I email keeps sending ridiculous emails back as though it's not a real person. I had not even been aware of them taking money until I saw the amount taken out of my bank account., and not even 30 minutes ago I get an automated message from my bank that they have taken money out again. Refund of all monies they have taken. I am also trying to get through to my bank to have this so called business stopped from taking money from my account. I have no contract, nothing from these people

I have actually been trying to cancel my account with Debtless credit for over a year now ..I called them last year and I thought it was done but apparently not wasn't , they even went as far as saying we're sorry to see you go and then kept withdrawing $19.99 every week for the last year ..Ive talked to them on numerous occasions and they were supposed to have someone call me back and that has never materialized..I have emails and supposed deletion of my account but never happened , they misrepresented themselves and didn't anything to which they said they do..I would like my money back since I tried to end this almost 2 years and $2000 dollars later .can you please help me..Thank you

I found this business through *** I signed up for it and they said they would take $19.99 every Friday for my credit score, I said I didnt want it and they started to take money out promising me theyll send a credit card with $1040.00 on it. I declined and they kept taking money out. Ive had 9 attempts at taking money out of my bank. A few succeeded and some went nsf. I cant make a stop payment because that would have costed a lot for me. Now Im going to. Every time I call to talk to a supervisor they always say hes in a meeting or hes out, they say h*** call me when hes available but after 2 months of this Ive never heard back. I just want my money back and I dont know who to go to.

Multiple transactions of *** being taken WEEKLY. Most recent is December 3rd.Under the impression that they would send a *** CARD via the mail to help build credit with a cost of *** MONTHLY. A complete lie.Called and emailed on numerous occasions to tell them to close my account and stop charging me money for a service I am not receiving, I will not get this money back, I will not get a *** card, they arent giving me a loan. I originally applied for a loan and they offered a visa.I want a refund of EVERY payment I have made to them. This has been ongoing since March. My last contact about a month ago, they said they would stop charging, they stopped for 3 weeks then charged me again today.

I received a call from this business saying that I was eligible for a credit card they wanted a $20 activation fee saying that it would be mailed to me within 2 to 4 weeks. Mail doubt supposedly on September 10th every time I call they just keep telling me to wait till the end of next week weak I awesome if they're credited with complaintsboard.com they say that they know of you I asked to speak to a manager Conveniently every time the manager is not it's not in and it's been the same person I've talked to every time I've called she tries to tell me that the experiencing a high volume of phone calls When I tell her that I've left 5 or 6 voicemails and nobody has responded and yet I get told that the supervisor will call me back.

My name is ***. Debtless Credit has been taking money out of my account since June without my authorization. Further more, I have called 6 different times to cancel their service, whatever that service may be. Each time I was told it was indefinitely cancelled. These calls began in July .On August 13th another debit has been taken from my account. The current amount as of today August 16th is $200 that has been debited from my account and further damages due to NSF fees.Debtless Credit has failed to not only close my account but further more, explain what these charges are and return 6 different phone calls.I require, at the bare minimum, a refund the $200 and legally viable proof that my services have been cancelled indefinitely.

Since April Debtless Credit has been taking $19.99 out of my bank account every Friday. I called the company after the first charge showed up and they told me I had signed up on their website for credit relief, that they repory directly to the credit bureaus and after 26 weeks i would get all the money back i paid on a *** card. I cancelled it because i cannot afford it and it seemed weird to me because i do not remember signing up for this. The next week another payment came out, i called debtless credit again and she apologized and did confim i had cancelled and reassured me i would be refunded and that no more payments would come out of my bank account. Well the following week the same thing. I have sent the company multiple emails and phone calls about this and they keep *** my money.

An amount of $ *** has been withdrawn from my bank account and the debtor is Debtless Credits. I went to see it on the internet and it was like I had received a *** credit card. But no, nothing received. And when calling at their phone number *** and still a recorded message in English that I do not understand. On the site it marks $ *** per week I do not want it to be reflected in my account

I have been losing $19.99 a week due to debtless credit. I emailed them using the email provided on their website asking them to stop payments that I did not authorize. They emailed me back that I apparently opened an account with them. I did not! I then sent many emails, and left many voicemails for them to cancel this account that I did not authorize in the first place all with no response. I cannot afford these $19.99 payments every week, and they are doing nothing to help my credit or pay off my debts as they claim on their website. I wish this account to be cancelled as I have now lost over $100 in these fraudulent payments! I should not have to fight this hard for my own money! Furthermore I have zero records of an initial application/correspondence from this company prior to them taking money from my bank account!

I have been seeing $19.99 being pulled out of my Chequing account on Fridays and didn't recognize this company pulling it out. A quick *** search and I find these other complaints on the Complaintsboard.com. I looked back and it had been going on for months now for when I finally noticed. I have never applied for this so called *** Card they have on their very poorly designed fake website. But some how they are taking money out of my account. I tried calling the number on their website but a robot voice answers and says they're not open. I issued a stop payment on my account to stop these transactions but it costed me $13 to issue and have to get a new card for my bank. This has been going on for sometime and I have lots now hundreds due to this *** activity. I was told by my bank to file a *** report as well and I urge everyone this has affected to do the same so we can take down *** like this.

Applied for a credit card on Sept 8 or 9 2021 and was redirected to debtless credit/credit willows website. Applied for credit card and they sent an email about what was needed for the approval like my bank information for credit check. I ended up deciding not to get a credit card and left it at that. Just to be clear I had no idea until now that they *** people with credit building advice they charge you for when I looked at my bank balance and see a random charge from Debtless Credit for $19.99 which I didn't have in my account so I also got an $50 *** charge. Its Feb 12 2022 today. This company waited almost 6 months before they made their completely unathorized charge I'm assuming they hoped would go unnoticed. It isn't a lot of money but its mine and if they thought they would get away with this weekly it adds up. I want my money back plus the *** fee I was charged. In total I feel they owe me $69.99

I have never heard of this company before. August 20 I noticed they have been taking *** out of my bank account every Friday. I went into the bank to investigate this and they told me they have been taking out that payment since March . It adds up to just shy of $1000. Every time I call them they tell me that they cant find an account under my name. The *** department at my bank wanted this case handled at branch level. All my bank was asking for was an email from Debtless Credit saying I dont have an account with them. For a week they kept telling me that they will send it. And to watch my inbox for it. Nothing ever came, then this week I was asking to speak to a manager, and the lady kept making excuses. He is in a meeting He is at a managers conference etc. Finally today was the last straw. I called and The lady then told me if Im not a customer, then I cant speak to a manager and she has no interest in my stupid problems. I want my money back!

I thought I was applying for a credit card through Debtless Credit but only to find they started taking *** out of my account weekly, I firstly emailed them and demanded this to stop and to please close my account,. I later received an email saying I must call them directly to close my account. I called them to close my account now they're trying to offer me a credit card to stay on with them, I said that's what I thought I was doing in the first place but instead you're taking money from me not giving it, I'm not interested please just close my account, her answer was ok we're sorry to see you go I will close your account. Unfortunately this wasn't the case they took another *** out of my account. I emailed and basically said you've *** money out of my account after I had cancelled my account with one of your representatives over the phone as instructed, haven't heard a word back from them so had to put a stop payment on my account. Hopefully that will be the end of this!
