They are a complete scam. Their customer service is extremely terrible. August 23rd, 2033 was the first time I’ve ever had to call the first dude was extremely rude and unhelpful. I tell him I want to close my account, but only after I know where my refund is going to. He completely over talks me and closes my account without my permission! I call back and get transferred to a “manager” and she says I’ll get my full refund of $75 in the mail in TEN days. I’ve been waiting 14 business days for my refund! I call them today, September 14th, 2023, to let them know and they say it’s been canceled after I’ve asked dude multiple times on why he comes up with three lies/excuses because there was no reason for it to be canceled when it’s my money! He over talks me then mutes me until it hangs up! I call back second person doesn’t even speak, so it was probably him again! I call again and the lady says some made up solution, so I can get off the phone. She says instead of the typical 7-10 business days it’ll be 30 days! I tell her that makes no sense and she kept saying it was their policy after someone closes their account! She transfers me to a “manager” who’s completely unhelpful. He transfers me to another “manager” and I feel like it was the very first dude I talked to the very first time I called their terrible customer service line. He says there’s nothing he can do and completely ignores and over talks me. At this point I’ve been on the phone with these people for an HOUR just to be spun the same bull in different ways. He transfers me to a “manager” who then says *she* can’t do anything and I have to wait 7-10 business days. So all and all no help from this “bank”! I also, have proof of most of the conversation because they lie so much.
Desired outcome: My refund back and honestly this “company”/scam needs to be shut down with all the lying and stealing that they do.
