Please be informed that it is been 1 and half month my account is blocked I already submitted my documents to the bank and they are telling it will take time when I asked exact time They don't. Can you imagine if all the money is in the account and the person has nothing cash with him what he has he will borrow from someone and will wait for his account to open. TEAM really I am disappointing at least help people who are suffering to go bank on their off day instead having rest..we need to send money to our family but since 22 February we didn't send because of this issue ..please please assist on this matter as we have no off next 10 days and it is difficult to borrow money from people.

They are frequently deactivating my account and i had to contact customer care every time to activate back. The reason they are told is strange , that they are deactivating account in case if we logged in and didn't log out from mobile application. I never seen this kind of security logic anywhere or any other application. And for me it was very difficult to contact customer care when i was out of county. I am very disappointed with their service.

I noticed cashiers taking more than 20 minutes for one customer. It usually takes around 45 min - 1 hour for us to deposit/with draw cash from the bank. Service provided is very poor in quality and standards.
I noticed cashiers taking more breaks in between servicing each and every customers. This is really frustrating and is not professional at all.
Most, who comes to the bank are working professionals, the Bank and its staff should know that professionals like us have no time for their leisure activities.

Issuance of non-liability letter, very bad and poor service.
Its almst 2 weeks passed by, I applied for non liability letter from ajman bank addressed to Dubai Islamic bank and until now its not ready and resolved. I am visiting the branch everyday and still no proper feedback. Everytime they say today and tomororw. They are making people suffer alot without providing good service. Such a bad service and the worst banking I have ever seen in my life. Very disappointing. No proper call center service, no proper escalation, even the branch customer service is working according to their wish. Busy in mobile, chit chatting and no professional behaviour towards the clients. I need a top authority to contact me and take this kind of bad service seriously. I was having a limit of patience but now I am done with this.

Loan agent aki huerta intimate affair with my husband/customer
She is the agent speaking with my husband, then I found out she is now having an intimate affair with my husband used her connection for the loan and flirted with his customer. I believe superbly she did more than the customer service that should be provided. As she is claiming her visa is going to end and not having salary for few months, so she targeted customer that is on loan.
Rescheduling of finance
My request to reschedule my monthly loan has been declined and nobody bothered to even call me and let me know I was the one wo kept calling and finally today then informed me of the decision. My salary has been reduced due to the pandemic for the last 8months and the loan amount is now more than my DBR. Due to this I am unable to pay my house rent and other bills. Ajman Bank excuse is that it is not a permanent deduction so they cannot reschedule my loan this is rubbish! the bank in times like this should have some compassion on its customers and try to help but this is unfortunately not the case.

I am writing this complaints to you with regards to my request for a liability letter from your bank in Garhoud which I requested on 14 September 2019 and paid the amount of 65 aed on the same day.
However until now I still don't have the requested letter for which I following it up with you about the status since last week and still don't have any positive feed back from you. I also sent a complaints on September 23, 2019 to your company's website, although I received a call from your bank a day after and said that my request will done after 2 days.
In line to that, I would like to request again for the release of that letter and if you could expedite this matter it will be highly appreciated.

I want to report a complain, because I should not pay minimum amount this June for my May credit card statement.
This is the story: I have not used my credit card for almost 2 months. then suddenly I got an sms that I had 3 times deduction (debit) of AED 1910.12/ to my credit card OF last May 11, 2019 (7:38AM) BUT I DID NOT DO THIS. This person under the name of TARGET T-0212 is unknown to me, this transaction I have not made and I have not let my card be borrowed, I have never used my card for these payments. This is clearly fraud and unfair to me. I already reported to the branch near GGICO metro station, Deira, Dubai. they have sent email for this complains.
However another problem, I have been issued the statement for May and I called customer service to report this matter, but they told me to continue paying the minimum amount. This is so unfair and not correct! why should I pay something I have not made at all. the fraudster took all the credit from my credit card and now I have to pay the minimum amount plus charge because of non-full payment! Please help me with this matter, I have been a good customer of Ajman bank all these years, I do not deserve this.

My salary got credited to the account. The Customer Service Agent informed me that the process takes 2 working days and we are hitting a weekend so the whole process will carry-forward till Saturday. If I don't have to submit anything, then why would the unfreezing process take so much time.
Kindly do the needful to unfreeze my account today so I can take my salary.

central bank rating not updated
I completed all my payments for my credit card number [protected] way back in March. In June I discovered that both my Al Etihad bureau score and central bank rating have not been updated. I complained to call centre and was given a reference number 7502 on June 25th and was assured that within 3 working days this will be settled. After 1 month of calling the centre and being promised that a bank representative will speak to me one call centre representative JAMAL told me that the central bank rating cannot be rectified through call centre but offered no solution. I decided to visit the GGICO branch and the customer service rep told me that I have to go to the head office in Ajman and speak to a man called Khalid AlKhalaki. He also told me it is useless to call because the people at collection department do not answer the phone. The problem is that I live and work in Jabel Ali and my off is only on Friday. I may be forced to take a leave just to go to Ajman and I am not even sure if my issue will be sorted.
My request to the bank is to amend my credit rating from the current CC to at least AB or AA as I am no longer a customer and I completed all required payments for the card in dispute.
I went to the head office and the issue was resolved.

I had requested for card cancellation through call centre on 01st july and the guy promised it will be done within 5 days. However until today nobody has contacted me. Meanwhile, I contacted call centre several times during these days but each time agents informed that I will be contacted but no response so far. Yesterday again when i called call centre, the agent ABDUL AZIZ was annoyed and told he cannot do anything. I have to call the bank again.
Pls. note that this card was issued 2 years ago by your sales agent while I applied for car loan stating that this card is free for life. But I was charged AEd200/- last year which I paid.

I am writing this message and welling that one person who has any kind of human feelings and humanity in his heart to read it and act with sense and decency.
I am holding credit card since 4 years back from your bank, I did not visit any branch to apply for this card, one of your team members visited by office with all the papers and collected the required documents as I signed all the bank papers.
For some reason this person has placed his mobile number as my main number on my personal details in stead of my number since that time I have been trying to change this number with no use at all and so many false promises that complaints were done and someone will get back to me!
Yesterday 28/05/2018 I received my new CC and I could not activate it for the same exact reason
I called your customer service number two representatives advised that I have to go to the branch no other solution, one of them is a lady who clearly mentioned that she can make a cancel request for my card since I cant update and am so frustrated and I do not understand how come you call me on my correct number for any payments or dues and cant update your system with the same!
They both informed me that I have to go to the branch as my whole personal details are not updated for the past 3 years!
I went to your Jumierah branch driving from Jebel Ali during fasting time and 7 months pregnant to be told sorry go back and bring your passport I had my Emirates ID valid and new I asked the lady to take the copy on email she refused

Our account is blocked and need to update it personally to bank branches or main office, so I decided to visit the Sharjah Branch which is the nearest to my area, I update my file last March 5, 2015 @ 1:300 PM and advise to wait 2-3 days before the account will be updated, March 7 I called the customer service to check the status of my account and told me that it's still not updated so they make a complain note for me ( ref. complain number 5910). almost everyday I am calling the customer service to check the status and just telling me how that they will put reminder, how many times i need to call and to remind just to update the account?. since nothing happening to my call I decided to go directly to Ajman Bank Main Office in Ajman to update the record because they advise us that they will make it there within 24 hours which is what the person told us after I fill up and signed all necessary documents, and today March 15 it's been already 48 hours pass but still my account is not updated. I am very upset with the service provided for this matter. just to update the account do we need to wait for more than 1 week?

I have requested for liability letter on January 7th, 2018 and they confirmed it would be issued within 21 days. Its been long, I went to the branch many times and they are asking me to call customer service and when I call customer service they tell otherwise. I am fed up with their service. This is the worst experience I had ever with any bank. I have applied for loan from Emirates Islamic bank to close this card and the amount is been waiting in my account since December. First they have been rejecting the offer letters from Emirates Bank mentioning some silly reasons, then finally when they accepted it, they are delaying it. I have been paying Murhaba charge (AED 1800) since 3 months for nothing eventhough my loan is released by Emirates Islamic Bank. On 17th January, they will issue another statement where an additional month Murhaba charge (AED 600) will be applied.

A credit card was forced along with the auto finance. Was advised as part of promotion and its compulsory. And that the activation wasn't compulsory.
Later was contacted by the bank regularly to activate the card. Finally gave up and activated the card after approximately five forceful attempts.
After one year when i come back from my vacation I see that I have missed a payment and my card is outstanding at 500 approximately.
Afraid that it is fraud called up to find out it was a membership fee followed by a late payment fee.
When advised to the contact center they declined that it can never be reversed and I have to pay the outstanding or the amount would be increasing.
I don't understand where did I go wrong and how to solve this problem.

A saving account was opened by bank representative in Ajman bank at the time I applied for a personal loan. The account was opened with absolutely zero balance. As per Ajman bank I was not eligible so Personal loan was not sanctioned. However, the account opened at that time still exists and AED 28 is getting auto debited every month since Feb, 2015.
I have requested the bank to close this account so many times in the past but I received no response from Ajman Bank. My humble request to you is to close this account.
This is very important for me as I am planning to cancel my visa in next month.

no solution to internet access for ajman bank
I have opened account with Ajman Bank. It took 3 months to process and after 4 months there is no access to the internet which was blocked by the bank due to lack of document. The document was provided and continued follow up for 2 months, till now the block is not removed and no one in Call Centre know why. IT Dept. is not reachable and anytime I call the Officer, " forwarded to IT Dept." Many complaints lodged as the Branch or Sales Agent or even Call Centre representative are helpless. This is gross disregard of a customer grievance which AJMAN BANK continue to ignore while they make a propaganda that the provide award winning service. What a lie to trap the new customers. BEWARE!
